Adobe XD

Hey there, so I want to create a top menu, that when scrolling down, collapses to a sticky menu at the top. So while scrolling, is there a way to highlight the menu entry dependent on my scrolling position? I just can't get my head around it.   Thank you! {Renamed By MOD}

Hi,I have objects that appear in different states of a component that appear to be moving on their own.Here is my situation:Default state:Alternate state: Returning to the Default State: I have ensured that Responsive Resize is turned off for the component and all objects inside of it.  I have also manually entered the X & Y coordinates.  Neither addressed the issue of the moving components. This issue is making it impossible to align objects within the component. Any help is greatly appreciated. 

HI,for some time I cannnot use my CC libraries in XD anymore - I have done all those steps below plus used the Cleaner Tool and checked the Cache and reinstalled the whole Adobe Package. Also everything including drivers and XD are up to date. Im working on a Dell 5550, Windows 10 Enterprise , 32 GB RamI have also tested it on new projects - wont do. Please I need help to solve this issue. 🙂

Trying to load an XD page in Edge, but it's failing. The page image is partly blurry, the side panel is stuck in a loading state. Confirmed tracker blocking is off, adblocker is off. Whenever I try to open a shared file, I get the following message “This was saved with a newer version of Adobe XD. Please update Adobe XD to open it.” When I click on 'update now' it takes me the creative cloud app, and all my apps are up to date. the newest update doesn't show up, and I can't manually access it either. I’ve tried the following:Restarting my computer Relaunching the Creative Cloud appSigning out and into my creative cloud accountUninstalling and reinstalling Adobe XDUninstalling and reinstalling Creative Cloud app Uninstalling and reinstalling everything that has to do with Adobe Using the Adobe Cleaner tool Manually checking for updatesDeleted the required file from the OOBE folder

Hi,We are a small company of 5 people who are using the free version of Adobe XD in a proces of designing an app. Our designer just found out that she can't use the free version anymore because she can't create more than one prototype. She would like to know that if she upgrade Adobe XD and get the payment version and then creates new prototypes are the rest of us able to see the prototypes in the free version - or do we all need to pay for Adobe XD in order to see her work??Thank you so much,BestSidsel

Has the free version of Adobe XD (Starter Plan) been discontinued?I can not update and after uninstalling i only have the option to "try" or "buy" the product.

Hi folks, with the v50 update I noticed like everyone else that the Starter plan was no longer available and I searched for information on the net, ending up on the Adobe blog where I found the solution to install the v49 version, which I did. But I have a problem, lol: before installing v49 I accidentally activated the 7-day trial of v50 and also made some changes to my project, which automatically saved to the cloud... and now, with v49 it gives me this error! I tried to update again to v50 but Creative cloud still says I only have 7 days trial, of course... 😞 What can I do to solve the problem? Do I wait for an update that fixes the v50 problem of the 7 day trial? In the picture it says: "This file was saved with a newer version of Adobe XD. To open it, update Adobe XD."

Hi, I can't figure out how I can add an image as a graphic in Adobe XD under document assets. I would like to publish the XD document and use the image graphics in other documents. It seems that I can only add the image in a CC library as a graphics but not in document assets. Can someone kindly advise?

Hi,Need Adobe support email ID for Adobe XD as Adobe XD is showing Proxy Authentication popup while connecting to CLient VPN environment. Even after whitelisting domain URLs (cc-api-storage.adobe.io, cc-api-data.adobe.io ). Thanks

Hello, I shared with my team a document that I created, so that we can collaborate and work on it together. However, my colleagues can't create a link of the document, for example, since I am the owner. Is there anyway around this? Can´t we all have the same privileges?  Thanks in advance.

I created an Image Carousel using Component States and controlling dots. but when i need to add new state and hidden first image the second image not change it's position instead of first image

If I have a paid account, could anyone with unpaid account work with me on my files by sending an invitation.. or can we register with the same paid account and work with each other on the same files at the same time.2. If there is another paid account, could we also work together on the same files at the same time.

I am unable to install XD on my MacBook Pro 10.15. I have the latest version and all requirements are checked. When I click 'Install' I get this  error message. Not sure what the problem is now. Thank you for your help. Should I use a different browser?

Hello,I have used XD for some time now, but for the first time I'm tasked with exporting all of my assets for the Developer.My question is: Why is XD exporting my entire asset with an image bleeding off artboard as opposed to just the visible part of the image? Do I need to mask every instance of this design element to set a proper bounding box or is there some other slice tool/option I'm missing.As you can see from the image I have provided, the greyed out part show the elements of my design that bleed off the artboard. XD is exporting all of my assets including the portions that bleed off of the actual viewable artboard. I don't want that. I just want the part of the image on the actual artboard.Any help would be great![edited for typo]

Hello, I'm doing a project in Adobe XD but when I create a link to present the website prototype, all the elements are slow, especially the videos and animations.When the customer opens the link to view the site, he can't see almost anything because everything is frozen. Hello, When I work on states I need to keep in view all layers of this component. But each time I switch from one state to the other my component shrink in the layers panel. So I need each time to expand it again. It's very annoying. Tks, Xavier.

Al añadir un nuevo componente a mi biblioteca y actualizarla, todos los componentes de mis proyectos se mueven de lugar o se modifican. Esto sucede aun cuando no he cambiado ninguna propiedad de los componentes principales.Constantemente debo reorganizar todos mis frames lo cual lleva mucho tiempo y es bastante molesto.

Hello there!  The XD is stuck in a login loop (see screenshot attached). The pop-up window just keeps reconnecting and fails. I already tried to:  sign in and out of Creative Cloud – this doesn't help, XD is still stuck.  Delete and re-install XD – the pop-up window is still there.  Quit all related processes from Activity Monitor and re-signing – this doesn't help either.  Give permission to read/write for Adobe PCD folder and Adobe PCD -- also no help.  Launch the CC Deinstaller -- doesn't launch because of the many other apps. There are no anti-virus programs installed, so access to any folders shouldn't be the issue.    Does someone know what else I could fix this? Please, I need to work!    <Title renamed by moderator>

While designing, my designs keep getting blurry. When I reboot, this problem is temporarily fixed, but soon it happens again. Anyone have the solution for this?  

This is odd behaviour.  I have specifications for a button 28px height  with 12px (pt in XD) text.I make it component to be reused with variations.  To make text flexible I make it reponsive.Well, the top and bottom paddings are 7 and 6. I cannot center the text.If it is not responsive I can center text manually and the spacing becomes 6.5 both top and bottom. But in responsive I cannot give decimal point padding. We can not change button sizes just because of this.  Tried it in Figma, it has no issues creating decimal padding. I also played with line height but that doesn't help in XD.
