I have renewed my subscription but I am not able to see my old scanned documents 

Why does all my scanned documents not show?

I just bought a new Blackview Rugged SA smartphone. All updates done, a oher apps run smooth. Running Android 10. Gave the app all permisioms yey problem persists. 

I can no longer use the mailadres that is used in Adobe Scan when I send a PDF as an attachment to an email. It seems impossible to change the adres here. I found a work around (thanks to the support team/community) but it isn't satisfying. Can something be done, so I my mailadres connected to my ID is the same as I use when I want to share a pdf? 

I use Adobe Scan to take photos and convert them to pdf. Then, using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on PC, I would like to extract jpg and paste it to Paint. Unfortunalely, sometimes this pasted images are being streched (does not hold original ratio). What is the reason for this behaviour?

So my online math class has us submit our work paper for tests 10 minutes after our test is finished. Due to technical difficulties submitting, I was unable to get the work paper in on time. Now my professor is thinking I might've been cheating. To help prove my innocence, I was trying to show the EXACT time the PDF was created, to show that it was made within the 10 minute limit. Using the Adobe Reader method did not help, as that only worked on the computer version, which registered "download time" as "creation time," which wasn't helpful. Is there a way the EXACT TIME of creation could be found? Even if it couldn't be through normal means, is there a way one of the Adobe workers could see it on their end? Thank you.

Please add a default filter option under preferences in the app, "Auto-color" doesn't work for me and I have to change it manually every time to some other filter.Thanks.

How do I delete a whole pdf, not just one page of a pdf, the entire pdf?

Hello, i have the Adobe Scan App (iPhone). When i scan a document and send it as e-mail, the app saves it in the Adobe Cloud and sends a link in the mail. Is there a possibility NOT to save it in the cloud and ONLY send the PDF as attachment in the mail? Thank you in advance! Martin

My Adobe Scan on my iPad will not take a picture of a document. When I open Adobe Scan, the capture screen is black and the take picture button does nothing. It says it needs to access the camera but when I turn it on it says no document found. I have gone to settings and selected Adobe Scan and the page says allow access to Siri and notifications but does not say to allow access to camera and photos and offers no way to add these. How do I fix this?

I have been using Adobe Scan for over a year and recent I have created a different Adobe CC account. I would like to transfer all of my scans that are in the Adobe Scan app to my recently created Adobe account's cloud storage.

Every time I try to scan a document with adobe scan, my cell phone shuts down.  Even if it is charged at fifty percent.  I'm afraid my cellphone will crash totally.  I have a Galaxy s7 with Android 8.

I don't want this and I don't remember ever signing up for this. "Manage subscriptions" doesn't do anything at all.

is there a way get Adobe Scan to by default save to SD card, either the pdfs as via the save as jpeg option. Android (Samsung Galaxy if that matters.)

I cannot send any Adobe scans .. signed out .. uninstalled...etc ..nothing works .. it is the latest download from play store. They just sit in my outbox. So fed up
