Adobe Acrobat Sign

Good Morning,My name is Rosemarie de Castro with Wiseconnect.  I am trying to add a Template to the Library for my whole organization to use and be able to send out to our New Hires and for some reason it won't upload.  Can you please help me with this?  Below is the screen shot of the result once it attempts to upload.  Thank you.

My tax preparer sent me a document via email with social security #s on it. If I can view the document by just clicking the link in the email, can't anyone who intercepts the email do the same? Seems highly insecure.

I can't upload a copy of a hand-signed contract to the esign system.  This is a new error as in the last two months I have been able to do this 6 times for other contracts.It uploads and you see the green flash saying:.... but then almost straight away the following message is sent and it gets cancelled by the system."We were unable to create your agreement Signed PCR&CCS2016 British Mini Club 9-440 for because of a problem adding signature fields to it."I have tried uploading it as a pdf and as a jpg - both open fine on my PC and are no larger in size that other documents I have previously uploaded without issue.I have checked your guides and I am uploading them correctly.I have tried over the last 3 days about 10 times in case it was a temporary problem... but it is still not working!Why won't the system let me upload a hand-signed contract anymore?Hope you can helpAlison

is there a way to do this? Like we have add toon in a form where applicants have to list previous companies and those company's addresses and phones. Is the a way for acrobat to guess that if the first company was Swift Transportation Inc that when the applicant typed Swi it would fill in all tne rest of the information?maybe there is some kind of database or somwthing that could be tied to certain form fields?Bestadahlberg‌

I have customised my signer messaging for my widget which is appearing in Chrome and in Safari Mobile but not in Safari Desktop on Mac. I don't think it is a cache issue as I am clearing cache and other test changes I make are appearing. It is not showing updates to the signer message that were made the previous day.This is only in Safari Desktop.Is this a Bug Issue?

I created a fillable PDF that I want to send for signature.  'Send for signature" isn't even a tool option.  Isn't this part of Acrobat Pro DC?What do I have to do?

I am  having difficulty signing a Business Associate Agreement with Google using their Adobe e-sign form.  I don't have an e-sign account, do I need one?  It seems to give me the opportunity to type or draw my signature in the box but then won't allow me to press "Accept".  How can I complete the signature form using Adobe's process.

We are having problem using the Echosigh and IE10. We keep getting the below message when trying to access echosigh. Looking at the system requirements IE10 is still supported. I already have a drawn (real) signature from "PC One" (Windows 8.1 & Acrobat Reader DC), and have created an Acrobat Cloud account, hoping that all other PC's that I open the Cloud into, will "save" that signature. It doesn't.My specific example, is "PC Two", where I'm using Windows 7 & Acrobat Reader XI. Here, when I open Acrobat XI (and login), the "Sign" option is at the Top along with "Tools, Comment, and Extended".When I click Sign, it only gives me options to create a BRAND NEW signature. There are no options to Save anything, because it doesn't have a signature to save.To recap: I already have a signature that I want to keep using; how do I get the Cloud to "pick it up"?Ideas?

The signer of our documents doesn't need to receive a copy of the document they have just signed. How do I stop this happening, so the document is just returned back to myself (the sending email address). Thanks

I tried sending a document for esigning and, although I click and drag the signature block to it's required location, it was still placed at the end of the document where there is not a signature strip, which renders the signature useless. Please help. This has already cost me 2 documents.

When I send a document to be signed, the confirmation email comes up in my Trash rather than my Inbox.  Same thing when the document is signed and sent back to me, the email goes directly to my Trash and not Inbox.  Why, and how do I fix this?
