Hi there, I am not able to open file open software protected PDF using adobe reader on my iPad though I am able to open in window laptop. Please help resolve it. Please see attached screen recording. Thank you!

How do I change subscriptions and keep all my adobe documents?

I have no idea why I'm getting charge $40 dollars for Adobe when I cancelled a lot time ago. I checked my subscription and there not Adobe plan on my phone. I need help please

Whenever I open a document on Adobe and I want to share it by mail / whatsapp or anywhere.. the options never come. I've updated my Adobe app and the phone but that didn't help. 

Anyone having the same problem not seeing any of the suggested words and numbers used in the past? When I start typing the apple suggested words/autocorrect bar appears over the adobe suggested keywords. In order to see the adobe suggested keywords, I have to click off the box and click back onto the number or word that I've started.

Ya tiene un par de meses que no reconoce la suscripción al querer editar a pdf o un pdf , me retrasa en mis actividades

Va a concluir mi prueba gratuíta y no quiero continuar con la suscripción ni pagar, por tanto, la tarifa marcada mensualmente. Hello,I am using an iPad Air 2 running on iOS 15.8.3. When I updated Adobe Acrobat to the latest version (24.08.xx) the applicatin stopped processing images. I use this older iPad for PDF and ebook reading, and it worked perfectly with your software before. When uninstall / reinstall the apple store says i need iOS 16.x.x o higher to use v24.09.x, which you note fixes the image problem. So I downgrade to the last viable Acrobat verision and it defaults to 24.08.xx - which has the broken image probelms. Is there a link I can use to find a previous version for this older iPad?Thank you,//geoff

          In the latest incarnation of ADOBE Reader app for iOS, when a pdf document is viewed on a horizontal screen format, there always are thin lines along the left and right sides of the page that form a left and right vertical useless spaces. And there is no way to make them disappear. These empty spaces (columns) just remain there without any useful purpose and diminish the iPhone screen space.           Could you, please, give some advice how to get rid of them once and forever?          Many thanks.

Hello,in the Acrobat app on iPad, on the "Files" tab, the "Locations" toolbar cannot be hidden anymore.so, e.g. go to "on this iPad" option, and the PDFs are displayed on the right in a narrower space, which cannot be expanded like earlier. So, e.g. in the icons view, only 2 PDFs can be viewed per row,instead of 4 pdfs per row earlier, so doubles the crolling to locate any pdf, while a static toolbar stays.Previously, one could expand the space for the pdf icons using an expand checkbox, which is missing after the most recent update. As an Adobe CC subscriber I have access to Acrobat Pro, but many times I only need to view PDF's on my iPad for reference. In addition to creating digital content, I work in fiber (knitting, beading, weaving) and often need to keep track of my place in a pattern. Acrobat Reader mobile, in theory, should be an ideal tool for this simple use but fails miserably.In Acrobat Pro, I created a text box with a wide (12 pt) semi-transparent border and a transparent fill and saved it to the PDF. Using other mobile PDF viewers (Dropbox or PDF Expert) I'm easily able to move the highlighter text box around the document, but cannot do so in Acrobat Reader. The highlighter text box refuses to budge in Acrobat Reader—instead it offers an unsolicted and unhelpful AI summary of the document.Does a workaround exist for this mobile Reader usability issue? Of course I'll continue to use the other apps that actually do the job, but I would think that other Acrobat Reader users (translators, editors for ins

Dear forum members and support,While using the "Fill & Sign" feature, whenever writing a word in a foreign language (Hebrew in my case), the text disappears as soon as I exit the textbox.This does not happen when using only English letters or numbers.When trying to Undo the "invisible" added text, the app crashes.This reproduces to me on 2 Android phones, a Oneplus X and a Moto G5.Did anyone else encounter this?
