I’m interested in understanding the best practices for installing APK files, especially when managing multiple Android devices. Previously when I share a scanned document to WhatsApp it would show a thumbnail showing some content of the pdf but for the past two days it's not showing directly it's just attaching the pdf and the content of the pdf is not previewer on whatsapp

I cannot use the scan app on my iPhone. It wil not open  

I have just paid the subscription amount but I have not received the subscription yet.

Hello, I recently noticed that my bank account was charged for an annual Adobe Scan subscription. This purchase was not made by me — a friend used a different email address but my payment method was charged without my permission. I do not use Adobe Scan and did not authorize this subscription. I kindly request a full refund for this transaction and the immediate cancellation of the subscription. Here are the details: Date of charge: 29th July, 2025 Amount charged: Twenty nine thousand naira Bank name: Guaranty Trust Bank  Email used for the subscription: [P.I removed by Moderator] Please advise on the next steps to process my refund. Earlier working on i phone and android device 

I had a lot of scans taken and saved in Adobe Scan but today when i went to Adobe Scan all my previous scans were not showing there, i don't know whether they have been deleted or not. annd when I opened my Adobe Scan app it is showing the error message we're experiencing some issues on the server at this time. Please try again later. So will I get my previous scans back? If yes, then when? And how cani fix this issue or when will this issue be fixed by Adobe. Here are the screenshots. 

Hello,I'm having an issue logging into the Adobe Scan App on my iPhone (see screenshot). I have access to Adobe through my institution and log in to all Adobe apps through the institution. I checked my Adobe account, and it clearly states that I have 100GB of cloud storage (see second screenshot). Please help!

Hello All, Is there a way to log into Adobe scan via web browser and download the documents that I previously scanned through my mobile app? 

Until about a week ago all my scans included color, but now none of them do.  I can't find any settings that control that.  Could Adobe make a change to their app? There is some bright very vivid red in the document I just scanned but no red in the result.

Hello,I have a problem, I subscribed the premium on Adobe scan mobile to save a 232 pages documents (a book) but each time I try to save even just 10 or 20 pages, the application stop and I can't save them.. How can I save this document even in many times?(Ps. My phone is a Fairphone 6 /Android)Thank you for your help

Bonjour, sur l’Apple Store dans les achats intégrés, vous indiquez différents prix sur le plan Adobe Scan Premium un an et quand on va sur l’application pour proposer qu’un prix de 10,99 € / mois cela fait 131,92 € / an. While scanning a document, the option of " keep scanning" has automatically disappeared from Adobe scan. How to restore it......please help urgently because I am not able to scan the subsequent pages. Help required immediately please

I’ve been a loyal user of Adobe Scan for many years, but recently I noticed that some newer tools are actually producing cleaner and sharper scanning results compared to Adobe Scan.I’m curious to know if the core scanning and image-processing algorithm for Adobe Scan is still actively being improved? Specifically, are there plans or ongoing updates for features like shadow removal, color correction, and text sharpening?I really love the app and the ecosystem, so I hope to see the scanning quality updated and kept competitive with newer tools. Any insights from staff or the community would be greatly appreciated!
