I paid for a monthly Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription and all of the paid features are still locked. Can you fix this for me?

I have several files that have been compressing or converting for months now and i would like to cancel them out. However any time I try to select them I get the error "the file cannot be opened while conversion is in progress." Is there any way to force these items to stop?

I was only going to use the trial version for a while, but I was already paying for a subscription for 6 months while I was busy preparing for a job. I don't need it because I'm already using my adobe account at work, so can I request a refund for the unused period?

We have a template for our newsletter that goes out weekly and monthly in two different forms. We're looking for an option to create the newsletter, using AI every time within the template we've created by simply adding the titles, images, and copy in the exact sequence it is to show up in the newsletter. Is this possible at all within Adobe or another service?

Hi. Have had acrobat reader app on my iPhone for free since 2022 and now I can't get access and it wants me to subscribe. Wish I had a warning about this issue and I would have printed out the documents I have in there but now I can't get to them. Please help me with this issue.Ása Jóna

Signed up for Adobe app because I though I was getting a month long trial with no cost.  I canceled it right away because I realized that it's not what I was looking for.  Then I found that even though I canceled it and it was supposed to be a free trial I still got charged.  I've been getting the run around from Adobe and Google and all I want is a refund since I'm not interested in the app.  How do I get the refund?

Hi, actually I'm not able to view any pdf in full screen on my tab . I have to work on pdf and thats so annoying to not getting the full screen view 

I updated the Adobe app for iPad today, and now images fail to display in the PDF I was reading. I have tried killing and restarting the app, and I have tried rebooting the iPad.Neither resolves the problem.

Não consigo cancelar meu plano, pois, ele está conectado na loja da samsung, mas lá eu também não consigo cancelar. Ich habe mit Acrobat DC ein Formular erstellt, das unser Kunde auf seinen Baustellen mit dem Tablet ausfüllen kann. Unter anderem gibt es dort zu Dokumentationszwecken 3 Bildfelder. Dort sollen mögliche Schäden beschrieben werden. Auf dem PC funktioniert alles einwandfrei - man klickt das Bildfeld an und wird gefragt, ob man das Bild vom Computer einfügen möchte. Auf dem Android-Tablet passiert gar nichts, auf dem iPad erscheint ein Unterschriftenfeld (das im Formular jedoch nicht als solches angelegt ist). Laut Adobe-Support (englisch) ist das Einfügen von Fotos in ein Bildfeld auf einem Tablet nicht möglich. Ich kann das eigentlich schwer glauben. Hat jemand dafür eine Lösung?

Accidently I deleted all the files I have on my devise I am fraustratedis there any way to restore them?

I was using Adobe this morning and it was working fine and now it is telling me that the app is not responding. It gives me the option to wait or exit the app. If I select "wait" a few seconds later the options come up again. I am unable to figure out how to fix it. I have rebooted my laptop, I've checked for updates but not sure what else to do. Any assistance is appreciated.

I was recently charged for an Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription through Google Play, but I did not intend to make this purchase. I reached out to both Adobe and Google for help. Adobe told me they cannot cancel or refund it since the purchase was made through Google. Google also denied my refund, saying the payment had already gone to the developer and the decision is final. Now both support teams have closed my case, and I’m stuck with the charge.  Details: App: Adobe Acrobat Premium (Mobile) Order ID: GPA.3308-3818-8046-39521 Purchase Date: July 30, 2025 I have screenshots and proof that I reached out within a reasonable time.  I already canceled the subscription to avoid future charges, but I really hope there’s a way to get a refund for this unwanted charge. Can anyone from Adobe or someone who had the same issue guide me? Hi guys, my phone was in my pocket and it accidentally subscribed to the Adobe Acrobat Annual Plan through google play, and the funds that were inside my account when it got billed was for a vital purpose and now it is used up.
