Hello,I am currently facing an issue where recipients can see the third-party links in the email message when I send an agreement for signature using the Adobe Sign API, but the links are in plain text and not clickable. I am using Adobe Sign Enterprise.I need the links to be clickable. Is there any setting or configuration that I might be missing to resolve this issue?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!
I have a signature workflow that requires that 2 out of 3 signatories must sign a document. For example, consider a workflow where you submit a contract for signing to Peter, Mary and Jennifer. In this example, any two of them can sign the contract. We do not require all three people to sign. How can I achieve this?
We have a standard agreement we send out for signature. Within that agreement is a link to our terms of service. When sending the agreement out for signature, the recipient isn't able to click the link. Is there a way to make a clickable link when sending an agreement for signature through adobe sign enterprise. Thanks!
Hi, We are brand new to Sign. My question is: When I create a template from an existing PDF, I can manually go through and right click each text field, check box, etc and assign it to a receipient (supervisor, employee or HR manager). This I assume is so during the work flow a person not assigned to those fields can't fill them out. However, I am also seeing that if I just create the template from an imported PDF and save it without any modifications... then add recipients and 'preview and add form fields', I can drag a selection box around many fields, check boxes, etc and assign those to recipients en masse. Is there a reason for the different assignment locations? I like the much more efficient way of dragging a box around multiple fields and assigning them to recipients but don't want our HR people to have to do that every time. I tried assigning various fields to different recipients while creating the template and it didn't seem to help on the 'preview and ad
Sign is OK with one exception - the same recipient repeatedly has no 'review and sign' button on the email they receive and no way of signing documents. As far as I know this only affects them. They are the single signer on the documents and have been assigned a signature field. Any suggestions as to what might be responsible? [Title renamed by the moderator]
Hi.We have a workflow to which users can attach any custom document. The workflow enforces the signature path. Making a legal approval mandatory. What I want to achieve is, that I can download the signed agreement via the API. Then being able to link it to a client. I assume that the correct way to get the client information would be to add a "signer input field" called "client" and add this information to the document. But as the users can upload custom documents (and we will not be able to enforce using specific templates) we can't add form fields to the documents.Even though we created the "signer input field", I don't get the field information via the API, as it hasn't been added to the documents. Is there any other way to get the client information into the agreement for retrieval via the API?Thanks
I recently took out a free trial for Adobe Reader and did not renew at the end of the trial. Since then, I have received the message that I am not authorised to send documents for signature., even though I am supposed to be able to send 2 documents per month for free as part of the Acrobat application. The error occurs in both the desktop version and the web version of Acrobat. This is just a singular account. There is no account administrator.
This week I noticed that the maximum file size for Adobe Sign documents is 8 Mb instead of 10 Mb.Is this a new policy? On the Acrobat website, the file size is 10 Mb (Last updated Jan 22, 2024).
A glitch in the e-sig workflow allows approvers to "Click to Approve" even though they have not initialed the document.
We were required to change our email address and i made an error now I can no longer get into the account any suggestions, I can not seem to be able to speak to a person at all.
The new updates, as mentioned in the subject, actually more like facelift, is TERRIBLE. AdobeSign used to be a great experience, but not it is so buggy, it's becoming a chore to use. For reference, I use the desktop version of Adobe to edit and work on PDFs and the online version for e-Signatures. First issue I ran into was when a scanned document was uploaded for signature and I tried to apply a signature field, I would get a message saying that it could not be applied because "signature field was not compatible with a document in landscape format". Document was NOT in landscape format and I went to the desktop version to confirm that it was in portrait. I OCR'd the document (checked for editable text) and that did not help. Only solution was to upload the document for editing, have it scan for editable text, then request e-Signature. This seemed to get around the bug. Next issue is that, since they moved the "review and send for signature" to a pop up instead of a new
I am trying to extract form field data from a completed agreement using PowerAutomate. The agreement flow is not owned by the sender and I am gettting errors. It boils down to "Access to the field-level data is limited to the owner of the agreement and the owner of the template (regardless as to if they are the same user)." Is there a workaround for this "issue"?
Your message is clear and concise, but I've made a few adjustments for clarity and grammar:Good evening,I have an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription, and I'm experiencing an issue with the electronic signature functionality. Specifically, I'm unable to find the feature to send a contract for signing. Although it appears on the interface, attempting to use it leads to a 403 Forbidden page. Normally, I have the capability to sign documents myself and send them to other signatories. Please assist me with this matter urgently.Thank you.

Hey Folks, How do you close an Adobe Sign Developer Account? I signed up for it using my company email and was later added to my company's Ent subscription. In doing so, I am only able to access the Dev account not the Ent sub. I don't need the Dev account any longer and I'm hoping that by getting rid of it it will remove the login confusion.
The conga merge preview generates the PDF successfully. The Adobe agreement is initiated, and I can see the recipient, message is passed. But the conga composer PDF is not in the "Files" section of the agreement. https://composer.congamerge.com/composer8/index.html?sessionId=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX&serverUrl=https://XXXXXXXX.my.salesforce.com/services/Soap/u/29.0/00D5D000000XXXX&id=0065D0000066yAh&reportid=[E1Space]00O7F000002XXXX&queryid=[E1PaySplit]a045D00000HXXXX&templateid=+a0C5D000009HbdY&fp0=1&ofn=RXA003+Pty+Ltd+-+Contract&ds7=4&esopportunityid=0065D000006XXXX&essignaturetype=2&esagreementname=Agreement+for+FM21-RXA003+Pty+Ltd+-+1/09/2021&esmessage=This+is+test+message+from+TEST001+Template&esexpireinxdays=14&esrecipient1=0035D00001OXXXX&esrecipient1role=Signer&sf1=1&mfts0=StageName&mftsvalue0=Contract+Sent&uf0=1&esvisible=1

Is it possible to do this?
In the workflow, first the student (recipient) signs the agreement. Then in the next step registrar office signs it. When registrar office declines to sign it, they put some reason and the issue is that, this message (reason) is not visible for the recipients. Is there any way or the preference change to make these decline reasons visible for recipients. We also want to notify them as well.
How do I return a signed document to requestor?
Email works normally, can be received, but Adobe Sign doesn't send. It goes up in the Adobe system and bounces back.
