Can't buy single images on teams account. Customer service no help!
Our company has had an Adobe Creative Cloud Teams for a while now. We've been able to purchase single images $2.99 with no problem. Only recently, it has made us purchase subscriptions instead of single images for $2.99. I'm on the teams account, not the individual. I've tried reloging in. I had some time sensitive projects to work on, so I went ahead and purchased a subscription and I recieved a "Welcome to Adobe Stock" email, like we don't already pay for our teams account. We pay extra for the teams capabilities and when we tried to understand this with a customer service call, they were not helpful and rude. Please, does anyone know what's going on? Has there been a policy change? Here is the pop-up screen it's showing now. It used to be the "$2.99 confirmation" pop-up.
