Hello,I thought I had already canceled my subscription, but I just received a payment notification and realized that the cancellation didn’t go through.I have now canceled the subscription, but could I please get a refund for the payment that has already been charged?Thank you for your help.

Whenever I try to download a pdf from WhatsApp, I get this message: " there is no printer connected to your account. Please add one"   Daniel  

Por que esse aplicativo do adobe acrobat fecha os documentos sozinhos e apaga todo o conteúdo de horas feito? Como esse problema não foi solucionado até hoje? É simplesmente um absurdo isso ocorrer!

 When I am looking at a vehicle repair manual PDF the pictures do not match the written information. I have attached a screenshot. As you can see, the information is about working on the starter but the pics are of the exhaust.This is not the only PDF manual that does this. Most all of them that are over a couple hundred pages do. This manual is 11,000 pages long. How do I fix this.

tengo un problema cancel la aplicacion 5 dias antes del cobro tengo mensaje de la confirmacion de la cancelacion y resulta que muy por debajo del agua me cobraron la suscripcion cancelo y nuevamente me ponen el mismo mensaje de que la canselacion es exitosa a que estamos jugandoo es un conveniente error con su boton de cancelacion

Yo ya había cancelado mi prueba gratis de Adobe e igual me cobró el día de hoy 19/10.   결제 후 계속 로딩만 되고 결제처리가 안되서인보이스도 확인해봤는데 인보이스도 오류가 나며 확인이 안됩니다.몇시간을 헤메고 기달봤는데도 변화가 없어요. 당장 급해서 결제한건데 이용할 수 없게되어서 손해를 봤어요. 이미 일이 끝나 당분간 또 포토샵을 이용할 일이 없을거같아요. 결제 취소해주세요.

As an Adobe emloyee marked there answer as the correct in another post, when was it was clearly pointed out that their answer doesn't work, I have reacreated another post for everyone to vent their frustration at the AI assistant button in the new Acrobat. Link to the old post: Re: remove AI assistant button .... and no, we don't want to change the UI back to the old one to remove it. We just want the setting in the options to turn it off to actualy work!

I'm subscribed to acrobat pro dc but unable to find where the drawing tools are when opening file on iPad. I'm a lighting designer and need to mark up floor plans when on-site via iPad and then open same file on desktop when I return to office. Why is this so difficult?? When I select comments the pencil/pen come up but not the shapes option. Any advice?
