is there a way to prevent a PDF file from being forwarded? For example, im a personal trainer and if i send a client a plan via PDF file, i want to make sure that they cannot send it to anyone else. I read about how you can secure a file by creating an ID and then having the recipient create an ID as well, but i would like to make the orocess as easy as possible for my clients and not have to have them create an ID and then send it to me. is there a better way to block the recipient from resending the PDF?

Hi. We are having several issues with Adobe X Pro PDFMaker plugin crashing Lotus Notes 8.5.3 when trying to convert single or several mails to PDF. Either the mails are skipped, or Lotus Notes crashes.IBM Lotus Notes Support have replied with this when we raised a problem ticket:The crash occured in 3rd party application from Adobe. From our side we can only tell you that you should disable the following line in Notes.ini tp prevent the crashes: AddInMenus=C:\PROGRA~1\Adobe\ACROBA~1.0\PDFMaker\Mail\LOTUSN~1\PDFMLO~1.DLL  If you want to use this tool you should contact Adobe to solve the problem.  So would like to enquire what is the cause of this crash and whether anyone else faces this problem with Adobe PDFmaker?According to Adobe link, Acrobat X Pro PDFmaker is supposed to be compatible with Lotus Notes 8.5.x versions.Any help would be much appreciated.

I got a Conversion Error message when trying to combine files.  They aren't pw protected files.  The process worked fine this morning.

Hi,I have just bought the Adobe Export PDF package for £19.99 but I can't actually find where to login to the software to convert a PDF to word?Any help appreciated.ThanksRob

A single PDF contains two tables (income and expense) but Export PDF converts ONLY the second table and completely ignores the first table.  (The two tables may actually be parts of one larger table, but in that case it is the first part which is ignored.)

How do I get word to convert to pdf? It worked yesterday and not working today.

We are a document scanning Company in the UK, we send PDF's offshore for indexing and we get them back, (using Filezilla) increasingly we are finding more and more corrupted. We run a 'synchronise' check using WinSCP, but unfortunately the corruptions are not fixed. The 'Corrupt' PDF's open OK in WIN8 (PDF X-Change), however they will not open in Win 7. To correct the corrupt PDF's we literally rotate the PDF's in PDF X-Change and then save them. This seems to solve the issue, however I am puzzled as to why this is, anyone know anything?

I sent a document using echosign to be signed. The person opened it on their iphone6 and wasn't able to sign it! Any work around suggestions? Thanks

Help!  I have just purchased this coverter but cannot find instructions on how to use it!  I am trying to convert my Bank Statements in Adobe format to Excel format.  Any suggestions???

I was having a problem exporting a pdf into excel/word. I followed some suggestions from previous questions, signed out and signed back in again. However when I signed back in, adobe is coming up that I need to subscribe again to receive this function. I subscribed in april to access this function which was for 12 months.What should I do now?

I paid for ExportPDF 2 months ago, now it won't let me use it.

I was under the impression i had canceled my services because i had only needed it for my time at school. but then i was recently charged and i have not been using this scanning service anymore and only wanted to be charged the one time i had already been charged when i was actually using the services

I keep getting the above message. I am not trying to send it to myself. I have signed out and started again to see if it helps. Still the same result.I have checked my profile to see if the email address had somehow got changed. It had not.Nothing is working.Any ideas or support info that could help please???

I have a user that is getting this error on his Surface Pro 2, if he logs into his laptop he does not get this message, both devices are using the same version of Acrobat.  I can't find a solution to resolve this for him.  He's trying to edit text, delete, re-type, etc..Anyone seen this before?Thanks
