Scanned photos not saved

Is there a way I can upload all my existing scans to Google drive in one go (batch upload)?As of now, I need to do it separately for each file.Secondly, can I set up default backup to Google drive so that every scan is backed up automatically?

Al iniciar la cuenta que acabo de crear en Adobe Scan, me sale: "Acceso denegado Ya no tiene acceso a este servicio..." El problema es que era la primera vez que iba a usar la app, nunca habia iniciado sesiòn ni nada por el estilo.

When I try to sign into Adobe Scan, it tells me access is denied and I no longer have access to the program.I use a Samsung Galaxy S9.

I'm disappointed that iphone Adobe Scan libary isn't accessible on a laptop through adobe.com...  It seems very simple no? 

I silence my iPhone but Adobe Scan still make the Shooter noise when i use it.

Recently one of my mobile devices was stolen with my Adobe ID signed into Adobe Scan. I changed my password, but it did not log out any of my other devices. If I view active devices, no devices are displayed as mobile devices are not shown on that page. How should I log out? This is a dangerous security bug.

Hello,  I'm a freeware user of Adobe Scan. All my scan documents from the last 2 years are deleted. There were many Importend documents inside. Can somebody help to get them back 😪😪😪😪 Greetings from germany

Hi, Is there anyway that Adobe Scan can populate the filename from the OCR scan of the text itself? Example: Job card always has a 'Work No' in the top left corner of the card, 5 digits. Can this be automatically populated into the filename when saving rather than typing each time? Rather than the conventional Job Scan, Date and Time stamps etc. Thanks,

On November 8th, I scanned about 300 documents directly on my cell phone. After that, I edited everything such as cutting and rotating. Then, I saved it by pressing the Save PDF file button in the upper right corner. The problem is from then on. Perhaps because of the large number, the message "It's lagging and uploading" didn't go away. Then, as it was, all of my 300 documents disappeared. Isn't it really real? It's like 300 pictures.So I contacted Adobe Engineer and looked for the document together. I went into Adobe PC Cloud, Mobile Adobe Scan App to find hidden files, and my mobile phone device document box, but there were no 300 of mine anywhere. In my opinion, the Internet was not smooth while it was being stored, or it was not saved due to external factors. As I expected, there's no way to find it, right? If you know how, please let me know. I think my wrist is going to break.

Hi I'd like to know of the Adobe Scan App could be settled to create a PDF document that cannot would be changed, or not-modifiable when I Scan a document.Thanks Best regards Daniele      

Is there a way to adjust the scan so that the text appears darker and easier to read? On certain documents the text is looking more grey than black. I'd like to fix this but I don't see how. Thanks! 

I scan in Adobe scan on 18.01.2021.using app file went missing. What to do?

Earlier when I was saving the images from the adobe scan to my phone they were getting stored on my gallery in a folder named adobe scan export but now these images are being saved on my file manager in picture folder subfolder adobe scan export and are not showing up in the gallery. I have already turned on the save original images to gallery option but nothing changed.Redmi note 9 pro phone user.

We are looking for a smartphone app (iOS/Android) which will scan a printed ticket and extract fields of interest within the ticket. The image capture validation should be done within the App as remote processing of the data may not be possible when there is no network coverage at the time of capturing the ticket. But, validation of the image in terms of quality is necessary while capturing the ticket as the user may leave the job site or return the ticket once he captures the ticket. The processing and extraction can be done within the app or at remote backend but the validation should be done on the App itself else there is a chance we will lose the information by the time the phone is connected to network. The validation should consider that the capture is of good enough quality for data extraction or it should guide the user with proper guidance (improper lighting condition or frame is held incorrectly etc.). Let me know how can we connect to dicuss the Use Case in details.

My Android device is a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G. As a Creative Cloud member for years, I have been using the Adobe Scan app on various devices for more than 2 years, and it worked exceedingly well until the past several weeks. Prior to the problem described herein, after scanning a document and then clicking on the save PDF option the application would first show that it was uploading the document, and then would indicate that it was scanning the document for optical character recognition. There appears to have been a recent update to the Adobe Scan Android app. One noticeable difference is that, upon initiating the Adobe scan app, the app does not immediately attempt to place four dots on the corners of a document to be scanned. The app now requires that you tap the screen to initiate the application attempting to identify the four corners of the document. Okay, no problem there.. When I am scanning a document and saving its copy to my device. The file is not opening anymore. With the new android update I am facing a lot of issue with Adobe this is one of them.

When I'm scanning a document and copy the recognised text on my iPhone to paste on my MacBook, the clipboard seems empty. I have to paste the text into any other app on my phone and copy again to make it available in Universal Clipboard. What could be the cause of this? This minor annoyance really is in the way of an otherwise quick, intuitive workflow to digitise text.

Adobe scan refuses to save any files or pictures i take and says i am out of storage and need to get premium. However, i am paying 9.99 monthly for premium. This is ridiculous. 

I'm building an application for which i want access to files scanned with the adobe scan app which have been uploaded to adobe document cloud. is there an API available to retrieve all users' files?

hi my PDFs do not show the right time when I download or click the link for them. For example it says 2:30 Am May 16 when it is actually 2:30 PM May 16. Not sure how to fix this, any help would be greatly appreciated  

How can I set a particular recipient when sharing copies of scanned files using Adobe Scan through Outlook? I click 'Share' then 'Share a Copy'. The share option window opens with 4 places for 'Favorites plus several app choices to use. There are typically 1 or 2 recipients shown in the 'Favorites' but never the single recipient that I always send my scanned files to. I always have to select 'Outlook' then begin entering the recipient's email address. How do I make this recipient a default in the 'Favorites' bar?
