Hi,  I just created a fillable form and included a mailto: button to send an email to a group. The button works well on a computer and would use the email app per default. Nonetheless when using an IOS mobile device it automatically uses the IOS mail app, even if the app is removed from the device.  Yes, Outlook has been set as the default app for our iPads mail, and it works fine for all other app and even for Acrobat when using send a copy... But the button still will bring up the ISO mail app page and the send option is grey out since the app is not on the device. In some cases, it will just mention that "Email has not been set up on this device." We have over 100 iPads that only use Outlook mobile app for good reason. Therefore, we are not looking to have 2 email apps accumulating emails on our tablet. Is there a solution to use a mailto button that would use by default Outlook on IOS mobile device. Thanks for your help.

Hi. I installed your app on my mobile via Google Play Store. I went to the premium section and there are two options: "monthly subscription" and "sign up for 7-day free trial followed by an annual subscription". I chose the free trial with annual subscription.  Instead of money deducting after the 7 days of free trial, my debit card was charged right away.  This is incredibly misleading and fraudulent. I demand you to refund the amount in my card right away and cancel my subscription. 

I can't fill in my form fields on an iPad after setting restrictions in Password Security Settings. I exported my document from InDesign to an interactive PDF.I opened the file in Adobe Pro DC and added the following restrictions in the Security tab:Selected restrict editing and printing of the documentPrinting allowed: Low ResolutionChanges Allowed: Filling in form fields and signing existing signature fieldsAdded a Change Permissions Password and saved the file When I test it on a Mac or PC, the form fields are editable and work fine...but NOT the case when opening it with Adobe Acrobat on the iPad. When I click the pencil to fill in a form field, I get an error message saying: “Protected document - This tool is not available because the document is password protected."I need to protect this interactive PDF and the original content so it is unchangeable. Any suggestions?? 

I am trying to make book covers using a mixture of canva and adobe. I am trying to convert the attached into PDF/X-1a I can't. Despite WASTING money on this app I don't seem to have access to the tools to do so. I can convert it from png to basic pdf, BUT ingramspark wants PDFX-1a and I CANT access the tools or the save as feature (which is how the internet said you are supposed to do it) is this because I am on a tablet? Also despite the png being created in a digital medium this system thinks it is a scan... which it isn't.

I have a problem with a form that has been created with Adobe Acrobat DC. from my understanding this problem has been going on for a long time but does need to be rectified!  when trying to add a photo in an image field on either the iOS app or the iPadOSS app you're unable to do so. it doesn't do anything.now considering this form has been made with Adobe on a macOS but can't be used on Adobe iOS or iPadOS Acrobat works with any other PDF Viewer or editor on iOS or iPadOS.. can you please get this issue sorted as I gather it's been going on for some years now!

The Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription I pay for using my Moble phone app for it, won't let me edit on my PC when logged in. It tells me to get a subscription, which I have it with this app and am logged in under this account. It's supposed to let me create, sign, edit, my pdf from mobile device or PC. Why won't it let me do it on PC?

After the latest update, whenever I open a full-screen .pdf on my iPad, I get an annoying banner related to “Generative Summary”, which cannot be removed or hidden in any way, even by disabling AI operations from the app settings. Too hard??  I have been using Adobe products for 20 years and never had a single problem highlighting a pdf.  Today I find I can't highlight a PDF and I really need to.  I have spent the entire day, its now 3:30pm, trolling the internet trying to find out how to highlight and Adobe PDF document.  Epic fail Adobe.

Hello,  I keep getting the message  'error saving a copy of this document ' whenever I try to save a copy of a pdf emailed to me.  I have updated my friend copy of Adobe reader on Android.   Does anyone know why it is impossible to save a copy of a pdf?
