I am not able to cancel my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. From past few days i am seeing You'll be able to manage this plan shortly. 

I have over 100 Stock credits, but whenever I want to download the preview picture, Adobe asks me to purchase the free subscription. Anyone have the same problem? The german support could not help me.

Hoje, dia 30.09, (exatamente 14 dias depois) não consigo cancelar porque me cobram uma taxa indevida sendo que este é o último dia da avaliação. Além disso, não consigo falar com um atendente humano e nem consigo um email para relatar a situação. Apenas um robô que repete sempre a mesma coisa para mim.

I downloaded a business card template which I edited. It went to print only for me to discover it's formatted as A4.An A4 business card.This cost me money through printing errors (yes - my bad, but I was in a hurry, hence using an Adobe Stock template).Why is it not possble to report the asset? The only reporting options are:Content contains the names of people (including artists' names)Content may infringe on IP rights (such as copyright, design, or trademark rights, model or property rights)

I use Adobe stock frequently for a client, and just went to download some previews and was served a paywall. I'm hoping this is a bug. 

I can't download preview on stock videos. It keeps popping up a paywall. Just last night, I was still able to download video previews. So I believe is a bug. Please investigate and fix. 

Hello everyone, I requested a withdrawal to my Skrill account on the 15th, but as of today (the 24th), the payment is still pending in my Adobe Stock contributor dashboard. Could someone please check why this delay is happening and let me know when the funds will be cleared? Thank you!

Have not been able to download and preview photos to share with client today. I just keep being directed to the select a plan page. When will this be fixed?

I'm looking for high-quality photos of places and objects that exist in the real world, not fantasy slop churned out by a mindless algorithm. Using the "exclude generative AI" filter helps a lot, but I still sometimes run into images that are blatantly AI-generated, like the one below. Is there an easy way to report these images? Thank you.

Issues is affecting multiple users from all browsers. 

I've tried on Chrome and Firefox.

I purchased an annual subscription last year, and recently received an email stating that it will automatically renew with monthly charges unless I cancel. However, despite trying to cancel for months, the system doesn’t even show that I have an active subscription.There is no accessible way to cancel - emails to support bounce back because the mailbox is full, and the chatbot is unhelpful, refusing to connect me with an agent since it claims I don’t have an active account linked to my email. This situation feels like a scam, as I am being charged without any clear way to stop the subscription or reach proper support.

I am not able to download the images and videos from the adobe stock whereas i have unlimited image quota for me 

Yeah I was wondering the same as I'm currently trying to use some Adobe stock footage my client selected 1426758896, and it's terrible quality. While being 4K it looks like somebody did a bad pulldown from 24p to 30p, as there are inconsistent doubled frames and it has really bad compression artifacts. I've been seeing more questionable images both culturally and right-out racist intent images. I came across this image, which was perfect for my needs, but upon closer inspection, it is very strange. It's like one of those 'what do you see first' images. Is it a guy with a cap on backwards, taking a golf shot, or is it a guy looking at you but his torso is on backwards? Unable to download audio preview file from Adobe stock.Getting this below error from past two days.  Any solution???

Twice in the last two days, I nave attempted to submit new images as a contributor, when the system indicated that it could not save my keywords, titles, etc.  No matter what I changed, it would not allow me to save.  After trying everything else, I attempted to just delete the files, after which I was going to reupload them, but the system prevented me from doing this as well.  Has anyone else run into this problem, and is there a reason or a solution for this happening.  The files I submitted yesterday ultimately let me complete them, but the same thing happened again this evening, and I cannot porceed with submitting them at this time.  Hopefully, somebody else has the answer for why this is happening.  Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello, recently licensed and downloaded this stock vector graphic - made sure I was downloading vector version, opened it up in Illustrator, but it appears to be an image. I've double checked to make sure it's not behind a clipping mask, but it's just a straight up image (see screenshot). The quality is also very obviously pixelated and not sharp/clear like vector should be.  I tried clearing my cache, re-downloading 4 different times, downloading directly from license history - no luck. I've never had this problem before and am kind of stuck. Attaching original download for reference as well.Any insight is greatly appreciated!
