I get this error when trying to use remove background "We couldn't execute cutout filter service because of unknown internal service errors, please try again."

Hi there, I'm evaluating Adobe Express for my company and I'm having an issue with our PDFs (which are made using Adobe InDesign) whereby the icons and the checkboxes don't render properly when the file is opened using Adobe Express. Been waiting for 15 minutes just to open webpage but its still stuck on the loading document page. tried resetting everything and clearing cache. Not sure what to do anymore

I’m experiencing a recurring issue with the Background Removal tool in the Adobe Express app on my iPhone. When I try to remove the background from an image, the app hangs for a while (appears to be processing), but eventually returns an error screen. This happens consistently, regardless of which image I use. I’ve already tried the following: Force quitting and relaunching the appRestarting my iPhoneDeleting and reinstalling the appTesting with different imagesChecking for updates (both iOS and Adobe Express are fully up to date)  Device details: iPhone model: iPhone 14 ProiOS version: iOS 18.5Adobe Express version: v28.1.0  Does anyone know of a workaround or fix for this issue? I use this feature regularly, so I’d love to get it back up and running.

Loading times for starting up the program or even just working on something are so long that it's affecting my workflow. Over all, the program is great and I would love to use it for everything, but the wait times are causing things to take way longer then needed. On PC windows 11 btw.

HELP!  I made a presentation on Adobe Express and when I share the "View Only Link" the link does not work. It takes you to a 404 error - Page not found, try refreshing the browser or checking the URL".  I've tried refreshing the page, clicking the "update link" button and trying it again, I've tried it in Chrome, and an Incognito window in Chrome and on Microsoft Edge, the same result with the 404 error every single time. I need to get this presentation shared with others who don't have the Adobe suite asap. How can I get this view only link working?!

I create webpages for many classrooms. I opened a web page to copy a piece of text from one classroom report. I then opened another classsroom report to paste that piece of text. I republished the webpage. Now when I view that webpage it has been ToTALLY overwritten by the version that I copied the piece of text from. is there anyway to roll back a version or restore the previous version ? 

I have an adobe package subscription and I'm still being asked to pay for adobe express and it's supposed to be included in my package? 

If i open the app for more than hours even after refreshing and clearing cache download is not working.

I cannot dowload two PDF files I need for my uni work. It gets to 90% and the bar doesn't progress. I've tried on different devices, networks and adobe accounts and nothing has worked. I've also cleared my cache and tried a different browser. I've also tried to upload the file to Google drive and Dropbox but the bar only reaches 96% and stops. I also can't download the file in any other format. I really need this resolved asap as I have my deadline soon.

I have spent time creating marketing material only to find when I try downloading to PDF - the formatting is completely wrong. I'm not using anything fancy - just text and coloured elements. PNGs/JPGs look fine. I can see this issue has been reported already but it doesn't seem to have been fixed.I have tried clearing the cache and all that. I'm a premium member and at the moment I cannot use it as intended. I don't want to download as a jpg because the point is to have content where the text is searchable. When will this be resolved?

The new update has completely ruined how I create video thumbnails. The system was so easy to use and now it's completely changed and even the image sizing is incorrect. I will be cancelling my subscription 

It's completely impossible to create an animated character because it always says there's a communication error with the server... it's not my internet. It's the service that's broken. And it's unfortunate because it was fun, but it's no longer possible. Someday they'll fix it. 

Adobe express - qr code generator =Timeout error loading quick action. Try again later. Tried in several browsers, but same every time. 

Hi all,  I am experiencing some issues when trying to access the schedule function in adobe express and when I click on the button from the home page, it just refreshes the same page. I have tried in different browsers as well as the desktop app and nothing has worked.

Hey there, I was removing the background of a video and it was able to just fine, but when I downloaded an export, the "cutout" of my subject seemed to be lagging behind the movement of my subject by a couple frames. Resulting in some moments where part of the subject was cut off and in others, where the background was still partially showing. As far as I can tell this isn't happening in the preview on Adobe Express, just the downloaded version of the video. This occurred with every resolution option and with both 16:9 and 9:16 aspect ratios. Is this a bug or am I missing a setting?

I have updated my profile settings in Adobe Express to Hungarian Format, but the time for scheduling a new post in Scheduler still shows the 12-hour format. Do I need to update some browser settings, or is this an issue in the app?

I created a short book trailer video in Adobe Express to post as a reel but when I try to schedule it, all I can see in the previewer on my desktop is a static image. Scheduling seems to work on my phone but I'd rather do it on my desktop.I'm on Mac OS using Firefox.Is this a bug? Do I need to use Chrome?    

For some reason, I am no longer able to access any of the elements, media, etc. that is on Adobe Express. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and am still having the same issue.

Lorsque je clique dessus, l’espace où les éléments devraient apparaître reste vide, alors que tous les autres menus fonctionnent normalement. O have tries several times with different projects, I can't download anything from the APP. I logged out, cleaned cache, but still nothing. This application cannot be used in these conditions!

Hi,AE is not loading my images and stays in perpetual "loading" function (see screenshot). I've rebooted the online app (Google Chrome is up to date V134.0.6998.166). I'm not able to upload images either.Are there issues with the app right now or is it just me?Thanks

Every time I go into my app to type in something it restarts the app and doesn't allow me to put any text in or any text out. It has gotten worse over the last few weeks to a point now  I cannot finish my flier I have restarted the app please help. I pay for this and need it for work.
