Adobe Acrobat Sign

I recently received a form that required I provide some sensitive information and then sign it.I filled the information and signed it, incorrectly assuming that it was all protected.When I received the email confirmation, I noticed that in plain view on the email was an image with the sensitive information visible.The worst part is that clicking on the image displays the full form in Adobe Sign to anybody with the link.I have asked the requesting party to delete the document and I have deleted it myself from my adobe sign account (it is no longer visible under manage).However, the link sent with the confirmation email is still active (clicking on it continues to display the full document).What can I do to make sure this data cannot be accessed going forward?

Hi Community. It is possible to send one registration form to multiple users, without the other users seeing the filled in data?I have to send out a registration for every new customer (about 100 new customers a month) incl. their signature.Therefore, it is always the same blank form, which every new customer has to fill in.I thought about sending 25-30 mails once a week at once.Of course, I don't want other customers to see the sensitive data of each other. Is there a way to do that with Adobe sign?Or another adobe solution? I want to make the process of signing as simple as possible for our customers. Thank you for your help! Yvonne

I would like to send agreement using Salesforce Apex without user intervention. Also we are using Conga to do document merge and as part of the same request I would like to send document. Based on the documentation provided by Conga I am using ESSVBA=1 but still agreement is created and remains in the Draft state rather than being sent. Any help please if anyone have tried to achieve something similar.

Hello,I have created a counter signature widget and it worked great, but the filler can see the counter signees email address and we can't have that visible. Is there anyway I can setup a widget so they can't see the email?

After I reset my Adobe cloud ID, I can no longer use Adobe Sign.The reason seems to be the Adobe Sign email is different with my Adobe cloud ID.Anyone knows how to reset the email address in the Adobe Sign?Thanks!

G'day all, I have a customer who wants to add an additional PDF to their current process, however it is not a form - it's a straight piece of information with no user interaction.From what I have read / experimented with, it will force a signature at the bottom even if i don't put any fields on the page.My gut feeling is that every document must have a signature field, but I'm open to other ideas around thisCheers all

I am trying to configure a request to the REST API to send a workflow. HiI am getting "You cannot add that email address to your account. Please see this Knowledge Base Article for more information." when trying to add a user.When I display active and inactive users, I don't see the same e-mail address pre-existing.  I did previously send a request to sign a document to the new email address so I believe this is now preventing me to add it as a user in the system.  I cancelled the document signing request to this email I want to setup as a user.  I don't believe this is a domain issue as suggested in the help documentation as the same domain works for other users I am able to add. I produce a PDF document as part of a multi-party biz flow.  Before storing the document, however, I want to digitally certify the document with a cert from one of the AATL providers.There are no "signers" to speak of in this case.  Is there a way for me to upload such transientDocument, get its ID and then produce a digitally certified PDF?

i want to be able to send a pdf to be filled out by one of our trades as a JSA/SWMS as they need to fill it out for each job they do. sometimes they will have another trade come on site and help them out that trade then needs to sign the JSA as well. how to i send the PDF to the 1 trade person who is responsible for the job and have other signature boxes for if another trade happens to come on site and needs to sign off as well without having to send them the form?

Hi all,I have a question, we use Adobe sign to send our new starter form to new workers, the form is created in such a way that the new worker adds their details and attaches X documents as per the required fileds and then moves on to signing the document.Each form is sent with 1 participant and 1 approver (our office)My question: is there a way that once the document is completed and signed by the participant and it comes to our office for approval we are able to request the participant to amend the document, i.e if an item they have attached is not acceptable, or some additional detail needed?We have several instances when documents have come back to us for approval and a required attachment is not correct (they have tricked the system and taken a photo of a blank piece of paper or some equivelant)Please help with this as we are hitting a brick wall thus far, and having to decline the documents making the new workers start all over again and it is some times hard enough to get them t

Hello,We are wondering if it is possible to have the client sign/initial for each individual space? Our issue is not with signing for multiple signers, as we understand how to set that up. Right now they sign once, then “click to paste that signature” in every future signature location. But I am curious if we can set it to force the client to manually sign in every signature location.
