Bug Reports

Comment faire ? Merci :))

I know both these assets by the same creator are AI generated but the were made to look very real, ships at sea but both have a very glaring error. Both ships have a long trailing wake in front and behind the ships. This is not possible. The ships shown, bulkers, can only travel in the forward direction so there should be a long trailing wake at the rear only.Asset 605295090Asset 605295173 Best regards Philip

Unable to change the default Stock Library. If I try saving the image again, the Library disappears. Also, if I select "My Library," it doesn't load and the screen just turns white (blank). If I refresh, it goes back to the home screen. Going to https://assets.adobe.com/libraries only allows you to view the libraries; not select a new default Library. I've done multiple things to no avail:Refreshed my screenLogged out and logged back inTried both Chrome and SafariCompletely rebooted my laptop Please let me know if there is a resolution I'm unaware of or if Adobe realizes this is an existing problem that started about 2 months ago.

File #204271214 I was shopping for a mock-up template for a business card I designed, but when I downloaded the design, it was only the business card itself.

As a paying customer, I expect high-quality images from stock platforms like Adobe Stock. Unfortunately, I recently downloaded an image that turned out to be unusable—it looks like a poorly executed image trace rather than a professional asset. What’s more disappointing is that there seems to be no way to report low-quality images within Adobe Stock. Quality control should be a priority, and the absence of a reporting mechanism makes it difficult for users to help maintain standards. I hope Adobe considers implementing a feature to flag subpar content and improves its quality review process. This would ensure that customers receive the value they expect when purchasing stock assets. Thank you for your attention to this matter.Image reference:https://stock.adobe.com/images/collection-of-abstract-circular-and-directional-arrow-graphic-elements-silhouette/1731672301

Hi all!I've noticed a few AI images and videos still showing up even with the exclusion AI filter. Most recent one I remebered to get the URL of:https://stock.adobe.com/au/video/polaris-rzr-and-dirt-bike-lined-up-in-a-rugged-off-road-environment/1579660931?prev_url=detail

I saw this image come up in a search and used it in a design comp — now the client wants this image, but I'm unable to now locate it for high resolution download. The image ID is also not availalble. Yes, I did a reverse image lookup and it yields only similar images, not this one. Shouldn't it locate this exact image? What gives? Same goes for reverse lookup on google: the only thing that comes up is on an asian version of freepik.com.

Attention Adobe Support, and Adobe Stock usersMy purpose of this post is to help maintain a higher level of quality for Adobe Stock.I have been an Adobe Stock subscriber for some time. I recently downloaded an asset (File No: 1583246439) that was atrocious quality! You couldn't tell from the raster thumbnail, but as soon as I opened the vector asset, it was as though someone had used auto-trace on a low res asset, and then applied 'simplify'. Take a look at some of the close-up screen-shots attached. This asset should at the very least be removed! But how would Adobe know without users having an easy method of reporting sub-standard assets? I never experienced this on other stock-subscription platforms in the past — they seem to have a better process of vetting quality. The only options for reporting an issue are:1. if content contains the names of people (including artists' names)2. Content may infringe on IP rights (such as copyright, design, or trademark rights, model

Hello. Could anyone help me please. I just found that one of my designers from the team accidentally downloaded 3 images (#1583599983, #224084366, #399672567) with wrong type of license ("Extended" which is not correct for our purposes) and it's drained our all points from our team 750 stock subscriptions, just at the beginning of the month (( Is there any way to undo this mistake? Thank-you!

Hello Adobe Community and fellow contributors, my name is AdassaMy Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated in 2025, and the reason I received was “suspicious sales activity”.I want to clearly state that I am 100% not involved in any fraudulent or illegal actions, and I am confident that I did not violate any Adobe rules or Contributor guidelines. The content I was uploading included AI-generated images (Artificial Intelligence artwork), and I made sure that all assets fully complied with Adobe Stock standards, had proper prompts, were unique, and did not contain any violations, copyright issues, or policy breaches. The block happened only because of sales/download activity, which I have absolutely zero connection to or control over.I have never manipulated downloads, created fake sales, boosted views, or used any dishonest method. Therefore, I am certain that this issue is not related to my actions, and I have no involvement in anything suspicious. The account suspensio

