After the recent update, I can no longer delete the text in the message field to signatory. The delete button and backspace is not working, unless I right click tand cut the text.
Hola! Gracias!
Hi, I was filling in a form, and thought I'd create a digital signature instead. I assigned it to an e-mail account. Now I am unable to send e-mails from that account (a g-mail account) as the Apple mail progrmme keeps on asking me "Mail wants to sign using key 'privateKey' in your keychain". Is there a way to get rid of this digital signature so I don't have problems with sending e-mails? I tried removing the signature in the Adobe app but wouldn't allow me to. Any and all help appreciated so I can get my e-mail account back!
As the title says, I am cancelling my adobe sign sub as its not needed anymore, but still have a couple of docs still out in the wild waiting to be signed, can these still be signed and returned and accessed by me, or will they be cancelled?
Is there a way to request the certified timestamped digital signature via Adobe sign? I need to request signatures from multiple people but the signatures must all be certified. Thanks in advance!
We want to send a letter to check off a box indicating whether an individual plans to return for the next school year or not. We don't want them to sign the letter, as that could present as a contract. Is there a way to use Adobe Sign without creating an electronic signature?
I've created a WebForm for customers to complete which would start the process of an agreement. How do I add pages to the PDF of this completed WebForm afterward? There are NO signature fields on this form, yet Adobe will not let me add pages to it, saying it's protected due to being signed. How else can I get around this? I don't want to create a template instead, as that will require me to send it to each person who needs it beforehand. I want this WebForm to be publicly accessible.
Hi-I spoke to the Embed team a bit but they pointed me here because our application doesn't meet volume requirements. We have a web based product and want to add a feature of having our customers share a specific disclosure document with their customers for signature where they can then track when the document is signed and store the signed document.I guess the main thing I'm not understanding is the pricing works. I couldn't find any clear documentation on this. Is there a fee per share or per sign? And who's account does this go against? Do we create an account or are we supposed to have our customers get their own Adobe account and we just integrate with it via the developer APIs?Please help me find answers to these questions.Thank you,Collin
Hello, I am trying to setup a single document to take two different party signatures to sign using Adobe sign .
Our company signed up for AdobeSign but we keep getting this error and no one seems to want to help. We want to renew this subscription if it has expired but there appears to be no way to do that. Apparently my representative is Sneha Arora but I am not getting the help I need. When I log in to request signatures, I get this message: You cannot send new agreements because you don't have sufficient transactions available in your account. Please contact your administrator. Help!
Hi, We are new to using e-signatures and using the system noticed the below message gets sent out in our client's email message. Is there anyway to not have this appear in their email as they won't be needing to delegate to anyone? Don't forward this email: If you don't want to sign, you can delegate to someone else. Your help would be greatly appreciated.Elvis
There's been many, many postings over the years:In 2024, where is the dashboard for documents that have been sent to me for signing? I've seen the dashboards for when I send out a document for signing but not the other way around. At least, I haven't been able to find it so far. Thank you!
I would like to utilize the I9 form, however I am unsure of how to fill out the part of the employer before sending it to the prospective independent contractor.
I have a contract to send to 20 parties. I had assumed I could send the same doc to each using the e-signature function, and they could each add their address and signature in the same spot on the correct page and send back. It seems that is not actually possible. Each field can be assigned to only one person (by the way this is not explicitly stated in the documentation online). So I understand my alternative is to use the "bulk email" option. However when I click "send in bulk" the Adobe Acrobat page opens in Chrome and the circle goes around and it says "Loading" and nothing else happens. I already tried restarting the computer. I have a creative cloud license that includes Acrobat Pro. I need to get this out today so i hope someone can help. :-0
I have an agreement that needs to be signed by each customer, and then saved under their name. Sounds simple enough, but once they sign the document and I save it, the original document remains signed and is no longer "blank" for the next customer to sign (and save again under a different name). I'm sure it's simple, but I'm not getting it. And yes, I'm using the subscription based service. Thank you in advance.
One of the parties has incorrectly esign the document. can we re-issue the same document only to that party so other parties who has signed dont need to re-sign?
So I have 2 pages that I am working on. What I would like to happen is when a signature is completed on page 1 for page 2 to auto populate the signature in its respective spot? I know I can duplicate accross multiple pages with the other field options. But not with the digital signature. Any way there is some code that I can put in the actions menu to auto populate my second page with my first pages signature?
Hi Team, I have a developer account, in which i am unable to add multiple participants to webform and also i checked to enable it in global setting but i dont find an option to enable it.
Hi, When I make a signature request, the email that gets sent has sender name "Adobe Acrobat Sign on behalf of <correct name>" where <correct name> is my name. After signing, the confirmation email has sender name is "Adobe Acrobat Sign on behalf of <wrong name>" where <wrong name> is an old business name of mine. That <wrong name> shows up nowhere in my account settings. Is this some synchronization issue on your end? Or is there some way that I can fix it myself?
For example, I have my document signed by three people. Two of them simply put their signature on the pdf where I want it. The third person has a blue line under their signature with their name, date and time. And I would like to have this line on the other two people as well. How can I set this and why is this the default setting for one person?
We used to be able to select multiple document templates and send them all at the same time to one recipient who would then open and sign them all and then all would be sent back in one document. With the latest update this is no longer possible, we get an error that says "multiple e-sign templates cannot be sent for e-signatures. Please select one"I am wondering why this feature was removed and if there's any way to get it back.We have multiple templates saved in our library and pick and choose which different combination of templates need to be sent to each client. It is much more efficient to send them all as one package as we previously could.
The action to download individual files seems no longer to work. When uploading multiple documents for signature. It groups them in what is called a Binder and once the document is signed, it will only allow the download of the entire group of files as one document, the binder. Before a most recent update, I could download each document individually as I uploaded them. Has this feature been removed?
Since the most recent release (Jan/Feb 2024), I can no longer route a contract for signature through AdobeSign where the other party has already electronically signed using another tool such as DocuSign. We receive a message saying the PDF is an unsupported file type. We are additionally seeing an error message that AdobeSign does not support landscape documents, where the document is clearly in portrait. Our workaround has been to Print to PDF and save it locally and then upload it to AdobeSign. Even using the workaround, we are getting feedback that recipients are unable to sign or we're finding that their signature is illegible (too small and not located anywhere near the signature line). I recently discovered that I could go into my Account Settings and uncheck the Request e-signatures box that says "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures". Now it's back to the old version and I have no issues. Our team has to have the ability
I used to be able to add a cc at this part so I could include an email that's neither a signer nor an approver of the file. How do I do that now?
I have been facing this error in power automate action, but flow runs fine for me. I can't edit the action. can someone help me with this ?
