Hello all-The title of my post is slightly misleading since I'm not really experiencing an error per se, but more of an obstacle that I can't seem to resolve.So, I was working on a book of photographs over the summer - I'd be working with a collection of images in lightroom that were ordered to match the ordering of images in the book layout. I'd export a series of files in Lightroom with a three digit sequence number appended to the very front of the filename, ex: "001_XXX_.TIF" Naturally, the ordering of these images changed here and there, but with disastrous results! I'd manually go in and rename the files by hand because I couldn't find a way to change only the sequence number appended to the front of the filename.Now - my book is completely done, but I have many folders with the book images (a folder of flattened RGB's, a folder of layered RGB's, flattened CMYK, layered CMYK)... all identical to one another, but with incorrect sequencing. I have bridge downloaded and it was functioning now when I try and start it nothing happens. I tried to download it again but same issue.

Buongiorno, ho un problema durante la visualizzazione delle foto in Adobe Bridge. Non riesco a visualizzare l'anteprima in alta qualità quando premo la barra spaziatrice e l'immagine viene aperta a tutto schermo. L'immagine appare fuori fuoco. L' alta qualità viene visualizzata solo dopo aver effettuato il click sulla foto, eseguendo lo zoom al 100%. C'è una soluzione al problema? Vorrei poter vedere se una foto è scattata e a fuoco dalla semplice visualizzazione in miniature o aprendola a tutto schermo. Grazie

Hello everyone!I've encountered something strange and I'm not sure what to do about it. For my Graphic Design course, I had to make some changes on the photos for the Web.I've used Camera Raw with Adobe Bridge in order to do it.What I had to do was to change the Dimensions, Resolution, and Color Mode/Profile for the photos.Here are the changes I've made on them for the exercise, which are shown in Camera Raw.. But unfortunately when I open those Images with Adobe Bridge, the Metadata in File Properties doesn't change. Despite the fact that I've updated them.Do you guys think that I must've made a mistake during the exercise, or it's some glitch or something?Oh and not forget to mention, I'm using the CC 2017 versions of the Adobe Creative Cloud. I've tried resizing the screen and somehow every time when I try to rename a batch the top gets cut off and I can only see preview and cancel button down.Tried restarting my computer system and uninstalling and reinstalling the Bridge and still somehow get this same issue. Please Help!

In Bridge I Moved to: a video file and have lost audio. This can not be shot over. What happened and how do I fix it. My boss is real mad.

I cannot see thumbnail images for my NEF files in Bridge 2017 (Ver. 7.0.0.93) -- only the NEF icon. Which isn't of much use.I have the latest Camera Raw installed (Ver. 9.12.0.784).  I'm running all this on Mac OS Sierra (Ver. 10.12.5).  The NEF image files are from a Nikon D750.I have purged the cache and done all the other incremental list of things to try and address this problem from the Adobe site.Obviously this is jolly annoying. Anybody know how I can make Bridge see the NEF thumbnails?Thanks for your help.

Hey guys, So I have downloaded Output correctly, put the files in the correct folders, I.e:/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Bridge CC 2017 Extensions   -> for the Adobe Output Module folder/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Bridge CC 2017 Extensions/Workspaces   -> for the .workspace fileBUT, I don't have the "save" button on the bottom-right to create my PDF. I attached a screenshot so you can see better what I mean. PLEASE HELP 🙂I am on OSX 10.11.6

I looked everywhere for a solution that worked for me/applied to my situation and found nothing.Attached is a screen shot of Bridge previewing an image and Finder previewing the same image.Finder is showing it how it is IN CAMERA and bridge is auto darkening everything.Even when I purge/reset/choose camera raw defaults. You can see each thumbnail become darker the second I purge the cache. I may be missing something but why on earth would anyone want this? I shoot in RAW so that I CAN MAKE THE EDITS!Please help!

Hello experts,I have Bridge CC 2017 on a MacBook OS 10.12.6 (Sierra).In the content pane I want to sort alphanumerically listing FIRST the sorted folders and then listing the sorted files.I cannot see how to do this.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi all,I am trying create a workflow around being able to search for "item number codes" (which we use in our work) which I can then embed in an individual PDF or In design files.This can then be searched via bridge which will save me lots of time by being able to search for what I need locating it within the file.Well, as some might know this is nothing new and both bridge and metadata compatible files allow for this.I have two problems-1) Metadata in Indesign files are not showing up at all in bridge search. ( this didn't work at all so I gave up and used PDF route)2) Metadata from PDF's are not showing up in bridge searchWhen testing the workflow, I managed to get it to search in bridge using the "unique item codes" and it would bring up the PDF'S with that metadata but since that time I have been unable to get it to work.Simply, I enter in a code which HAS been put into the metadata box in "File info" Tried various things, but I am lost to what I did that first time to get it to wo

