Acrobat Reader Mobile

I have accidently taken out a subscription to Adobe via Google play. I tried to download it onto a laptop but it didn't work however it started a subscription..I am unable to use Adobe.I've requested a refund via Google who say to go to Adobe however they are saying it's got to be done by Google. An agent said they are unable to process a refund despite me seeing its been done or numerous other threads. Also being told there is no complaints email.Can anyone help?!??I'm well within my 14day period. 

I want to cancel my subscription, I subscribed last year on my android which is currently broken. I still have access on my adobe account on apple but can't cancel the subscription, the annoying part is it sends me to google play store to cancel it, but there's no existing subscription there, I'm feeling scammed by acrobat.

Hello all, I am trying to highlight some documents and there is no color showing, multiple colors have been selected. I can see that when I do highlight that it shows an undo button but never changes any color. The underline and strikethrough still work. I have had this working in the past, but it no longer seems to be. All help is appreciated! 

I tried to start a 7 day free trial to be charged on my account and I'm unable to cancel? 

Cannot open adobe dynamic xml pdf on iPad.  Adobe acrobatic on iPad will not do this.  I need to be able to open these files on my iPad and iPhone Apple has directed me here as they cannot help only you can.  Can you upgrade your reader for these files thanks

I just updated my Android phone.  Forms that I have previously edited are no longer rendering correctly.  The filled in data shows correctly in the PDF document but when I open it with Adobe Acrobat, the filled in data are no longer where they should be.  I also updated Adobe Acrobat but that did not correct the issue.

Hi there, I want to cancel my subscription. My last card declined so I put a new one in and have been charged for it, I checked my account. I try and press 'manage account' and it wont allow it as it is saying there is still a billing issue when theres not. I just want to cancel this, I dont even use it. Is there a way to make this work, sick of wasting money? Pretty stupid there is no number to call. Thanks.

Je peux parcourir, charger, enregistrer et copier du serveur vers l'iPad. Cela signifie que le chemin réseau s'affiche également dans le Finder de l'iPad.Cependant, lorsque nous utilisons Adobe Acrobat Reader et que nous voulons enregistrer un PDF, les seuls emplacements qui s'affichent sont le cloud ou les options de partage avec un hyperlien. Il est impossible d'enregistrer les fichiers PDF dans notre répertoire réseau ou sur notre lecteur. L'option pour enregistrer local, n'affiche pas le chemin réseau non plus. Y a t'il une solution?Merci

Been using adobe to highlight my textbooks on my iPad 10th gen. There's no feature to switch between multiple tabs to view different textbooks. There's also no feature to go back when I reach the sub-folders of Google Drive in it. Am I missing something or does this not exist?

We have deployed mobile application protection policies to our ios and android devices. We also set a conditional access policy which says that application should be managed and have app protection policies applied. When we enabled MAM on adobe and try to sign into onedrive within adobe acrobat reader, It is blocked (You cannot get from there to here message) becuase it try to signin through safari browser instance which is not managed (Therefore it is being blocked). I set edge as default browser in edge settings and tried again. But adobe acrobat reader is still using safari as internal browser.Can anyone guide in case we want to sign into onedrive from adobe acrobat reader and it use edge browser to sign in, not safari?

I have a premium account on my cell phone, but even though I'm logged in I can't use it on my laptop. It simply says that I can't edit and suggests purchasing the premium account again.

Hello,I have a Chromebook laptop with the Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDFs installed. For some reason, there is no print option in the usual place on the top right dropdown menu and the ctrl+p command does not activate the regular print page window. I called customer support and they referred me to this forum as the rep was unaccustomed to Chrome OS (and the Adobe remote access was unsupported...). I tried to uninstall and reinstall the application. The other applications on this device are working with my printer.Is there a way I can resolve this? Thank you in advance!Tzipora Gutmann

I was finishing up typing my documents when a message appeared on screen stating "unable to save" then adobe closed out of my work. Now everything I had written is gone. Is there a back log to find this missing data so I can recover my information?

I have samsung s6 tablet and my spen works perfectly fine but the issue is regarding the s pen button used for erasing which doesn't work in Adobe , so I need to click again and again on undo button to undo my mistakes . So please kindly look into this and remove the issue as soon as possible.

After updating to IOS 18 beta i noticed that the liquid mode fails to show after it loads, i already reinstalled the app, restarted my phone and tried different pdf files, it doesnt even work on the demo pdf that comes inside the acrobat app itselfe. I was litrally reading my pdf in liquid mode and left my phone to update to ios 18 later when i go back to read the pdf in liquid mode it doesnt work and only switches to a blank white page when you press the liquid button. This is the same for months now while installed the latest version of ios 18 beta every time it comes out, im afraid this keeps happening in the final ios 18 version..
