I just bought some visuals with titles to "Arohim Art" contributor. It says that it can be "100% editable, words and fonts can be changed". But as I open it in Illustrator, everything is vectorized, impossible to edit (I tried with other contributors with the same informations about editable text effects, and it works perfectly).Is that a bug or a scam from this contributor ?

Hi.I accidentally downloaded the wrong image from Adobe Stock (#626343359), I need another one (#628916280). They are similar, so I am confused. Can I exchange them?

This seems to be a recurring issue with Adobe Stock. I need to download a 1gb file, which would take about 10 seconds on any other stock site. I've been waiting an hour. Getting around 500kb/s tops. This has happened in the past and always been written off. But, as someone who has paid thousands to Adobe, I'd appreaciate a better answer than just "clear your cache." Yes, I've tried different browsers. My speed test was 800/800. It is 1000% Adobe's servers throttling.

I keep recieivng the error "For some reason, this action cannot be completed. Please try again shortly." when trying to download audio preview files from Adobe Stock.I'm on an Enterprise account at my workplace using Google Chrome. MacOS Sonoma 14.5.Is there any solution? 

It's about 3 months , my adobe stock contributor account's post  is not  published . My assests  are still in review  please give me information about it.

Dear Adobe, Please stop allowing your Stock service to be flooded by awful AI images. This is not a Grand Piano:https://stock.adobe.com/images/grand-piano/815187365?prev_url=detail No one should use an image like this, but this isn't at one-off. Your files are rife with uncanny and untrue representations of real things. I know you have a tiny disclaimer on these files, and I know it's possible to filter them out. The issue isn't AI; the issue is bad AI. You need humans to check this crap because your contributers are just shotgunning uploads in the hope that they'll get downloads. It has to stop. Please.

Hello there community!I wrote about this problem to a customer support about a week ago, and still didn't get an answer.So I changed my email connected to my Adobe Contributor account, I've got email that it was successful etc. But when I log in, I see the completely new account with empty portfolio,  no tax form filled, some random letters instead of name etc.  Adobe contributor website saying that my old email is not connected to any account. And I also lost the access to my old email in case to get proofs, old letters etc. But I still see my portfolio on Adobe Stock, and I don't understand who has access to that.  The Customer Service is not answering, and I would really like to restore access, there are some money and pictures on that page, and I want to keep using that.I feel very frustrated. Can anyone help me? 

The map of Indonesia I downloaded from Adobe Stock has a serious typo. https://stock.adobe.com/images/indonesia-map-and-flag-n-illustration/152807127  The province of ACEH is misspelled, using an "n" :  ACEN. Someone needs to fix this!  

I can't search for adobe stock, the page gives an error

Hi Team, I recently downloaded an image on the topic of "World Peace" and found this image I could use. But then after downloading a high-resolution image, when I looked into the details-1) I saw big flaws in the image such as every child in the image 6 fingers on their hands.2) Further upon zooming one of the hands has fingertips that are incomplete.3) One of the face at the bottom of the image has the eyebrows upside down. Who is approving these poor quality images on Adobe Stock I wonder? This is a paid service and I don't expect such errors in images from Adobe Stock. Please take appropriate action.

When I create an image online with "generate" in Adobe Stock and want to download it, I always get an error message in a blue/white box saying something like:"Unfortunately, a system error has occurred. Please try again or refresh the page."At the same time, a red error box pops up at the bottom saying:"An error has occurred. Please try again."I also can't store the image in my library because it says I must save it first. 😞Technical info: I'm using the latest Chrome on macOSAny idea ?Thanks in advance!Tom

I licensed file 484581220 if illustrator is running and i try to open the file from within illustrator, illustrator Crashes; no error messageif illustrator is running and i try to double click on the file in Finder, illustrator crashes; no error messageif i close illustrator and try to double click on the file in Finder, Illustrator never opens and then i get a crash report I'm on Mac M1,64GB memory, Sonoma 14.7  

I get the error 'HTTP ERROR 500' when searching for stock on stock.adobe.com. The problem has been going on for a few days. I use Chrome, I reset my entire browser and tried again, but it didn't work.

Sorry to be making multiple posts in the forums here, but I noticed a new issue unrelated to my other post. On this stock image linked below, the vector and .jpeg versions do not look the same. I was searching recently for Halloween related images on Adobe and noticed this seemingly AI-generated Halloween image not labeled as such. Hello, I have licensed stock asset 475340834 to download but the vector file does not match the artwork. The vector file is labled with the correct asset number but when opened, is the artwork for a ball cap and not the excavator that is listed on that page. Please advise on getting this corrected on the site as I don't see anywhere to report this stock file is incorrect. Thank you!

I got the free trial a few months back for Adobe Stock. I downloaded my images and canceled it. However, I just noticed today it says I have "Available Stock quota: 30 plan credits" Why do I just have these now? I'm a little scared to use them; honestly, I'm not sure if it is a scam (which I know Adobe is very much known for) and I do not wish to end up paying god knows how much if these have not just been freely given to me for whatever reason.

I've seen a number of threads talking about this but posting on here seems to be the only way to report images that are clearly AI and not labelled? Is there no easier way? I cannot download an image from adobe stock - this has never happened before and I've been using it for years. I've tried all the basic fixes - different network/different computer/logging out and logging back in/clearing cache and nothing seems to work. I have licensed an image but it will not let me download it? Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Dear Adobe - I don't want to see all your AI images, ever. I want the DEFAULT to be "Don't show me your AI steaming piles of dog turd".And now you've removed the filter too? And no - it's not just "hard to find" which would be bull anyway, it's just gone.  Seriously, how unethical can you be as an organisation?  PS - You've made me edit my post by telling me the word I used... The irony. Pot, kettle. So, I edited to "steaming piles of dog turd", I hope that's more acceptable.

I've come across a well known contributor that has pages and pages of copied videos. As far as I know from Adobe TOS, his account violates at least three rules. Adobe doesn't allow public domain contentAdobe doesn't allow illustrative editorial videoAdobe doesn't allow copied, cropped video taken from YouTube I would love to hear from an Adobe employee as I've been trying to report this through multiple channels, without any sucess.
