New error started appearing on flows that worked ok 2 weeks ago: Draft state validation error. One or more errors has occurred. Signer identity verification method not allowed by account settings. Any ideas? not change for a year on our WF.
What error is this?
Some agreements of an employee could not be executed successfully and are stuck in sync permanently ("Signed agreements are synchronized...(3)).The sync of these agreements can also no longer be deleted. When clicking on the affected agreements the following error message appears:This transaction was not successful due to a server error. The request could not be completed. Invalid Value provided in x-signing-token-header The colleague is using AdobeSign on the iPad. Unfortunately, we do not know what to do now. We would really appreciate some help. And is there any way to get support from Adobe directly? Thank you in advance for future assistance,Fabian
Cunado cambias al idioma ingles la aplicación, sigue apareciendo en las firmas las palabras "Firma", "correo" "Fechas" y el destinatario recibe un correo con párrafos en español
We have a multi-signer\reviewer workflow that we use with templates we have created from standard home-buying contacts. The salespeople execute the workflow and fill out the appropriate contracts for the homes we are selling. The contracts are standard and using them as templates is perfect. What is not standard is we have several documents that we export from our home building software that are unique so it would not be effective to use a template, nor is helpful to copy and paste the information over to an existing template. We want all the signers and reviewers that are part of the existing workflow to review and sign these documents as well, but not sure of how we can include them without being a template during workflow execution. It would be acceptable if they were not part of the original workflow with the contracts, we ultimately want to avoid the salesperson having to add all the people to sign manually which is error-prone. Thank you in advan
I am trying to create an agreement template and when I go to preview it I get the same error message regarding refreshing access token: invalid request/: invalid refresh token. Has anyone else dealt with this same issue and can give me some direction on how I can fix it?
How can create one document template with signature field and other input fields with using radio button with condition and save that same template for future use so that in one click I can reuse the same template to get signed from another person. Or is there any other way to automate the entire form in one click.

I have a choice field that can have multiple answers I want to map back to salesforce. How do you do this?
Can a recipient sign a document more than once with multiple signers without interrupting the signature order?
Why have I received maintenance indications for two days and am therefore unable to use the Adobe Sign app to send a letter for signature to my client. I am really frustrated and there does not appear to be any way to speak with a Support team member from Adobe to address my problem. I get a maintenance message. I get a message that appending my document is not allowed. I get logged off automatically. Really frustrating, Adobe!
Am I able to send documents from adobe Sign to mass amounts of emails. I am not figuring out how but maybe its just me? Please help.
We typically send documents to clients, trustees, etc for signing via their unique email addresses .. no problems there. However, some documents also demand the signature of a witness. How do we go about fulfilling this requirement through Adobe Document Cloud eSign services? Do our clients need to nominate a witness first (i.e. give us the intended witness' email address) so we can include the witness' email address when we prepare a document for signing? Therefore as soon as the client signs, the document is then emailed to the nominated witness to sign and verify? I was looking at another product called Secured Signing which allows a signatory to invite a witness of their choosing to verify the document: http://player.vimeo.com/video/114937340 http://player.vimeo.com/video/114937341 Is there a way to do anything similar through Adobe Document Cloud eSign services? Thanks in advance
Hello, on Adobe Sign I can't find the "change language" setting. When I send a document to sign our customers receive it in English and not in Italian. How could I fix this? Thanks.

devo inserire la firma su tutte le pagine di un documento GIA' IN PDF, MOLTO LUNGO. ESISTE UNA FUNZIONE PER RIPETERE IL TIMBRO O LA FIRMA?
A reminder is still being sent out to individuals who have already signed a document. I set the reminder for "daily" with no due date. Please help!
Hi Adobe Support Community,I have created a SharePoint site in my compnay domain, in the SharePoint site content, I added Adobe Sign app, recently we found out the SharePoint site document 'send for signature' takes forever loading it to AdobeSign, so we thought of removing the app and adding the app again. We soon saw the error "sorry, we can't remove the app". The Adobe Sign app is now gray out, unable to use it anymore. After some research, we also think it might be the retention policy that we have enabled on this sharepoint site affected the app deletion, so we deleted the Microsoft Compliance retention policy for this Sharepoint Site. It has been more than 3 days now since I cleared all existing retention labels on the site and deleted the policy. Whenever I tried to delete the Adobe Sign app, the error persists. How can I re-add/enable the Adobe Sign feature on SharePoint again?Any comment or suggestion is much appreciated!Thank you,Xiao
I use adobe acrobat pro dc to edit pdf contracts for my real estate transactions. I do use the "send for signature tab" within that program, but to be frank, it sucks. Adobe sign looks simple, however I JUST purchased adobe acrobat pro DC and I'm going to be let down if adobe sign Is extra.. thanks for the help in advance.
Hi, I'm trying to sign in to input the redeem code to activate the student account but every time I try to sign in it always appears an error like this. Did I do something wrong or was it just a technical issue?
The Adobe Sign Outlook Add-in isn't working for the Outlook Desktop. We're running Office 365 version 2104. We can click on "Send for Signature" and "Fill & Sign" with no problem. We attach the file and when we click "Continue" to add the signature areas, the screen never loads. (See attached image). This always happens with any document we attach. What could be causing the issue? It's worked before, so why did it stop out of nowhere?
Hello – I am hoping to get help on how to accomplish something for my company. We have a form that is routed to 8 people for signatures. They sign in designated signature fields in a specific order. The data on the form changes but it always is routed to the same 8 people in the same order and with the same designated signature fields. I need a recommendation on the most efficient way to save the work flow for this form, so that we do not need to designate who must sign it and where their signatures must go each time we route it. Our current procedure is to use the Request E-signatures tool: We enter the 8 people who must sign it and then assign them to signature fields on our form. However, because those people will stay the same every time we route this form, we want to avoid this step. Is there a way to save a work flow, so that we can update the contents of a document but when we route it, it will always issue to the same group for signatures in the same order a
We have a business use case where the signer will use the device with the manager to draw signatures. So there is only one recipient and there can be more than 25 signers. We also need to auto-populate the signature fields on the document sent to the recipient without manually dragging and dropping the fields on the template.
Hi! Over the past few weeks, my team has been trying to send contracts for signatures via the Adobe Sign app on their iPad. Unfortunately, they have been getting an error as follows: Unable to Send Document - Operation Failed! I have had them restart their iPads, update the Adobe Sign app, uninstall and reinstall the Adobe Sign app, and send different types of files with no success. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Thanks in advance!
I am receing the above error message. I tried the following: 1. Loged out and back into Adobe Account. 2. Uninstalled/Reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Sign on Ipad 3. Restarted IPad 4. Tried different documents, and different sources (i.e. Box and Adobe Cloud) 5. Tried "send for signature" and "get signature in person" (I want to use in person option). 6. Confirmed that the files will open on the locations (i.e. went into Acrobat moble and IOS Files and opened the document) None of the above worked. I continue to have either the above mentioned error message or "Unable to send document. Unable to complete request. Invalid or no file info is provided."
