I just changed my passcode and I still can't copy what I need to from adobe account

No se que tan posible sea pero si estaría bien si pudieran añadir mas tipos de fuentes o al menos que añadan las mas conocidas en mi caso por ejemplo tengo que estar fuera de casa, y luego tengo que editar y llenar documentos PDF de la universidad, y me veo muy limitado a la hora de editarlos por las fuentes y es que no me puedo llevar mi computadora a todos lados porque no es muy cómodo de llevar y prefiero usar la aplicación de teléfono o tablet creí que pagando a suscripción premium me desbloquearia mas fuentes pero sigue igual y pague la anualidadjaja😭 Por cierto estaría genial que pudieran agregar un modo de escritorio que se pudiera activar en ajustes yo en mi caso uso la aplicación desde mi tablet y me gusta editar los documentos con teclado y mousepad. Solo eso si se tomaron el tiempo de leer todo el mensaje muchas gracias.

Dear Adobe Team, I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding a serious incident with the Adobe Acrobat app on iPad. On April 25, 2025, I spent over two hours carefully filling out a PDF form using various free text fields and annotations while being signed into my Adobe account.. After completing the work, I tapped “Done” and exported the file to my Dropbox. To my shock, I discovered that all my extensive free text inputs  – had completely disappeared. Only static fields such as checkboxes remained. Despite being logged in, with active cloud access and automatic sync enabled, none of the data could be recovered. It appears the file was overwritten during export without saving the actual edit state. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a professional-grade app. I cannot comprehend how a core product like Adobe Acrobat can suffer from such severe reliability and usability issues, leading to the total loss of critical user input.

Hello,it looks like i have multiple accounts ( at least 2) with different usernames, passwords and icons colours ( one is yellow and one is blue).both accounts are subscribed to pro.one is billing on 30th of each month and another one is on 11th of each month.how i can combine these accounts with all the data from both accounts?also, i dont want to pay twice for the same plan.could you please help me?thank you!vlada      

How can I login to my Adobe Premium?

iOS, users of acrobat reader products do not have all of the apps that come with the desktop version of acrobat Pro, which is what I have why can't we get a synchronizing which means that your Apple subscription would synchronize with your desktop because I can pull up my account and and see that I have acrobat pro but yet I have to pay for two of them that's not right

I received a e-mail on my Samsung phone with an Adobe attachment. When I downloaded the app and opened the attachment it didn't display the signatures from the sender that was supposed to be throughout certain pages it just appeared as blank. What should I do, or how can I get the signatures to display?? Everything else that was supposed to be filled out was filled in.

Look, dear Adobe officials, I accepted the 7-day free trial you offered and you told me that I could cancel this plan via Google Play, but even though my gmail in Google Play account and my gmail in Adobe are the same, this subscription does not appear in Google Play at all. I have previously shared something like this in this community and an e-mail was sent to me. Although I accepted the option to cancel the subscription many times, the system did not recognize it as if I had never canceled it. good morning FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS I HAVE NOT UNDERSTOOD WHY THE TEXT IN THE FORMS THAT CAN BE FILLED OUT FROM THE ADOBE APPLICATION ON ANDROID SMARTPHONE OR TABLET WHEN I GO TO MODIFY OR INTEGRATE THE TEXT IT IS DOUBLED WHILE IF THE SAME FILE IS MODIFIED FROM A WINDOWS PC THE TEXT IS CORRECT

Hi All,Got a tough question for the community.  We have a staff member that uses his Iphone for everything in the building.  I recently set him up with the WIFI in the building.  He got a PDF document from an inspector.  He went to try to print it from his phone to the building printer.  The printer threw with the error above and it said "Password is missing or incorrect".There was nowhere on the Iphone to indicate a password was needed to print the document.I checked the properties of the file.  It is password protected but only to modify.I tried to print the document from my mac, printed without issue.  We also tried to print from Windows, printed without issue.I then tried to print the same document from my Android phone.  I presented with "Printing not available, this document cannot be printed because the author has disabled printing". Anyone know where I would look to to find out why this happens on mobile devices and not on deskt

Adobe Acrobat it is not allowing me to open any files whatsoever.I have restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled my app but everything in vain. However, my files can be opened using PDF Reader app. I am using Oneplus 13, Android 15. Please provide the solution for this.

Since yesterday's update the app crashes every time I try to open a document. I'm on a mobile android with all software up to date.

The pdf text recognition function is abnormal. Slowly and automatically exits during the conversion process, and a message indicating that the conversion fails is displayed.

Hi all, For the past 4-5 years, I have been using a personal e-signature. A couple of weeks ago, that signature was suddenly no longer available and instead I am forced to use a stylised version of my name as signature, but I prefer continuing using my own signature. Does anyone know how I can get it back? If so, please advise. Thanks,JD

I would like to report an issue encountered with Acrobat Reader on iPadOS 18, in the single page view with horizontal scrolling. If you try to quickly scroll through multiple pages of a .pdf in quick succession, you will not get the desired result, as you will move within the document always by one page. In other words, when you scroll to go to the next page, you always have to wait until the end of the transition on that page before you can scroll again to reach the still next one; otherwise, the transition effect always starts again on the same page, thus preventing you from moving quickly. I have encountered this problem precisely on IPadOS 18, but not on the same version of Acrobat on iPadOS 17, so I guess it is some kind of incompatibility. Also, the described fact occurs only in the horizontal scrolling view, while everything is fine with vertical scrolling.

I am a civil engineer who wants to take pdf's of my drawings to a job site instead of a roll of drawings.  When my Galaxy Note II is connected to my desk top computer, where do I need to copy the pdf files from my desk top to my phone so they can be viewed by Adobe Reader?

I was wondering if there was a way to access/view attachments to .pdf files in the Acrobat App on Chromebook?I sell sewing patterns and attach various patterns/documents to the main .pdf file for my customers. My customers with Chromebooks can't seem to find a way to open or view them, and I don't have a Chromebook to be able to check this out myself.Any help/ screenshots would be appreciated.

I have many PDFs of academic articles that I have highlighted in the desktop version of Acrobat, but when I open any of the PDFs in the iPad application, the highlights and notes aren't shown, and I can't add any new highlights. The highlights are visible in the iPad files preview (I store all of my files in iCloud).  I have updated the app, deleted it and reinstalled it, and signed out and into my account.   This is driving me crazy and slowing down my dissertation writing process. 

Je ne peux plus effacer certains fichiers, pas tous, je ne comprends pas pourquoi. Savez-vous comment faire ?
