I am trying to create a Auto fillable form on Adobe Document Cloud, I've managed to do this a few days ago (don't know how, freak accident) I think I stumbled on it. but I can't get back to doing it. I can't find "Tools" or "Prepare Form" tabs. how can I find it or do it

Hi all First time adobe user here. I've made a form sheet for anyone to write their name, details etc. But I now need to send this to people as a PDF where anyone can write in the boxes their details. How do I do this? similar to requesting a signature but I need it for all the questions on the doc and instead of signing, its things like writing your name.  Hope this makes sense

I am new to Adboe Acrobat Pro in the Cloud. I've used this program for 20 years with ease and all of a sudden I feel hampered rather than helped. It takes so long to do most tasks - far longer than my full client used to. But the real pain is when trying to Edit a document. It is taking 10 plus minutes to prepare a file for me to add a header to - unreal. The increase in time is affecting my daily work output. Does anyone else have this problem and/or have a solution? Thank you 

hi,I payed but it's impossible convert from PDF to Word. Why?

When adding text to a fillable form, it is not showing what is being typed.  The same goes when I choose to put a check mark next to an item in a pdf document.  This is done under the Edit tab.  Any idea why, all of a sudden, this is not working anymore?

I'm not sure what is happening, as I can edit some PDFs but when I open 2 specific PDFs and hit the Edit button, I get the message "More tool components are being installed. We'll let you know when you can use the tool".I have tried restarting my computer, saving these files with a different name and reopening them and get the same message over and over again.What can I do so that I can edit these PDFs without getting the message "More tool components are being installed. We'll let you know when you can use the tool"?Thanks much! 

I have to send several hundred individual emails, and cannot use mail merge feature (don't ask).  I don't want to have to answer do you want to send a cloud link  every time?  Can I reset that so it defaults to no?  OR turn it off? Thanks.

Hi there, I'm unable to upload a PDF to Adobe's Creative Cloud, which our company uses for documentation reviews. When I use the upload button in Acrobat Reader, I see "Saving to Adobe's cloud storage 0%" briefly, followed by the error "An error occurred while trying to access the service." If I try to upload the PDF to Creative Cloud (https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents), the following error message comes up immediately: "1 file(s) could not be uploaded. Filetype not supported." (And I would hope PDF is a supported format!) I am able to upload other PDFs, so I suspect this might be a file issue. However, the error messages don't give me much information on how I might resolve the issue. Any ideas? (I'm happy to send the file via email to any Adobe support personnel, but it contains proprietary information, so I will not upload it to the forum directly.) Things I have tried:Acrobat is fully updated to the latest version.I have logged out and logged back in

I'm creating a performance review form. I have a section where employees need to rate themselves on a scale of 1 - 5. (1 = Poor, 2 = Fair, 3 = Meets Expectations, 4 = Exceeds Expectations, 5 = Outstanding) I have radio buttons for each option so that they are only allowed to select one. However, when I go in, as the employee, to fill out the form and select the radio field I want, the selection doesn't save.Is there a way to make it so that the radio button selections are saved?Or is there a better option?

Hello, I created a document on Canva and I am trying to prepare a form.  I am getting an message staying that Adobe is unable to make this document accessible because "Bad PDF, could not read page structure".  See screenshot of the message as well as the type of document I am trying to prepare a form form - is it because the boxes are rounded and not square?  Any help is appreciated.

Hello, I am combining multiple documents, some from Canva, some from PDF, and when I do this, all the names of the documents that were combined (listed separately) show up in my table of contents in PDF - how do I delete this so there is no table of contents - only the tile of the document? SEe screenshot enclosed to give you an idea of what I am referring to. Thanks, Catherine

Good morning,  Our workplace has used Adobe for forms for years, and currently facing an issue where we are creating fillable forms from InDesign, saving as PDF, creating form fields, and then save as > reader extended PDF > enable more tools (so customers can fill out ans save) but since the recent upgrade when we try and save this way it freezes and the program doesn't respond. A few of us have tried and all teh same issue. Any help woudl be appreciated. 

I just upgraded to a new PC. On the old one, I LOVED that I could see all my Creative Cloud files via Windows File Explorer. But the new PC, not only is that not happening ... Can't cee Crearive Cloud folder in File Explorer, but also, when I click on the "Files" button in the desktop Creative Cloud app, only a small fractrion of all of my files and folders are still showing up. 

EDIT PDF   When I choose Arial as my font, then start to type, it switches over to Z@R18D2.tmp or Z@R1814.tmp. How can I unassociate Arial so that it doesn't default as one of these two fonts (Z@R18D2.tmp or Z@R1814.tmp)

I am trying to send multiple identical forms each of whch has a box requiring a signature / name / title of person signing. Is there a way of adding this to each form simultaniously rather than 1 at a time. 

What does this mean This message comes up as I try to change scanned page from a yellowing page from the scanner to a white on black page in Acrobat Pro.

Hello I am currently studying and when I open my assessment it lets me do most of it then when I go to add a number for some reason when I open my pdf document I keep getting this pop-up I am not sure why can you disable it.

How do I save a fillable form pdf so that only I can make changes?

I'm having trouble with combining pdf's, when they're combined in the PDF Pack website, they show up as portrait orientation and half the document is cut off.  I successfully combined 95 pdf's and they were in landscape orientation when it was finished combining. Using the same process as I did for the first 95 files, I downloaded 5 new files, saved them to my computer, and placed them in the same folder in "My Documents", I went to combine them and the final product showed the files in portrait orientation when they should be in landscape, and they were cut off so the full file was not visible.

Seen a few of these and did the recommended adobe preferences too.  Not with standing Chat said they were going to call.. still waiting and got through to only be on hold indefinitely.    All my other programs print to prob and even if export the PDF to word or excel it will Print.However, the PDF will not print.As a paying customer over 10 years, and unable to get Adobe support noting we are trying add new team members, Adobe has made it very difficult to do business.  

I was able to use the tool "replace selected text" just by selecting a part of a text and typing the right word, and a comment with the right word was being created automatically, without the necessity to click on the tool every time. And the same worked for insertion (And neither of these tools were pinned). Now I can't do this. Can you help me?
