Adobe Scan

I can sometimes get a few scans in from Adobe Scan (iOS), but then I consistently get an "error generating link" message. I have tried deleting and reloading the app but the same thing still occurs. This now happens every time I attempt to send a link of the scanned document.  Thank you for your help!  

Hello,Does the current 2021 version of Adobe Scan allow us to not send scans to the Adobe Cloud?I've read older articles (2017-2019 years) that suggest there may be a "offline" or "File Provider" workaround but basically all scans are saved into the Adobe Cloud. We would like to utilize the app to scan photos of private medical data but do not want to have it sent to any online service such as the Adobe Cloud. Thank You,Sean

HiIf I remove Adobe scan on my android phone will I loose all my scans?  Not sure if I chose to save to gallery right from the start (when I initially installed the app).Thanks

An image captured with Adobe Scan and saved to a .pdf, is automatically uploaded to the Adobe Document Cloud. Is this capture and upload secure and safe for PII? If so, please explain how Adobe makes the process safe for PII protection. Thank you.

I have scanned set of documents using adobe scan. But I'm unable to create the pdf using only the cropped area (the actual document without background). Is there a option in Adobe scan, for my requirement??

I opened Adobe scan in my android mobile and started taking photos and then saved as pdf. It was showing there. But suddenly it asked me for login. When I logged in then pdfs were not showing. Where can I find those pdf on my mobile??  

I can't cancel my subscription. Why?

I've been happily using Adobe Scan for iOS since February 2018 with no problems. This week it started giving me an error message stating that my email is not verified and I should check my email for a verification link. There is no way to request a new email with a verification link. Also, I have already verified email! Online, it states that my email is verified. I have tried deleting and downloading the app again with no luck. I normally use this app throughout the day to scan, and can no longer do so as I cannot access the scans. My new scans are not showing up on my online account, so the only access I have to them is through the app.How can I get the app to realize my email is verified????

Hello,We would like to use the Adobe Scan app but concerned about where the info/scan/photos are scanned. We are using this with sensitive material to be sent back to our office. Can you explain where the information is stored and what features are in place for security?Thanks!

I purchased this app and have been pleased with using it until recent troubles trying to email a scanned document. Have there been any changes in that end I need to know about?

How to remove Auto crop option? Whenever I'm making a pdf, I attach a cropped image only. But Adobe Scan by default is auto cropping those images. Since I'm making a pdf for 50 to 100 pages per day, how am I supposed to sit and select no crop in each and every page???? Like in color, you have an option for 'Apply to all pages', why don't you bring that update for Auto Crop also?

Hi,A family member sent me a link to a confidential document over adobe scan. Now there is a live link to a confidential document. how do I have this removed? 

There is no searchable text present, ocr is switched on, language is chosen correctly. Documents were scanned with adobe scan. All settings were adjusted before scans were made. Is it possible,that on iphone it cant run on bkg and thus while doing ocr it did not finish a task and text overlay was not added at all? Can i force to run OCR again on documents. 

Adobe Scan was free now says," to unlock export and more try now"  AND I'm missing A LOT OF SCANS, like 30 of them.  When I try to sign in from my iphone 14.5.1 in the app, it says, "Try again later. For security reasons, your access is temporarily disabled. For more details, contact Adobe Customer Support."   I tried that and I was sent here.   I'm logged into my adobe cloud. I have no issues with payments. I'm all paid up and I don't use Adobe Stock and have no plans on using it, so I do not know what the heck is going on.  

Using my iphone or my ipad, I scan, but can't see any way to save the scan. But if I just wait about five minutes, it asks me to save as pdf. Is there a quick way to save immediately?

I was scanning and sending documents, and in the middle of a batch, Adobe Scan suddenly lost the ability to send a link for my scan through email. Every time I click on share and then choose email, I get the following error message: "Error generatinglink: There was an error while generating link." I tried opening and closing the app multiple times and powering my phone off and on.

My Adobe scan app recently failed to scan and compile my exam, this meant I went over the submission period and therefore my exam won't be assessed. Is it possible to access my usage logs to prove a scan was attempted? Many thanks

I've downloaded the Adobe scan app and when i try to open it to sign in with my company info, I get this error. I am then sent to the Google Device Policy app and select the option to open. After that, it still won't let me open the app. Help! I need this app for work and dont want to spend $$ on a scanner.

Dear sir / mam, the cost per month is Rs 850/- in Indian users. Which is very high price. You will not get the customer in volume. But if you business team will make this price 1200/- per annum you will get big subscription. And a big annual income year and year.  Keep cloud storage at lower side only. Subscribers will keep data in mobile only or some other place. Please think about this..   

I scanned some of my exam scripts as I have to use them for home based learning. I did press the save button however i saw that it was had a cloud logo and said it was uploading. I then decided to reload the app to see if it would load faster and they were all gone.. Is there any way I can retrieve them ?
