Adobe Acrobat Online

I have purchased a subscription for adobe acrobat pro and it worked for a day then stopped working. I have been trying to work off of the chrome app but it gives me problems when trying to combine files. So frustrating that im paying for a service that doesnt even work. This has happened in the past as well and I decided to unsubscribe. I needed to use adobe again so i tried giving it another shot but its still not working. Whenever i try to use the desktop app it tells me the tools are not in my subscription.

HiWhen I transfer files from PDF using the website link it misses lines on transfer to excel, usually the last line in the documentI have tried using the https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and also through the file. Can you help meThanksEamon

I just purchased Adobe Export PDF but it will not convert a PDF to a Word or RTF file...only goobledegook. What am I doing wrong?

This is what I am getting when I try to open any PDF files,  "If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document, your PDF viewer may not be able to display this type of document." I have an Adobe PDF package, so don't know why it is not working

I can no longer convert any PDF file to Word.  After opening the PDF file, the menu box on the right states "Your current plan is ADobe Export PDF", but nothing happens when I attempt to click on any option.  It worked fine until recently, not sure if I possibly changed a setting.  I am running Window 7 Professional.  I can go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  and it work fine.I also noticed I can no longer save a PDF file as "save as".  The screen open a blank box.Thank you

Hello, License plan: Adobe for Enterprise Acrobat pro and Acrobat pdf pack From my adobe account online I am trying to convert a pdf file to excel with an average file size of around 1 - 1.5 MB and the conversion takes long time like 15 - 30 minutes and then throws an 'error converting to excel'  message and fails. The pdf file is in tablular format with 30 columns and around 2500 lines. Note, The conversion works fine when the file size is around 0.5 mb.

TL;DR: Can I remove uploaded image filesize restrictions OR is there a way to simply having Adobe downsize the file size.I am trying to rebuild a previous solution using a webform that allowed personnel we're onboarding (into a low barrier workplace/people living with barriers) to complete an application form for a background check.Previously, I was able to leverage document upload(s), which than appended the uploaded images to the PDF in the output.However, the regulator has made a change which now requires the person completing the form to also put a signature next to the image of their uploaded images.The solution is to use an image upload block, however, this seems to come with a file size limitation and I don't appear to be able to change it anywhere in the settings. I have a document in PDF that's 138 mb and need to convert to docx. Error says file exceeds 100mb. What can I do?

Hoping someone can help! I have a template saved of a fillable form I use for work on my computer. When I need it, I fill it out and save it under a different name.  Say I'm combining 4 of these forms, the first one will be normal, buteee The only way I've combatted this is by printing and then saving as a PDF so it's not fillable anymore, but that takes a lot of time if I'm trying to combine 20 files.  Is there anyway to combine fillable forms without the rest of the forms taking on the information of the first? It would be VERY much appreciated.  Thanks. 

hi, im really hoping someone can help with this one! i was a university student and had an adobe account paid for by the university. Using this account, I made a website on adobe portfolio, and I can't access this anymore as my account plan expired when I left university. Is there a way i can transfer this portfolio/website over to my new adobe account? thanks!

We use Acrobat cloud as part of our content review process, but it is proving to be very difficult to rely on as we are only able to mark about 80% of the comments in any given document (PDF) as resolved.  For example, the latest document had 23 comment in it, which I addressed, and attempted to mark each comment as "Resolved", however 6 of the comments will not update to the "Resolved" state, no matter how many times I click the three dots and select "Resolved".  The comments just sit in an unresolved state and will not update.  In fact, on one comment, I don't even have the option to select "Resolve", it's just not there. Any ideas?  This is happening on any document and in both Chrome and Safari for Mac.

We are generating pdf document with SSRS, these are view in the browser.Using a company font that has xx 3.1 in the name. Fonts are embedded in the document and when viewing the embedded font name it is xx 3.1.But when using the Edit text in the Acrobat extension the font name is presented some xx 31 and that does not exist so if goes to a wrong fallback font.User can select the text and select the correct font that is correctly named xx 3.1.Tried to find if this is a know issue that font can not have dot in the name but failed. My recipient is getting response that the file I sent is not available or they are unable to open any files that I send.  I did not have this problem in the previous version of Adobe Send.

After having printed PDF files without any problem, now the same printer does not print such ones, but odes further on with files of other types like docx aso.

When i export PDF to DocX, the special fonts like Gothic used in PDF document gets converted to Arial or Calibri. Is there anyway we can retain the font type used in the PDF?

 I'm unable to combine multiple PDF files into one.  I can combine non-pdf files, but I get the above error when I try to combine multiple PDF files.   Has anyone experienced this?

Hi, many years ago I wrote a small booklet in Adobe Pagemaker, but now cannot find the folder containing the original file. However, I have the pdf of the booklet. I have tried to have a few copies printed via Lulu but it states I can't proceed as one of the fonts isn't embedded. Any ideas how I can get around this problem?? Best wishes, Mark.

I'm suspecting this is a network issue of some sort, but just to confirm.    I post shared reviews to the Document Cloud. I open my shared reviews on my desktop application, not on the web browser.   There are times when I'm either replying to a comment or updating its status when I'll get this message:   We weren't able to sync your action. Please try again.   Sometimes it'll resolve the next change I make, but sometimes (like today) it just gives me this message over and over again.   Windows 10, Version: 10.0.19042 Acrobat DC Pro: 22.001.20169   Do I need to yell at my IP, fiddle with my wireless settings, or just keep trying until it does sync?

I was halfway through adding comments to a PDF file when I accidentally deleted all tabs on adobe acrobat rather than specific ones. Is it possible to recover my document with all the comments? I've got a previously saved version with some comments from 24/10 but I added additional comments on the 28/10 before deleting them by mistake without saving.