Hi,Adobe Stock is returning GenAI results in earches even though i've checked "Exclude Generative AI" in the filters. This one popped up today:https://stock.adobe.com/uk/templates/broken-or-cracked-glass-poster-design-template-n-ai-generative/1080468058I mean come on, the title of the asset even SAYS "AI generative"! This is not the first time AI results have appeared in filtered earch results, either.Adobe, this is simply unnaceptable. Many professionals like myself take careful steps to avoid using GenAI in our work for many valid copyright, editorial, ethical, and technical reasons. This is jsut sloppy. For the how much CC and Stock cost i'd expect your search filters to work better than this. Please rectify this error if at all possible.

So... I did a search for one simple word "landfill". Here are the results on page one of Shutterstock search results vs Adobe Stock. Shutterstock returned consistently relevant results, whereas Adobe Stock returned a bunch of random stuff – starting on the first page of results! This has been an annoyance for years and, as illustrated by this particular search word, it's not a matter of narrowing things down with filters.  I guess my suggestion is for Adobe to: a) review keywords regularly and/or apply more scrutiny to submissions, and; b) perhaps create something like a hierarchy for keywords, where the content submitter can put primary keywords for the obvious content of the image, then secondary keywords for any tangiential matches. Or something. I don't know. That's Adobe Stock's job to figure out. Not sure how it works now, but it's clearly not very good and competitors are doing a significantly better job. It's frustrating that this consistently makes my projects take much l

Several of the dice depicted in image 1493695478 (“Rpg game dice”) are not realistic / do not make sense, and are therefore not usable as an asset for board game or rpg related content:A 6-sided die with the numbers 7, 8, and 9A 8-sided die with the number 9A 10-sided die with the number 17Two 12-sided dice with the numbers 14, 17, 20 and 15, 19Additionally the layout of most of the dice (the distribution of the mumbers on the sides in relation to each other) is not correct.

I've been having this issue for weeks now. The download speeds from stock have been abysmal. Any other service I use has normal download speeds, but I get to adobe and its running at dialup speeds.IT even takes a long time to start downloading - just sitting in my queue saying it's "starting." Then it'll say 2 hours, then it'll say "resuming". Something is FUBAR on adobe's end.

Hi Adobe team, Unfortunately we are encountering more and more accounts thats sell traced images as vector stock images. These traced images are not usable for us and are very frustrating to encounter. It has become so bad we started making a list and noting down the useless file and artist in case we encounter unusable traced images. It might be a good idea to add that option to the report options of an artist. Or are you not actively trying to combat traced images? Here are some accounts we encountered that sell traced images:LadyBeck (file: 1433203610)Ranako Studio (file: 1561040735)Adil (file: 1768591701)Unconnected (file: 1624305577)Home Stock Pro (file: 1773293074)Vector Market (file: 1772745879)Please check these 'artists' and remove traced images because they devalue your stock image platform, are not usable  and are often stolen work. We'd also like our credits back for these purchases if that is possbile. It would also be a good idea to add reporting option to report

Hello,After some searching it appears there is no built-in method of reporting AI images that aren't tagged/keyworded as such, and instead the recommended method of reporting these images is just to link them here in the forums. This image is AI generated but is not marked as AI: https://stock.adobe.com/1714652487 Thank you.

Adobestock is throwing an error upon search of the number of it's own images. See screenshot below. All my colleauges and I are having this issue today, via an Enterprise subscription.

I keep getting the error message when trying to download audio preview files.(For some reason, this action cannot be completed. Please try again shortly.) I have tried clearing the browser cache and history. I tried turning off pop-up blockers.  I tried switching to different browsers, Arc (chromium), Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. Other preview stock elements can be downloaded. Nothing is working.

I downloaded 244546000 as vector image and it is clearly not.    [Attached file deleted by moderator. Posting original stock files here is not allowed]

Getting error: "We're sorry, but a system error occurreed. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service."I have not received any emails, I have tried again, can cannot find a customer service contact anywhere.Anyone have this issue?
