Adobe Scan

Hello,Is there a way to disable the auto-color filter, or at least change the settings so that the default is not auto-color?Thanks!

Unable to modify existing file which I created on same phone not even opened on some other device ,  getting error " This file can't be modified. It may have beencreated on a different device, or altered outsideof Adobe Scan. "

The speaker in my iPhone failed last week and Apple decided to replace my phone with a replacement iPhone. I always back up my iPhone weekly to my MacBook. Prior to getting my iPhone replaced, I did a backup to my MacBook and went to the Apple Store to get a replacement iPhone. After returning home, I restored the backup from my MacBook to the replacement iPhone. I have a lot of iOS applications and all data for those applications were properly and correctly restored. No problems with any of those applications. I then went to scan a document with Adobe Scan and I noticed that I only had ONLY two scanned files!! For the past year, there were over 40 scans on my iPhone! Whenever I would use Adobe Scan I would always see those 40 scanned files. Where did all of those scanned files go? My scanned files appear to be lost. I am logged into the Adobe Cloud and I don't see the missing scans. Where did they do? They have been there for the past year! Why weren't they backed up wh

The scan is limited to 25 pages without a subscription. How are these 25 pages counted, please?

Liebe Community,ich habe bisher sehr gern die Adobe Scan-App genutzt. Nun kann ich aber von meiner Dateien-App unter iOS nicht mehr auf die Scans zugreifen. Der Adobe-Scan-Ordner wird unter "Speicherorte" nicht mehr angezeigt. Ich habe die App bereits neu gestartet, neu installiert, mein Smartphone neu gestartet, nichts half. Nur in der Adobe-Scan-App selbst und über den Browser kann ich nach wie vor alle meine gescannten Dokumente sehen. Ich bin für jede Hilfe dankbar!Vielen DankSteffi

Hello community, today I need your help, please. I scanned a few pages with the adobe scan app. After a few days I had to open the scan again to exchange a few pages. I also highlighted two small items on two different pages.Now I have to download the file for further use.I can open the download and it shows on adobe reader. So far there's no problem. But when I try to save the file on my computer, I always get the information that there is a problem in reading the file. I also tried to print it as a new pdf  but that also didn't work. Any ideas?Thanks for your reply.Inga

Buonasera alla community, vi chiedo un aiuto per risolvere un inghippo. Ho installato Adobe Scan e ho impostato l'app in modo che il consenso all'accesso alla fotocamera mi venga chiesto ogni volta. Alla prima prova di scansione non ci sono stati problemi, ma ora non mi chiede più niente, anzi mi dice che "Per abilitare questa funzione, è necessario consentire l'accesso alla fotocamera", ma l'impostazione che ho dato c'è sempre e il "tasto" della fotocamera è spento, non riesco ad accederlo. Qualcuno sa come dovrei fare? Ho chiuso e riaperto l'app, ho rieseguito l'accesso all'account, ma non ne vuole proprio sapere 😕😕🤔 🤔Grazie mille a chi vorrà/ potrà rispondermi 🤗Lo

I have uninstalled and reinstalled my Adobe scan.  I bought a new iphone and only the new scans in my account taken after the new phone was purchased are available.  All other scans from the past several years are not available.  

I want to communicate and ask you to please solve when you can, in the new update of the IOS in iphone there is an error when you want to press the button to take a photo and scan, please help us with that.

Has anyone figured out how to restore their documents? I had hundreds of pages in AdobeScan -- today, the app crashed and all the pages are missing. Please help!! I did log out, restart my phone, and log back in -- it did not work. 

I just lost 331 pages worth of scans. That was about 2 work hours worth of scanning and cropping. While the file was trying to save, the user data of the android app kept growing to 10GB+ at which point the app crashed.When I re opened the app nothing was there. Nothing was saved to Adobe's cloud either.User data still shows 10GB.How can I recover my files? Please save the "try scanning smaller batches in the future" comment for your grandma. TIA

How to convert bank statements in order to read them clearly!! Thank you!! 

There needs to be a way to set the default filter in scan or to disable it all together in the app.

I was having problems with scans not uploading to the Document Cloud so I signed out of Adobe Scan. Now, when I re-launch the Adobe Scan app I get the Welcome to Adobe Scan banner page with the various options for sign in, but when I click on the sign in option under "Already have an Adobe account? Sign in or sign up" nothing happens. The page simply refreshes.I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the Adobe Scan app from Play Store, I've tried clearing the application cache, and I've tried re-starting the phone. None of these have fixed the problem.I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 phone running Android version 12.Can you advise what I do next please?Thank you.

Files scanned into Adobe Scan are not showing up in the files in document cloud on desktop Creative Cloud app.  I have read through the forums and checked all possible solutions including signing in and out of both the desktop and mobile app and the files do not show up on the desktop.  The files are on the web via this link but not in creative cloud - adobe.acrobat.com/link/home I also read thru your help page -https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/about-cloud-documents.html?mv=product&mv2=accc  Signing in an out does not solve the problem and I am signed in with the same credentials. Thank you 

I am still within the trial period and unable to cancel my premium subscription. Can someone help on how to do that? If I goto manage subscriptions, it does not show anything.  

Hi, I love the app, works great. I often email my scans using Outlook for Android app. The link between Adobe Scan and Outlook works well but it always loads the auto signature from Adobe "Created and shared using Adobe Scan.". Is there a possibility to remove it?Thanks  

How can I focus up close to slides on Adobe Scan?   My iPhone 13 refuses to focus under 5", too far for slides. Thanks.

I cannot share a copy of a PDF into Schoology from Adobe Scan in Android (nor can any of my colleagues). However, it appears that this is still functional in iOS. There is no app icon for Schoology that comes up when I choose "Share a Copy..." and there is no way to choose an app that is not in the immediate screen, either. This is functionality that I used a lot the previous school years. (I'm a high school math teacher.) Please help!  (PS I can share screenshots if that helps.)

I scanned documents that I needed with me before going to vacation. When I tried to open them, I got an error 3 message saying they couldn't open the file. I restarted the app and now they have totally disappeared from the list. I checked online and they are not there either. Is there anyway to find them back? I'm desperate!

The app was not loading, and when it did all my pdfs were gone. And I do have an account. Im a student and a good part of my texts were in there.
