Hallo zusammen,kann mir bitte jemand helfen?Mein Sohn hat ein Video in Adobe Express bearbeitet, aber beim erneuten Öffnen war leider nicht mehr die aktuelle Version vorhanden. Es fehlen ganze Szenen, außerdem sind Töne und die Hintergrundmusik verschwunden.Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, die zuletzt bearbeitete bzw. aktuellste Version wiederherzustellen?Über Tipps oder Erfahrungen wäre ich sehr dankbar!Viele Grüße

I have recently been experiencing issues/bugs with abobe express, when I am removing parts of the image wi the the ai remove tool I'm most of the results work great but it's making the whole image really pixelated and a bit blurry while some results the image is normal.Also, when I try to discard edits the app freezes see screenshot, I then have to force quit the app.im using iPhone 16, I have tried deleting app and reinstalling it to no avail.  

Yesterday I had access to my Premium Adobe Express. Today, Adobe has reduced my to the Free version!  What the fudge!  Anyone else have this issue - I need my account access restored ASAP!

We are having an issue where the text in all our graphics in Adobe Express is stuck loading while in the web browser. This is happening on multiple laptops, but it is working on the mobile app. 

Hi there  This is the second time this has happened.I open Adobe Express to create content and suddenly my Brand are no longer there. Entirely empty. Kindly explain and also recover my world please.  Thank you. 

I have the September 2025 release of Adobe Express on an iPad (iOS 18.6.2)I need to change the font size of a string of text but only one digit of the font size is displayed.   This just appeared with the latest version. See attached image 

I have tried disabling pop ups, signing out and in, going through each file, etc. 

I hit the crop button and the grid comes up but not only am I not able to pull and move the grid in a free crop mode, the crop never applies, there is no done button or apply button or anything? Also, the premium version has no Magic Wand?? Seriously? Why drop such a fantastic and necessary tool, you have a zillion other capabilities now, why drop something so fundamental and helpful? And if you do get rid of it, why not give me some manualk capability with a lasso? I am incredibly unimpressed and will not be subscribing and definitely not recommending.

I have a video that I am trying to remove the background from, but I keep getting the error "Remove background is supported for video under 2 minutes. Please try again with a different media." but it's not 2 minutes long. I am on a desktop and have signed out and back in, and cleared cache, etc. Suggestions?

  I can't upload photos to the program; it crashes and gives an error. I want it fixed.

Any time i try to create a video over 1-2 minutes in Express, I get almost finished and then Express can't download the video.  Why the hell does Adobe encourage people to use Express for video when IT DOESN'T WORK.   This is ridiculous.  I've waited and waited and tried copying the file and deleting elements/scenes to see if there is something corruped and I can't find anything.  Adobe fix this you useless bums

Wind and Breeze loop have an issue when you use it on an image, it makes the image white randomly and nothing will fix it. Having to use other animations instead but really want to use the Wind or Breeze. Adobe ExpressDesktop on https://new.express.adobe.com/Add Wind or Breeze loop animation to any image Please fix this bug

Dear Adobe Support Team,I am experiencing a critical technical issue with your AI video generation feature that is preventing me from downloading my created content for an insta reel, while still consuming my AI credits. I am on win10, using chrome.  Initial Issue: I cannot download files created with the AI pic-to-video featureFile appears empty: When I check my home directory, the file appears but is completely empty - there is no videoPersistent problem: After deleting the empty file and recreating the video with AI, the exact same error occurs. I can see the generated videos properly before attempting to download. When I click  on download I receive an error message. Not able to place any elements or shapes or icons on my image. You can put a sticker but nothing else.

Hi, While downloading a file as image with tamil font in adobe express, it is getting downloaded successfully with same tamil font. But while downloading same file as PDF, the tamil font is getting collapsed as shown in the attached files. Please look into this bug and rectify on priority.  Image file - it is perfect  Screenshot of PDF file - it is not correct, the font is collapsed. Please compare the fonts in two images. I have tried different browsers and also cleaned the browsing dta history, but still can't open my file. 

Why did the ability to change the fill (and outline) of multiple selected shapes at once go away? It now just gives me the ability to change the outline of multiple selected shapes, but not the fill color. Why? This is such a time saver and seems bizarre that it went away.

When I try to export as a digital or print PDF, the image in my design disappears. When exporting as a png it's fine, but I really need it as a PDF.

I've used this program as part of my Adobe Suite for over a year now but suddently it won't work (even though i have 1000 credits)Is anyone else having this issue? I've tried in 2 seperate browsers.

I'm trying to upload a 1.5MB file on Adobe Express from my laptop and anytime I tried it says : "Error : image exceeded 65MB or 80MB ... " I don't understand why it says that when the image is smaller than that.Can someone help me?

Hallo liebe Community,ich habe ein Video von 20 auf 6 Minuten gekürzt und geschnitten, leider bekomme ich nun permanent (egal in welchem Browser und auch auf dem Smartphone) den Fehler "Wir arbeiten an deiner Datei. Du kannst sie bald herunterladen.". Ich habe außerdem mehrmals die App geschlossen und den Cache gelöscht. Was kann ich noch tun?
