I've update media encoder to the latest version, but since then, when i try to export from premiere pops up a notification which says that the Adobe Media Encoder is not installed. Both, Premiere and Encoder are installed and updated to the latest version.... Someone have any idea on how to fix this? Thanks
Hello, I wanted to ask about the possible reasons why my computer seems to have a hard time loading anything when Adobe Media Encoder is rendering just a couple 1-3min h.264 1080p files on my computer. The internet is drastically slowed down, and I can't seem to use any other software without enduring significant lagging while AME is rendering videos. The Adobe Media Encoder is using the Mercury Playback Engine Software only, and I've unchecked the "import sequences natively" in the Preferences.
When I try to export compostion with after effects with Adobe media encoder it won't show up in Media encoder. When I drag the comp directly it shows up in media encoder but stuck at "Connecting to project" Screenshot attached. My AE and Media encoder is Latest.I"m using Windows 10.
I'm having an issue in which whenever I'm creating proxies off Blackmagic 4-6k footage my adobe media encoder will crash. It might make it through a few clips but will always crash eventually. It'll simply close down completely and quietly, and ask to submit a crash report without freezing the system or anything.I have tried to revert to multiple older versions of Media encoder aswell as Premiere and the latest versions, and this has not solved the issue at all, I have also cleared the cache located in the settings of media encoder, and this has not helped either. Any help would be apprechiated as I'm beginning to run out of solutions.
Hello guys i have a problem,When i try to send a AE comp to AME via > File > Export > Add to AME Queue. AME does open but the comp won't show up in the Render Queue. When i drag and drop the Comp that i want to Render it does show up, but then it stays on "Connecting to project..." when i hit the start button or when i try to change the Render Preset
It doesn't matter what the project is anymore, Media Encoder fails every single time it tries to export something. This is my most recent failure message. It used to work no problem, and I havent changed any of the settings. I just tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and it didn't work. Hello, I'm trying to render an after edffects project on my macbook pro MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4 GB Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB Using Media Encoder 22.0 build 107 I enabled hardware acceleration (metal) (I don't see opencl as an option) I enabled parallel encoding i left only 3GB for OS (out of the 16GB RAM) For some reason the media encoder seems stuck - it takes CPU but the time to completion is just getting longer and longer I'm using a 3D template from Invento Elemnts This is beyond annoying since I can not meet my deadlines this way. Thanks, Title edited by Mod
Does anyone know what this error means? I was exporting a Character Animator animation and this popped up. I've exported these animations plenty of times. I don't know why this is showing up now.
Guys from AME Team. For Jesus Christ's sake PLEASE fix this problem with connecting to dynamic link server. I have terrible user experience of using AE and AME because of that. I have to spend hours fixing this problem and reading other topics in community, because this problem repeats from time to time. And if you look at the other topics you will see that I'm definetely not alone with this issue. Thank you.
So essentially, at this point I'm finding AME to be completely non-functional in my regular workflow. I send a basic project in AE or Premiere to be exported, and MAYBE a few hours, it will load up in the queue. At that point, I set up the render and it then takes HOURS to encode the project, and once it finally begins to render I'm still looking at hours to render the most basic of animations (2-3 shape layers with no effects ~ 10 seconds). This is ludicrously unacceptable. I'm losing clients and work time due to this. Adobe promised that things would be sped up through AME years ago when it removed the ability to render h.264 from AE, and it has only gotten worse with every new release. Now, its unusable. Stop trying to create new features, and fix the basic functions of essential programs!

When exportimg a file as a Video the following error message appears. I don't know what to do.. I already reset windows and re-installed and tried old versions of Adobe Media Encoder but it didn't help.
I keep getting the message 'File contains bad frames' whenever I import some recent footage. The footage is showing as a red video in premiere. What is the problem?
Since "upgrading" to 2022, I've noticed that anytime I export something from Premiere 22 that uses the Invert filter, it fails... I have already used every step on this guide in the effort to fix this, but alas, nothing... it's super annoying and frustrating as (surprisingly) this is a filter that I use quite a bit with blend modes... I am able to export directly from Premiere, but as this is a production house, tying my computer up for 20 min at a time is not feasible... so please, wise and sage troubleshooters of the Adobeverse, advise on any fixes you've found... thank you! Hi! I record games and I use MP4 (AVC/AAC) with 3 audio tracks. Not channels, tracks. I'm using Media Encoder to make low quality versions of my recordings. But I can't find an option to keep the 3 audio tracks in the output file. The only option is 5.1 audio, but it creates a single track mixing the 3 tracks (wut?), and I don't want that. Is there a way to keep the 3 tracks? Thank you! BTW, when selecting 2 channel audio (stereo) it creates a video with only the first audio track of the original file. These things don't make any sense.
Hi,Since the new update on Media Encoder I can't export my files to H.264. Is this a error for everyone or just for me? How do I solve it? /Emil
Boa tarde! Estou com um problema, meu media encoder não está renderizando em MP4. Já atualizei o software, desisnstalei e instalei e não adiantou. Quem puder me ajudar, agradeço!
Ever since the 2022 update, I have not been able to export a video using the hardware encoding. I keep getting the Component:H.264 of type of exporterSelector: 9Error Code: -16097060768 I have switched to software encoding, which I've had a little more success, but still geting the error compiling error at simple things like key framing the opacity to fade out. Is there any fixes to this not working?
English [Google]I ripped a Bluray disc with 2 audio tracks (German, Dutch). After encoding with ME, there is no sound whatsoever. On the other hand, if I rip the Bluray with only 1 sound track, it will be played correctly after processing with ME. Is it correct that ME cannot process 2 separate audio tracks?
When I click add to media encoder queue, media encoder opens but nothing is displayed in the queue,I uninstalled after effect and media encoder but it doesn't change anything, I don't know at all what to do to fix this problemplease help me
I have wasted days of effort trying to export files to video using this defective software. You usually get to the last few minutes after 2 hours of encoding and it just hangs. Seeing Adobe staff members struggling to blame everyone's specs just makes the problem worse when you see so many people having the same issue.I'll pay good money to find something that works, any suggestions?
