Adobe XD

Every bit of support I found just takes me back to this page:https://www.adobe.com/products/xd/learn/get-started.html The videos tell you to download a file before you start. There is no link anywhere to download the files. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

It opens like that and stays like that as if it's stuck...

Hi all,I have a serious issue as I can't open up any of my files or create new ones. I have re-installed and updated the app and it still shows me this window which I can't quit as the red button is not showing and the artboard is not available as shown below. I can't go into prototype or share either. Has anyone ever experienced this?  

Hi there,I am currently working on a project, but when I want to add a text anywhere I can not choose which font I want to pick. In fact it doesn't even show the default font (it shows a blank field). When I click on the dropdown, it opens an empty dropdown.Something to note would be that there is in fact an orange round exclemation point (as if there would be an error) on the top right next to the text "TEXT" in the settingspanel (-> Image). But hovering or clicking on it won't do anything.(This is with a text selected)There is probably just something I missed, but at this point every help would be very much apreciated. Thank you in advance.

Is the free starter plan gone?I cant update XD Creative Club wants me to buy a subscription.

After years of watching videos on XD I finally dived in and am incredibly confused with prototyping. To keep it simple, I just want two toggle buttons to show or hide images on an artboard.

Hi Everyone,   You can now add multiple time triggers for artboard, Lottie files, and video. Multiple time triggers enable you to play lottie files/videos simultaneously or in sequence.      Things to remember:   Interactions play in sequence based on their time delay.  You can set a video and multiple Lottie animations to play together automatically.  If you set Time triggers with the same time delay on an artboard, video, and Lottie, the priority is: Artboard > Video > Lottie.       We would love to hear from you about how you found this feature and what you created. I've been struggling to find a way to solve this problem. I started a new project but for some reason, the only font that is shown is Roboto Regular. It doesn't even show me an arrow to reveal the list of other fonts ( the basic ones). I can type in fonts but I really want to browse through all the fonts on the list as I've done in my previous work. I haven't had this problem with any of my past projects.

Grouped objects/components are there in the designs but they are disappearing when I view them in preview.  It seems to be when I link the objects to another artboard they then disappear.  This is really frustrating!!  OS and Xd are all up to date. I've also restarted my computer numerous times 😞 

Hey there, so I want to create a top menu, that when scrolling down, collapses to a sticky menu at the top. So while scrolling, is there a way to highlight the menu entry dependent on my scrolling position? I just can't get my head around it.   Thank you! {Renamed By MOD}

Hi,I have objects that appear in different states of a component that appear to be moving on their own.Here is my situation:Default state:Alternate state: Returning to the Default State: I have ensured that Responsive Resize is turned off for the component and all objects inside of it.  I have also manually entered the X & Y coordinates.  Neither addressed the issue of the moving components. This issue is making it impossible to align objects within the component. Any help is greatly appreciated. 

HI,for some time I cannnot use my CC libraries in XD anymore - I have done all those steps below plus used the Cleaner Tool and checked the Cache and reinstalled the whole Adobe Package. Also everything including drivers and XD are up to date. Im working on a Dell 5550, Windows 10 Enterprise , 32 GB RamI have also tested it on new projects - wont do. Please I need help to solve this issue. 🙂

Trying to load an XD page in Edge, but it's failing. The page image is partly blurry, the side panel is stuck in a loading state. Confirmed tracker blocking is off, adblocker is off. Whenever I try to open a shared file, I get the following message “This was saved with a newer version of Adobe XD. Please update Adobe XD to open it.” When I click on 'update now' it takes me the creative cloud app, and all my apps are up to date. the newest update doesn't show up, and I can't manually access it either. I’ve tried the following:Restarting my computer Relaunching the Creative Cloud appSigning out and into my creative cloud accountUninstalling and reinstalling Adobe XDUninstalling and reinstalling Creative Cloud app Uninstalling and reinstalling everything that has to do with Adobe Using the Adobe Cleaner tool Manually checking for updatesDeleted the required file from the OOBE folder

Hi,We are a small company of 5 people who are using the free version of Adobe XD in a proces of designing an app. Our designer just found out that she can't use the free version anymore because she can't create more than one prototype. She would like to know that if she upgrade Adobe XD and get the payment version and then creates new prototypes are the rest of us able to see the prototypes in the free version - or do we all need to pay for Adobe XD in order to see her work??Thank you so much,BestSidsel

Has the free version of Adobe XD (Starter Plan) been discontinued?I can not update and after uninstalling i only have the option to "try" or "buy" the product.

Hi folks, with the v50 update I noticed like everyone else that the Starter plan was no longer available and I searched for information on the net, ending up on the Adobe blog where I found the solution to install the v49 version, which I did. But I have a problem, lol: before installing v49 I accidentally activated the 7-day trial of v50 and also made some changes to my project, which automatically saved to the cloud... and now, with v49 it gives me this error! I tried to update again to v50 but Creative cloud still says I only have 7 days trial, of course... 😞 What can I do to solve the problem? Do I wait for an update that fixes the v50 problem of the 7 day trial? In the picture it says: "This file was saved with a newer version of Adobe XD. To open it, update Adobe XD."

Hi, I can't figure out how I can add an image as a graphic in Adobe XD under document assets. I would like to publish the XD document and use the image graphics in other documents. It seems that I can only add the image in a CC library as a graphics but not in document assets. Can someone kindly advise?

Hi,Need Adobe support email ID for Adobe XD as Adobe XD is showing Proxy Authentication popup while connecting to CLient VPN environment. Even after whitelisting domain URLs (cc-api-storage.adobe.io, cc-api-data.adobe.io ). Thanks

When you Co-edit cloud documents in Adobe XD, versions of the cloud document are automatically created for you at regular intervals. You can rename versions for better identification, and mark versions that you would like saved. If you do not save your document, version history is automatically cleared for you every 30 days. Hello, I shared with my team a document that I created, so that we can collaborate and work on it together. However, my colleagues can't create a link of the document, for example, since I am the owner. Is there anyway around this? Can´t we all have the same privileges?  Thanks in advance.

I created an Image Carousel using Component States and controlling dots. but when i need to add new state and hidden first image the second image not change it's position instead of first image

If I have a paid account, could anyone with unpaid account work with me on my files by sending an invitation.. or can we register with the same paid account and work with each other on the same files at the same time.2. If there is another paid account, could we also work together on the same files at the same time.
