The Adobe scan app has the potential to be a great product for doing archival work. However, a feature that is sorely missing is a remote shutter feature. This is a critical feature that allows the app to be used on a tripod without physically touching the camera.Adobe -- PLEASE -- look into an option to remote click a picture. The iPhone photo app already has this option. A pair of headphones, Bluetooth keyboard or remote can snap a picture.We also need the flexibility to use an external macro lens for close up shots of small text. The focus and zoom are too grainy through the app alone.This will save my back and arms countless hours in archival scans and photography.Thanks!

Haven't deleted any files in Adobe Scan. Yet all files are missing from my app and cloud server. Cannot retrieve any files, as no files are available to be retrieved at Adobe.com. Kindly guide me in retrieving it if possible. Last 5 years data are lost.

hi I forgot to cancel my subscription before the free trial ended. Can I please get a refund on the month that I got charged for.

I paid for a premium subscription but in the app is not working for it

Scan keeps crashing. I was in the middle of saving a file this time and now every time I open the app, it crashes. The file doesn’t show in my cloud so I’m afraid it will be gone if I try to delete and reinstall the app, which has already happened to me. Dear Adobe Support Team,I lost my phone last year and am trying to get back files scanned by Adobe Scan. Somehow they are all lost and I could not find them anymore. I suppose they should be stored on Adobe cloudI have been using Adobe Scan since 2023 and there were a lot of files scanned, but I only see recent files now.  1. Please help check if they are still on Adobe Cloud for files from 2023 - 2025, they are really important to me.2. Please also check the creation date of my account. I could not find it.Thank you. Acabou de descontar 40,00 no meu cartão quando eu fui entrar pra usar falou que eu não tenho plano 

Even on my subscription it says cancelled but every chance Adobe has debits my bank account R550 up to 3x in one day and total of 13 times in one month. I deactivate and unsubscribe in 2025, but am still terrorised paying thousands in bank fees. Tried to call the Netherlands number with no help. I am desperate for help

I don't want any of my data or property stored outside my control. This is a real problem for security and NDA compliance. 

Bonjour, j'ai souscrit pour avoir l'essai gratuit. Je n'ai pas vu de message de confirmation, j'ai alors souscrit une deuxième fois (apparemment une fois en abonnement annuel, et l'autre en abonnement mensuel. Mon scan d'un livre volumineux n'ayant pas fonctionné j'ai encore pensé ne pas avoir réussi j'ai abandonné. Mais là je vois que j'ai été prélevé des 2 abonnements. Ils sont résilié à présent (moins de 14j) et je souhaite être remboursée. Merci d'avance

Llevo tiempo utilizando la app y estaba muy contento con el funcionamiento pero hace unos meses me empezó a funcionar mal. No me deja compartir un archivo y la app me indica un error al cargar el fichero. He probado a salir de la sesión y a volver a entrar pero sigue dando el mismo error
