Adobe Capture

Hey, can u help me? I uploaded an image and took the shapes. Use the pallete and download picturethe photo has turned brown and doesn't recognize colors correctly. Samsung galaxy S9 plus phone, android 10. what could be the problem? 

My Adobe Capture stopped syncing after first use. The first day I used it I collected 80 patterns and synced to CC fine. The 2nd day I collected 140 more patterns and none of them will sync.  Hardware: Pixel 2XL, Android 11 - everything up to date I have only one Adobe CC account with 248mb of 20GB used. I have logged Capture out and back in many times, forced library to sync 100's of times, changed wifi networks, checked CC library online and only have the first 80 files, Force Stop'd the app, cleared the app cache, rebooted the phone... everything but uninstall because I'm afraid to lose the 140 patterns. I don't know what else to do, except cancel Adobe CC and give up and go back to manual creation that's far less stressful and develops the creative mind. Maybe that's what the universe wants me to do...

I’m loading high resolution photos like 4000x4000 pixels into capture and using the shapes feature but disappointed that I can only export them as 620x620 pixels. I can’t print with theses small sized files. I need to blow them up very large for large screen print transparencies. I change the dpi and adjust the image size in Pixelmator for iPhone but then of course it’s all pixelated. What can I do? Why doesn’t this app have high resolution exporting? 

After updating my iPad to iOS 14, Adobe Capture will not import photo from my albums. It allows me to go to the all photos album, and will import from there, BUT when I try to select a specific album, it quits and returns to the "take photo" screen. Is there a solution for this? 

After the recent update the x key on the bottom menu under materials, shapes etc  which allows you to go back to the  Library of images, brushes etc doesn’t work on my mobile.  I now have no way of accessing my library on  my mobile. 

I've been trying to get into Adobe Capture on my Note 8 but when I hit the 'sign in' button it just brings me to a blank screen with 'close' at the top. Tried it several times over several days and it still isn't working. Any one know what to do? I included a screenshot. Thanks!

When trying to use the Adobe Capture app in iOS 14, I receive an "Access Required" message after I sign in with my Creative Cloud account: "This account doest not have required access to a sync storage location. Please sign in with a different account."

Hello,I read in the internet and saw on youtube that there is an in-app or extension available for using Adobe CAPTURE in desktop photoshop windows.How can I install or start this?(I am using capure at the moment on an ipad and upload results to library, that is working. Adobe Mobile App Adobe Capture provides a feature called "open in ..." that transfers captured shape svg files to a desktop version of photoshop or illustrator and automatically opens the svg file in the working window. I now have an account activated on both computers, and both have desktop versions of Photoshop and Illustrator installed. When I use Adobe Capture now, the svg files I transfer will only open automatically in the desktop program on PC A but not automatically on the desktop program on PC B. Even if PC A shuts down, this auto-on feature cannot be implemented on PC B. What's the reason for this? What are the rules of the system？What should I do if I want to implement this auto-on function on PC B？

***UPDATE I was able to copy all 188 assets from their original (non-syncing) folder into a newly created library folder.Expected Results: each new file created in Capture CC be immediately be synced/ uploaded to Creative Cloud.Steps to Reproduce:1. create a new file (I created a new pattern > had correct Library as default > select Save)2. select X in lower left to open Libraries3. At the top, use drop-down arrow next to defaulted library name, to display all Library names.4. Go to Creative Cloud either via browser or from Cloud desktop app. Actual result: (Syncing has quit altogether.)In the drop down librarys, listed on the phone app, it does display the correct number of assets in my currently defaulted library (and each pattern I created displays as expected too.) However, none of these are displaying in Creative Cloud. And some of the files from the previously defaulted Library are now missing in the cloud. Actions previous to this issue occurring: 

Hi there, I've just begun using Adobe Capture to create vector shape files from my hand drawn doodles. The app has been working well to capture my drawings, but when I go into the Photoshop app to try and compose the assets into portfolio ready compositions, the shape files are input as pixelated non scaling assets with a set source size. Why is my vector not scaling as I would expect an svg file should? I need these shapes scaling cleanly so I can have them look beautiful in my end products and not jagged. I know it's possible because this is how they look in Adobe Capture's preview feature. Thanks for the help!

I installeren Adobe Capture on an Android Samsung tab S6. It's impossible to import an existing jpg picture in Adobe Capture. I cannot select any image.Help?

I'm new to both of these, so it's very possible this is operator error. I've saved my design with a transparent background layer as a png. When I import it into Capture it looks like garbage. A lot of the design is missing. I've tried flattening the layers, I've tried not flattening the layers. I've tried saving it to photos first and then to Capture. I've tried sending it directly to capture. I've tried saving it as a psd and doing both of those things... I'm at a total loss. What am I doing wrong here? Please send help!

Hi, Is it possible to limit the solid colors to 4? If so, how?

i've just updated to latest capture, went to capture colours from psd/pdf in creative cloud, the captured colours arent even the same shade...    

July 30, 2020 - something is wrong with the Type font identifier.  It is wildly off. It can't even recognize Arial.  I get different shapes.  Please fix.

Not sure why none of my shapes I save using capture are in my CC library, never had this problem before when saving shapes on my iPhone then opening them on my laptop. Apps and iPhone both had recent updates and that's when I started having this problem, has anyone else had this issue or is it operator error and I'm not doing it correctly ? 

Hello,I have been using adobe capture for months now without incident until my app updated. I have spent hours trying to find what was once the “smooth” option which was located during the crop and refining process. Could someone please tell me if this is still an available tool - and if so, how do I use it? Thanks!

Pattern builder is not recognizing my new shapes. They do not appear when I open the builder.I have a new I pad 2018, I can see and use however shapes made on my previous (stolen I pad)Any ideas?

Yo uso el programa en mi IPAD Pro para crear patterns pero cuando lo voy a exportar la resolucion es muy muy baja. Y no me deja exportar en PDF. Gracias

Hello, I am trying to make a pattern in Adobe Capture. I have done it several times.I go to pattern builder, select a shape I have created (I tried with several shapes that used to work).When I create my pattern everything seems ok.When I save, or upload the pattern on Photoshop, I get this tranparent line, I tried deactivating the grid, it did not work. The weird thing is that I have worked on adobe capture with these shapes before, it was working great. I'm working on an Ipadrpo 2018.Thank you,

Is there a cap of 5 imports on the free trial or something? I would like to be able to use all the brushes I make.
