I work at a company and two of us cant share CC libraries between us. The problem has persisted for years. We need to solve this asap.

Após atualização de maio de 2025, a biblioteca começou a travar. Só volta funcionar quando reinicia.O clique do mouse para de funcionar ao passar por ela.Para aumentá-la, ela estica e não permite aumentar a visualização proporcional.Não adianta fechar e reabrir o arquivo. Volta somente após reiniciar o programa.
I can no longer see my company libraries. We have spent thousands of hours building collaborative libraries that we can share across our various divisions around the nation and world...now we can't even get to the graphics excep to download images of the graphics we created so they could be edited. FAIL Adobe...FAIL. At a minimum, we should be able to download native files...not photos of our work. Please advise on the best way to remedy this. I have provided a screen shot of what my libray looks like. It's been like that for hours. And the little cloud says everything is up to date.
Uso as bibliotecas nos meus projetos e a função de revincular da biblioteca é primordial, porém desde ontem (07/05/2025) essa função simplesmente sumiu do meu Indesign, ja fiz o teste em outras maquinas com a mesma versão do programa instalada e funciona perfeito, só na minha maquina esse erro acontece.
Sempre que uso função bibliotecas percebo uma diferença na cor registrada e a que vem pro meu projeto, resolvi fazer o teste e puxar o Código e realmente são cores diferentes, na biblioteca tenho a cor registrada como #009E4B essa cor aparece na biblioteca coretamente, aparece os tons de RGB tudo certo, mas na hora de aplicar a cor em alguma forma ele muda esse código para #469B53, se o programa sabe qual é o código por que ele não puxa a cor corretamente?

When I sign in, there is a loading image that lasts for literally a second and then vanishes. Tried reloading, restarting, clearing cache. The creative collaboration function is not functional at all in my power point.
spoke with a Adobe agent and they understood my delema and asked i post here.Since Creative Cloud folder has been discontinued my linked assets in indesign document are only linked from one device. This creates and issue when working on my indesign document on two devices. Could the Library folder perhaps be used to share the linked photos etc. so they won't become unlinked when i open on my laptop whe i have linked them from my computer hardrive or from the indesign document folder?Thank you!or where can i put the assets inside adobe on my cloud storage so that they will be shared and linked on both devices.
When I logged into my creative cloud apps yesterday, all of my custom libraries were gone and replaced with a EMPTY default folder (LIBS_DEFAULT_LIBRARY_NAME). This also happened to my coworker who works in the same office. All of our saved libraries are gone. We have restarted our computers. We have restarted the CC app. We have even done the most recent updates. Still GONE.
Some assests in my CC Library appear with a white background, and because of that white graphics are not visible at all. I've tried several workarounds found on the Community forums like a) opening the asset with Edit, making an adjustment (group and ungroup) and hitting Save, and b) placing a PDF and making sure options are for having a transparent background, and after that reimporting graphics to CC Library, but nothing has helped. I use InDesign 19.5 most of the time, but it's the same working in Illustrator 28.7.1 as well. I work with M1 MacBook Air and macOS Ventura 13.6.9. What takes? Why do some of my assets have white backgrounds and some don't?
Anyone else noticing the library tab in photoshop always glitching?
When I add vector graphics with no backgrounds to my CC libraries, they all display with white backgrounds in CC libraries, making it impossible to see white graphics. When dropping a CC library asset into an Illustrator file, it appears fine, with transparency. However, when adding to an InDesign file, it always adds a white background. If I do File > Place and add a vector from my computer, it appear fine with transparency. It's only when added from CC libraries it adds a white background. See attached screenshot. Hi, I have the CC Desktop installed and the page of my CC account open in my browser. Both logged in the same account.When I open Word or Power Point and click on the Creative Cloud Plugin installed it request me to Sign in. After entering the same username and password used previously the tab (attached) states that I am not "connected to Creative Cloud". It suggests me to download and restart CC for desktop. Both already tried multiple times. It suggests me to verify if I am signed with the same account as in Creative Cloud for desktop. Yes, I am. Suggests me to verify my network settings and get more help. Could you advise on how to solve this?
In Adobe dimension my libraries aren't populating in the assets> libraries panel. My libraries typically do and I haven't had issue before but for the last few days I can't get them to show up. I have check and they are properly configured and synced to date. I have tried the refresh libraries option, nothing really seems to work in this area. Dimension has been buggy before and since an update the show/hide layers features is very screwy so I am tempted to think this is a result of an update or a bug. But alternatively it might be I am out of computer power to load it or something. Anyone else have this issue lately?
When I try to relink a missing library item I can't search for it. The top bar is greyed out.I can only search when I am not trying to relink.I am only use 10% of my storage at 10 gigs.I have thousands of items and they are sorted alphabetical instead of in the groups I created.I tried telling the options panel to collapse groups but this never works in relinking mode.This is basically worthless because you have to wait for all the file thumbnails to load before it sents you move on.
Please can you allow me to bulk uopload all of my files back into the cloud. All of our folders and files were kept in a collaborative folder but because this folder was not "owned" by me I only have copies which I downloaded to an external hard drive.Now the CC desktop sync has happend I need to access the files but I can not bulk upload them from the hard drive to my online cloud account.I don't believe I saw anything telling us that files kept in a collaborative folder were at risk of not being retained.Please help
When I've made a comment in the comment section - we cannot find the pin it goes to in the text.After we pin a comment to the design, we click on that comment hoping to show the pin on the design, it does not. We know you can click on the pin to see the comment, but we want to click on the comment to go to the pin. Also, the pins and comments are always in the order we put them in and not in order of moving through the document. Do you have a fix for this?
I am unable to access my Libraries on Adobe Dimensions because this tip pop-up is unclickable.
Adobe Illustrator 2025 (v29.1)Creative Cloud Libraries Synchronizer (CC Library) 4.8.23.1Libraries 1.0.10.4macOS Sequoia 15.2 (Apple Silicon) Adding Swatches to CC Library via Swatches panel or Create New Swatch dialog is no longer working. In the Create New Swatch dialog, if the "Add to my Library" option is checked and a valid CC Library is selected from the accompanying dropdown, after clicking the "OK" button, said swatch would previously show up immediately in the associated Library in the Libraries panel. At this time, it no longer behaves this way. Nothing is added to the Library after clicking the "OK" button. Likewise, when a Swatch is selected in the Swatches panel, after clicking the "Add selected Swatches and Swatch Groups to my current Library" button, the Swatch is not added to the current Library, despite previously behaving accordingly.
Anyone CC Libraries panel in photoshop frozen sometimes? Fixes if i restart photoshop.
Adobe CC library add on in powerpoint is not able to connecting to my account. the CC library is fine in my adobe apps. I find no reason its. shouldn't just log in and connect - see submitted pick
Is anyone else having issues in Photoshop with accessing files in their Creative Cloud libraries? I'm using Photoshop 25.9.0 right now on iOS Sonoma 14.5 with 64GB of RAM and when I search through "ALL LIBRARIES" for a file it shows "0 Results from All Libraries", but when I clear my search and search within a specific Library Group for the same file name it shows the file I was originally looking for. This has been going on for quite a while and it's really interrupted my workflow. Any suggestions on how to fix? SCREENSHOT EXAMPLESI've attached two screenshots showing my initial search (for example) file name Nashville Tour Stop in ALL LIBRARIES returning no results but then searching for file name Nashville Tour Stop in a library called "Graphics" returning three results.
Ny libraries are constantly frozen and not working in photoshop. I have updated, restarted, quit constantly. They are working fine in Illustrator. Please fix.
