Hello, We are trying to implement the file submission for External Certifications via Filesubmission  API .According to the documentation : "**The steps for uploading file to S3 is same for any type of content upload for any workflow.External Certificates -API client has to follow same steps for external certificate for uploading the certificate in S3." However, when we try to upload the file with the request below, we get a response : {status: "BAD_REQUEST", title: "Bad request. Check url, params and headers",…}source: {info: "loResource of only 'course' loType is allowed"}info: "loResource of only 'course' loType is allowed"status: "BAD_REQUEST"title: "Bad request. Check url, params and headers" Can you please help with the correct syntaxis for external certification file submission? 

Hi, I am having an issue with the drill-down option in the Learning Summary reports. When I click on the graphics or on the details links, nothing happens. I tried this both in MS Edge and Google Chrome with the same result.I also tried opening the link in a new tab/window. I just get a black screen and no data appears. Has anybody encountered this issue and can you suggest how to fix it? ThanksMarzia

Hi all, We're in the prelaunch phase of our Prime project. We're having a hard time wrapping our head around Reports. Specifically, what triggers and sources of data.We're finding that some reports aren't entirely accurate or are missing data that we expect to see, (ie course completion, compliance etc.)  We're trying to form a narrative to train our managers on the Mgr Dashboard and, like I said, we're having  hard time explaining what exactly the reports are telling the viewer/mgr and where the data is coming from. Are there bugs or? I've looked at the guides an have tried to find other resources to no avail. Does anyone have insight on this? Thanks

Hello everyone. is there a way to customize the leaderboard page? I would like to remove the explanations on the right side and instead implement an progress bar to show the learner how far he is in his task. Also I would love to edit the appearance of the hover message at the points (see attachment).   Thank you in advanceAndrey 

Right now I have the general setting that sends all managers emails when someone on their team is enrolled in a course. However I don't need every manager in the company to receive them. Only a few managers need to know about all learner enrollment while others need no notification at all.This is for admin enrolled not self enrollment.  Is there somewhere or some way to specify what managers receive notifications of learner enrollment? 

Hello all!I have a learner that tried to self-register in Prime today.He got the following error message:"An error occurred while processing IMSRedirect request /loginpost, Your account is inactive please contact your admin to get it enabled."I double checked my current users already shown in Prime to see if he is already there, he is not.Any thoughts?Regards,Thomas H.Master Electronics

I am trying to find out how to get an F1 Feedback Reminder to stop sending reminders "emails".  I was told that the trainee even went in and completed the feedback so it would stop sending the reminder, but it hasn't.  I do believe I have sense edited the instance on the course that keeps sending the reminder out on so there is no way for me to manually go in and stop it.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Is it possible to change the language of the interface to English (UK)? e.g. Catalog -> Catalogue, Enroll -> Enrol I can see that it's not listed as a supported language but I'm curious if anyone else has had this issue and how they tried working around it.

Is there a way to force a learner to have to review an entire course? Right now, a learner can just click a module within a course to open it, close it, and then they get credit for reviewing? Having issues with transcripts showing 1 second for voice-over courses that are 30 mins or more...but they're still showing as complete?!?! I just need a way to be sure a learner has to review an entire presentation...help, please!

Hello GuysI am having troubles publishing an interactive project i developed on captivate to also captivate prime lms as an Interactive project. I would love for learner and users to be be able to navigate throught teh project by using ONLY the buttons designed within the project and not be able to skip through. There is a play button at the lower part of the screen that allows users play and skip through, that is what i would want to appear. Thank you all

I am not sure whether I will be using this product or not and whether it is what i am thinking about it. Is there any YouTube channel about Adobe captivate where I could understand it better and quick. Also how you guys are using this. Good Day! I was curious if there was a reason or if its just my end, but our email templates for Certifications do no have the option in insert automatically generated fields into the template for Certifications. Is has Learning Program and Course details, but nothing for Certifications. One of my authors tried to us the LP fields, but they came up blank in an email. I found that there is Certification fields in the system, but they ONLY prepopulate on the defaults templates the system creates. Additionally, the CertificationEnrollmentDeadline field is coming up blank in emails the system is generating. Not sure why this is the case as it is a default field. And, the CertificationName field does not come up as a URL like all Learning Programs and Courses which seems inconsistent. Buttons on email templates:Field used from default:Outcome in Email: 

HIEnrolling learners on a course.If I enrol a Team or a user Profile will learners who join that team or change to the user profile in the future be enrolled automatically.I cannot use a Learning Plan for this course as I have to enrol teams/profiles but exclude a custom role. CheersScott

I have an HTML5 course that I need to publish to CP. Can anyone tell me if this is possible and if it is, how to publish it? I didn't create the original file, so I'm not sure what was used to create the content.

Ok so I have multiple users assigned to a profile that I misspelled, how do I edit or delete that profile. I have assigned all users to the correct profile now, but the misspelled profile still shows up when I am adding users leaving the chance  to assign them to the wrong one again.

My observation after enrolling new users using the CSV file, I noticed a question mark sign is added to some learners, and when I try editing those learners with the question mark sign, "user with given email or unique id is already present" I was able to edit few ones but the majority pop up with that error when i click on save. What's the way out?

I am new to all this - I have 7 elearning courses ready to go,. How could I integrate an ecommerce facility with adobe captivate? So users only access the material once they have paid a course fee? any help, gratefully received!

I have managed to give the Manager the "Learner and Manager" Profiles but how does the Manager then Nominate his Team Member to each course in Captivate Prime? Do they need the Admin or Auth Profile as well? Hope this makes sense! 🙂 

If a learner has completed a course via a learning plan will they be required to complete it again if enrolled in the  same course via a different Learning Plan?

When taking a quizz, it skips questions and then tells me I've failed - of course I have - I never got the questions. Example: Last quizz skipped from question 2 to question 6. So results show questions 3, 4, 5 as being incorrect.Tried takit did the same thing again.

Hello!I know how to add tags to a course. Is there a way that someone can search for specific modules in a course? I don't know how to add tags to the modules (lessons) and I'm not sure if that's a possibility.  Thank you, Katie
