I can't access any of my files or start a new project from my Adobe express mobile app. I can click on things from the Home Screen but then when I try to edit a template or access my files, the screen never leaves the this screen (see attachment). I have restarted my phone, logged out and back in, waited a few hours etc. does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to solve this problem.

As stated in the title. All my QR codes are gone. I cannot find them and things have already been printed with these QR codes. Which worked before. But now do not. When clicking the manage QR codes. None are found. I created over 25. What is happening???
I have added vector logos to my brand library, but when used on a social post they look pixelated. As you can see in the first screenshot when looking at the asset within the library it is high res. But when used on art it is low res.
I can't see the search bar in Adobe Express. I've been using it the other days, but today I can't see the search bar anywhere. Is this a bug or a limitation of my account? I am a Premium Member. I don't know what this is, can someone give me inform about it?
Hello, can anyone help? I ask chatgpt / chat gpt to make me a design in Adobe Express, which it says it has done. It then shares a link to adobe with the design. but these links can never open, and the long URL reverts back just to https://express.adobe.com/. Why? Is there a workaround? I have tried both free and pro versions, tried different browsers, tried mobile.
I have an issue with tryin to access a shared project. My colleagues have been trying to give me acces to a shared project, but whenever I click on the notification and go the the project it still says I need access. It's important that I get access to this project and I've also tried with a different account. Can anyone let me know what's going wrong or what can be changed?
Hello I've run into an issue accessing Adobe Express Projects this morning, please could someone advise? I have several projects which I've created in Express but when I open a project I get the following message: 'Request Access - If you believe you should have access, ask the owner to share it with you or switch to another Adobe ID' I am the owner of these projects and I'm signed into the correct Adobe ID. My name is also showing in the list of people who have access to these projects with the 'Can edit' attribute. As a test I've created a brand new project, but immediately get the above Request Access message. I've signed out and back in, cleared my cache, tried Express on a different device (iOS), but run in to the same issue. So far, my other team members are still able to access these projects. I'm running Windows 11 Pro (Version 10.0.26100 Build 26100) and using Chrome. ThanksGary

Been using Adobe Scheduler for over a year no problem. I know every few months or so we need to refresh the connection to the various social media pages in order for scheduled posts to publish which is fine. Over the past week scheudled posts haven't been posting and we then need to reconnect the connection to Facebook/Instagram etc to get the scheduled post to go live. We now have to do that daily as if we don't, any scheduled posts for that day don't go live. Having to refresh social media connections daily defeats the purpose of scheduling social media posts days or weeks in advance. Can this please be looked into ASAP as surely the scheduler should register that the social media connections have been refreshed/reconnected so recently? I'm accessing Adboe scheduler on PC via web (Microsoft Edge).
I’ve noticed consistent quality issues when exporting PNGs in Adobe Express. For example, with designs sized at 578x346px, everything looks sharp while editing, but the downloaded version appears blurry and low resolution.I’ve also seen the same issue with standard 1080x1080px Instagram formats — the exported files don’t retain the same sharpness as seen in the editor.To work around this, I’ve been exporting at a larger size, then resizing in Photoshop to the intended dimensions, which improves the clarity. However, this extra step shouldn't be necessary — especially for common social media sizes.In comparison, tools like Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator export crisp results at the same dimensions and resolution (72ppi), so this seems specific to Adobe Express.Aside from this issue, my experience with Adobe Express has been great. I hope this can be addressed soon so we can rely on high-quality exports directly from the platform.
Hi, Is anyone else have this issue when you apply the dissolve transition - the first video stops playing just before the end of the transition, and the next video starts just after? The result is a glitchy transition where the video starts from still image before playing. It's really such a simple thing that should work and it's really bugging me. Adobe Express is still so limited that bugs like this make me want to go back to Canva. Thanks,
I have been using the web version of Adobe Express to create a webpage for a travel blog. It worked fine with the old version: I could creat the webpage, publish it and send the link to my friends. Now I have to use the new version and it no longer works. After I publish it, the link I send out takes my friends to a webpage with only text and no photos. I use a Macbook Pro with the M1 chip with 16GB of memory, running Ventura 13.4.1 Has anybody else had this problem, and if so what is the solution? Many thanks.
In Adobe Express, when editing an image and removing image elements using the AI Remove Object tool, the finalized image never becomes available for downloading (even after 1 hour, or refreshing the webpage). IF closing out of the browser and reopening the same page at a later time, the finalized image is gone - leaving the user to have to restart the editing from scratch.
Hi there, I am unable to export 3 important videos that Ive spent weeks working on because I keep getting a "replace asset" popup. The popup explains that Adobe is unable to license some of the content but the video and audio was recorded myself and I used the adobe express asset library for everything else. When I select replace for all the videos, it doesnt take me anywhere to highlight what asset is giving the video issues. Full transparency, I really cant replace anything except the background music- all the other content was shot specificallty for this and recorded by me for this series of training videos. Really ISO of a quick fix or for support from an Adobe employee- we are on a tight deadline. After my review of this forum- Im aware that this is an Adobe Express bug. I can provide links privately, just not sure how. Please someone help!

The "Publish to web" option is missing. I also clicked Show all and its still missing. How do I get it back?
The progess bar for preparing the file gets to about 90%, sometimes 100% and it gets stuck. Never gets to the download window. If I quit the app and relaunch it the file is blank in my contents but does open. Need help!
Currently, the Adobe Express platform allows to schedule Instagram Reels only lower than 90 seconds, however Instagram already allow to share biggr file - which is going to also impact the size of the file. It would be great to have it fixed and aligned with Instagram so we can schedule the reels .

My ten minute video will not download. I have played in numerous times and it plays the whole way through. I have cleared the cache. I have signed out and back in. I have turned my computer off and back on. I have checked the internet. This is a joke. 1. I am losing money right now and 2. It is only a 10 minute video. Ridiculous.