Usually, I guess, people are look for ways to make their photo organising and editing more sophisticated and capable. However, I am just looking to make things simpler.  I have been using PS-CC and LR-CC for a while, but am coming to terms with the realisation that I am just a very average amateur photographer, and that my creative efforts really do not justify the monthly expense of keeping  Creative Cloud going on my PC, wonderful though it is.  My questions therefore are: “If I give up the Creative Cloud and just use Bridge to organize my photo collection can Bridge import the tagging that I have already done in Lightroom? If so, could it make a similar job of sorting my photos for me?  For example, would it be able to list all my photos that I have tagged as “France 2010” and then within that group isolate just the photos tagged with the name “George”?I am using Windows 10.

Adobe Brigde 2017 (latest version) was installed (Windows 7 / 64Bit / full patched) and every 8-10 seconds the application freezes, stands for 20 seconds, then runs again 8-10 seconds, and so on.All repairs were carried out which were described in the usual pages, everything which could be deactivated is deactivated. All drivers are the latest on the PC.The curiosity is when the network cable pulls out on the PC or disabled the network card, runs the program absolutely stable.Even if the PC only hangs on a switch, without any Internet access, the same happens, the application freezes after 8 seconds.The error is immediately replicable, the PC has a network connection, the application freezes, if not, works fine.What can be done?

  Bridge CC will no longer open at all, I've re-installed it 4 times now and it will not launch at all. I spent all day trying to install the Output Module and now it will not work at all. I can click on the open icon as much as I want but it will not respond. I have restarted my computer a few times, and I've tried accessing it through Photoshop, but when I do a little window pops up and it asks about restarting trouble shoot and purging my photo gallery. I really need to get it back online, the sake of my college class' grade depends on it.

I'm using PS/Bridge CC 2017.  In addition to my 4K Dell 7710 monitor, I have a Cintiq 21UX and a Dell 2713H.  Bridge opens on my 7710 monitor.  However, if I move it to either of the other two monitors, it will spread over all three monitors.  Is there any way to prevent this?  I would like to be able to position Bridge on any one of the three displays but not across all three displays.

My Photoshop & Lightroom subscription has expired. I've moved to using a different editing software (Affinity Photo) for the time-being, but want to be able to process my edited RAW files. How do I do this while including previous edits (.xmp files) I have made in ACR? Would this be better to ask to Affinity? Thanks!

Bridge 2017 Release 7.0.0.93 x64When I start Bridge it tries to connect wiht Adobe Stock, which i don`need.It can't connect, mabye  because of the firewall, but I don't need it anywayBut it tries to connect all the time and it allways freeezes for some seconds.It feels like it freezes 30 seconds while trying, then i can work 30 sconds then it tries again and freezes again 30 seconds.....Have I to open a ticket ? where can i open a ticket ?Thank you for your helpMichael

Not understanding fully how to work with keywords, I just started creating keywords. Now my list is so long and I see that I can group some of the keywords into categories. For example I need to track 2 dates (a created date and a received date). The former keyword reads, "01/01/17" at the root level, for Jan 1, 2017 and the latter keyword reads, "05Mar17" at the root level, for Mar 5, 2017.So I tried to create a new keyword called "Date Created" with sub keywords and then dragged the root level keyword into the "Date Created" keyword as a sub keyword. Although the moved keyword (now a sub keyword) appears correctly, it's not checked as it was at the root level. Also the old root level keyword is still checked and it's still in the root level but now represented in italics.I tried checking the sub keyword and unchecking the root level keyword but it doesn't seem to hold. I even tried deleting the old root level keyword, but I just lost the connection to my files.It's all just very conf

Hi, this is my last ditch effort to solve this problem. I have done literally everything I can (definitely including downloading the latest version of Bridge).  I have a macbook air with 8GB of memory, Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 MB, and 1.6 GHz Intel Core i5.I used to be able to preview the presets in Bridge. Now, I can navigate through the preset folders, but whenever I try to actually preview a preset by clicking it, Bridge freezes. I can click on the preset file as long as I don't have the "preview tab" open. I have done all the trouble shooting steps listed here Troubleshoot Adobe Bridge for errors and freezes (except maybe number 9, I thought that it means resetting Bridge preference, which I did ) and more that I found looking through every thread I can find. Please save me...
