Acrobat Reader Mobile

When I try to open a PDF attachment in my email, it says it requires Adobe 8 or higher. I have Adobe on my phone and tried to update it but it does not work. Now when I go back into the email, the error message is there and not the attachment box.

Since a few weeks, Adobe often refuses to open the PDF files I receive, from mails or WhatsApp, on my Android cellphone.It's written "impossible to open the file, please verify your connexion or reduce the file name". But each Time, the connexion IS good, and I can't change the name if a file I haven't download before....I'ts also impossible to share those files.Thanks for advice and help

I am trying to digital sign a job application for my husband. I can type his name in the box, but my name is in parentheses underneath.  Help!

When I add my onedrive for business account, it prompts nothing.I input my email,then my password,then nothing happens.Neither I connect to my school account,or the app prompts failure.But I can successfully connect to my personal onedrive account.   

I am conducting research and am in need of creating and sending PDFs to emails in which participants can select (check or fill in the bubble) and sign on using any device, particularly mobile devices. What Adobe application should I use to do this?

Some documents in my cloud won't open using iPad acrobat pro. It shows a white screen. Note if I choose a different document, it will work. This problem occurs only on iPad acrobat pro. Using acrobat for iMac shows no problem with that document.

When I create a PDF by exporting to PDF from a Microsoft PowerPoint: If I view the PDF on Adobe Reader on a PC, it has a white background with gray images.If I open it on Adobe Reader on my phone, it has a gray background with white images (looks terrible).See screenshots below. That can’t be right. The Adobe people tell me it's Microsoft's fault, and the Microsoft people tell me it's Adobe's fault.  Can someone please tell me what is wrong with the PDF that is causing it to appear differently on different readers?  

Does Adobe have faxing capabilities? 

I already paid (1 month sub.) today but I cannot use merging function. After selecting a file for merging, sysytem asks me to pay again. Please help. Thank you. I attached a payment reciept as  below.

Unable to access account. I have a paid subscription (9 months) @ $9.99 a month but when I try to access and use Acrobat  it tells me I am a free user and that I need to subscribe

Last time I checked, the P in PDF stood for Portable. These days it stands for Privilege! The Republican Ohio government and Adobe have teamed up to force Android users to go out and buy expensive Mac and Windows computers in order to apply for insurance benefits for unemployed citizens. It's a scam! Uninstall Adobe products and cancel your subscriptions! Tell these jagoffs that racketeering will not be tolerated! If I'm unemployed, and haven't received any payments yet, how am I supposed to go out and buy a computer? I'm in a long term care facility, I cannot get to the unemployment office to do anything in person, nor do I think they are even reopened yet. WAKE UP ADOBE! THE WORLD HAS GONE MOBILE! MAKE PDF PORTABLE AGAIN!

Hi all, I've reached out to Adobe Support who have told me they cannot currently aid with mobile queries... So, my query is - has anyone had experience with an iPhone trying to download a URL rather than opening it? I am trying to create some documents for work, but some of the hyperlinks are causing me issues (whilst others are not). I have added a link to the URL: anvilarts.org.uk/terms-of-sale, but iPhone is giving me the pop-up "Do you want to download "terms-of-sale"?"The option I have selected in Adobe Link is 'Open a web link' Any advice would be excellent as honestly I'm feeling a bit lost on this one. Thanks,Erin

Los pdf interactivos de un momento a otro dejaron de servir, abren como un pdf normal pero ya no sirven los botones que tenía el documento. Revisé con otra aplicación y si sirvieron, es decir, el error lo presenta la aplicación (Android) ¿hay alguna configuración que solucione esto?

Hi, I can't open the reader app and reach to my saved files on my iPhone after installing the latest update of iosas they say that the developers didn't update the Adobe acrobat application.please note that I have two Adobe acrobat apps on my iphone , the problem is in the second one in the attached photo.  Please help me as soon as possible to reach my saved files.  Thanks  

I annotated a pdf on my iPad, and all the comments are marked with my name. Is it possible to change the name of the commenter? I tried wirh Acrobat Pro on my Windows machine, but it will not allow me to change the name. I can't find an equivalent option on iOS. Fernando

how can I duplicate a PDF file?

Am needing to recover Fill & Sign documents on Android devices. Only way is apparently one at a time by accessing the cached documents in F&S (Fill and Sign). (The documents do not appear in any directory I can find by navigating the devices' file systems.) These are F&S docs I previously "shared" via email, Box/Cloud upload, etc. They appear in F&S (cached) but I cannot find the files. When the cached files are "shared" they are 1st converted into PDF. It looks as tho' I don't have the files themselves rather only a cache. I hope I'm wrong.I would be most grateful for any feedback/suggestions.TYIA

If I have and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC license. Do I require a separate license to use full functionality of Adobe Reader app on my iPad Pro?

I have an iPhone and I am trying to get messages from my unemployment for a couple months now! It says I need an Adobe 8 reader or higher! I called adobe and the guy a talked to was super nice and helpful but couldn't fix my problem! He told me to post on here and you would send me the link that I needed!
