What could be wrong? May be a document protection? In that case, there is not a error message to show me that?

I would like to subscribe the Adobe Export PDF but unsuccessful as it indicated error message "not yet supported to this country"

Hi,I have a MacBook Pro and badly need an app or software to edit and save PDF's. Someone has sent me some PDF's to help me write some copy for an article but I need to be able to delete some paragraphs and logos whilst being able to insert my own text. I already have an Adobe Acrobat account and pay for an annual 'send now plus' plan.The confusing thing is that I appear to have an Adobe Cloud account which has the options listed below and will allow me to add the PDF to a folder but when I try to edit it I can't! Do I need to buy a separate plan to edit and save a PDF as new and, if so, why does the cloud account pictured below suggests I have this already? And if I do need to purchase a new plan, which one?! Have spent an hour trying to figure out how to contact UK customer services or have an online chat but just get led to this forum. Ridiculous that you can't appear to 'speak' to a member of staff when you may spend money on their services and are left at the mercy of a forum wher

Hi,I'm trying to convert a pdf to a Word DOC with editable text. Each page of the original pdf (OP) is an image of text. I have Adobe PDF Pack (APP).In APP, I chose Export PDF. In Select Files, I pick Choose files on My Computer and select the OP.In the Convert To pulldown, I see DOCX, DOC, PPTX, XLSX, RTF, JPG, TIFF, and PNG.Perusing the Using Adobe PDF Pack‌ help, I review section: Export PDF to Word/Excel, "To use OCR when you convert a PDF to Word, or Excel...".At this point, I do not have the "Convert PDF To Editable File" option.I checked my plan and saw the Upgrade to Pro option. I thought maybe an upgrade would help, so I did that.After the upgrade, I logged off then on. Still no joy.Please help.Chris

I recently downloaded Acrobat DC and a form that I had used before the upgrade always allowed me to easily drag and drop in an ink signature. Now that the form is opened in DC, the right hand column states, "You have opened a fillable PDF form. This form does not let you drag and drop saved information." Therefore, when I go to the FILL & SIGN option, it won't pull up options for adding an ink signature, only creating a Digital ID and using that. I want it to add the ink signature and I'm not sure what's wrong with the form. I've tried re-creating the form, but nothing helps. The form was originally created in InDesign CC. Any help would be appreciated. I did the acrobat DC fill and sign tutorial and that went fine, but my actual form won't work like the sample file form (Fill and sign forms anywhere | Adobe Acrobat DC tutorials). Thanks.

On April, 23, 2015 I wanted to cancel my annual membership which is coming due April 30 and get a refund since my bank is already being charged for 2015. Chat was closed(suppose to 24 hrs a day 7 days a week, but I finally talked to a live person who said they could assist me.  I received an e-mail stating my refund request is being processed and a link to check status was included.  It is now May 9, 2015.  No status change and Chat is again closed!!This poor customer service causes me to NEVER order any Adobe products in the future.How do I resolve this issue and get my refund??

I am attempting to convert a pdf doc to a microsoft(doc) format.  When I typed in my password nothing happened and the password screen stayed on.  A wheel turned on the conversion request but nothing happened - sreen frozen on the passwrd screen. What is stopping me from signing in.  I signed in to get on this site okay.!

I wish to cancel annual subscription to PDF Services. The online cancel does not work please need help?

This is on one of the computers in our office.  We use a medical records program called Sevocity.  This program stores documents that we import into the electronic charts as PDF files.  When we upgraded that computer from Adobe to Adobe Pro, it no longer opened the PDF documents stored there.  Is this an issue with the medical program or with Adobe Pro?  We already had Sevocity Support attempt to fix the problem, but they said the issue looked like it was with Adobe. We would like to troubleshoot by re-installing AdobePro, but we want to make sure that none of our files stored to the Adobe Document Cloud.  If we re-install Adobe, will those documents still be available in the online Adobe account's Document Cloud, or do we need to move those documents to the collective Creative Cloud?

I would like to ask a further question to this topic googe drive commentI followed [private information removed by moderator] advice to always upload and rename my files on Google drive. But when I comment a lot, this isn't really comfortable, so I got interested in the 2nd suggested possibility to use the free Acrobat.com cloud storage. Is https://cloud.acrobat.com/ the right url to use it? I have the feeling that I can only share files but no folders and that I cannot share them in a way that I see the comments of the others users.Does anybody know a free (at least for students) cloud service, that enables a group of users to comment pdfs in a shared folder, so that every group-member can see the comments made by the other members?
