I made a link, emailed it out to my hundreds of followers, and then it was broken. I made a copy of the webpage, tested multiple times. emailed it out again, and it was broken again. What is going on?!?! Adobe Express, not working in any browser, I tried in FF, Chrome, and Edge. It was working, and then stopped.

Can't currently select individual pages from a project and download them as a "PDF Standard (Best for documents) ." 🫤 For those encountering the same situation at the moment, I see 3 workarounds:Duplicate the project and delete all but the desired pages; then proceed to Download.After downling all pages as a PDF, open the PDF in Acrobat (or other) and delete unwanted pages.Change the selection to "PDF Print (Best for printing);" don't include crop marks or bleed.Upon testing, the file size & dimensions should stay right about the same as "PDF Standard" + web & email links will also remain intact.

This morning have been getting this error when trying to upload video for captioning. Tried many different formats, etc. I see many Adobe systems were down today, it says Express is Green, but this is still not working. See screen shot.

I have a colleague that I showed the Enhance Speech button to in Adobe Express and it sounded beautiful! Saw on playback, it looked a little wonky in the editor but thought oh well, I bet it will be fine when we download the file. nope, bad lip sync persisted and this was not a radical departure on the audio quality. Anyone come across this? Fix this?

J'ai activé l'option "Version d'essai" de 7 jours. Puis, au moment du renouvellement, je me suis rendu compte que mes fichiers personnels avaient disparus d'Adobe Express... I'm trying to use the caption video feature in Adobe Express, but my MP4 file won't upload. I’The file meets all the technical requirements listed in Adobe's documentation, but the upload still fails when I try to generate subtitles.Could you please help me resolve this or let me know if this is a known issue?

Good morning I am editing my photos of items I have for sale and when I upload them the little spinning circle could be there all day and all night it doesn't move that was yesterday. It is early morning today, Thursday 24 July and the circle is still spinning. This is happening on my tablet my iPhone IPC so it's not my devices. My Internet is fine. I see you have an outage on 17 July. Today is the 24th and it's still going please help

I've tried to insert all 3 types of progress charts (bar, donut, half-donut) and none of them load. The buffering/loading symbol just spins in perpetuity. The other charts work fine and I've tried clearing my cache. When I refresh the page, the progress chart disappears. 

I am trying to translate the attached document to Portuguese but it fails even if I try to translate only one page. Says that are words that vilote the terms of use. Two weeks ago the tool worked fine with similar documents. I am using the Adobe Express Online (Premium).

I created a flyer in Adobe Express and all my pictures look crisp on the desktop site but when I download it as jpeg or png the image is pixelated. It is a 600x400 image and my images are photos from lightroom. Not sure if that is causing the issue and I need to resize those images or what? Just not sure why it is crisp and looks great in the desktop app and crappy once downloaded. 

Theres an issue with downloading an image, it starts to download and stops at 90%

We had a Spark page created with the URL https://express.adobe.com/page/pTAdp4NYHZUNb/ which now shows a 404. We can still see references to the site in Way Back Machine but the last entry was late December 2024 which shows a 404.We chatted with Adobe Support who had us go to like 5 pages of project files, trash, etc. and the project did not show up in any of these areas. It's just gone like it didn't get converted to the new platform. It seems our other Spark creations did transfer with the exception that some videos are no longer editable.We don't have an old version of Spark on mobile devices (and you can no longer download the app) so we can't access there and there seems to be no way to get to it through Express.We created this website for a client and it's tied to renting a property which means they are likely losing money. It's really important we get this back online.Adobe Suppport never contacted us back. Anyone had this situation and resolved it? (Again, it is not showing in

Hello, I'd love to be able to reorder my images once uploaded, for the schedule function, doesn't seem to matter how I name them, the order they upload in seems random. I've tried letters, numbers, in front or at the end makes no difference?

Hi Community!I'm using Adobe Express to animate my art for Instagram reels in which one image fades into another and another, etc.. Whether I'm working on my MacBook (browser version) or iPad (app), I find the thumbnails so small it's hard to know what image I'm selecting to drop into the scene. Even when I use the browser's zoom capability to enlarge the page, the thumbnail sizes remain fixed, and I can't find any preferences or options that could potentially address this.Attached are screen shots from my iPad and Mac showing what I'm working on: a series of images I created, each a subtle variation within a series of artistic works I'm experimenting with. It would be so helpful be able to differentiate one from another without having to keep shuffling the deck. Even the ability to label the layers would be helpful! The workarounds are time-consuming and prone to user error.Thank you for any assistance with this. 

Every time I try to add any photo to my design a pop-up shows up that says "Something went wrong. We've encountered an unexpected problem. Try refreshing the page or return back to home." But nothing fixes the problem. I've tried logging out and back in, etc. Tried different images, etc. but the result is always the same.

Update to photoshop express on windows...What did you people DO?? It used to be so easy to just go into photoshop express and, say, remove a piece of dust from an image. Now, the AI tool is crap, leaving a giant black hole, the eraser doesn't work, it's all obscenely slow and crashes at the easiest task and you can't change even the background or theme to dark mode to actually see detail on darker photos!BRING BACK THE OLD INTERFACE and get rid of this rubbish!

Whenever I click one of the suggestions or type out a prompt to generate it just says "Something is wrong. Please retry or try again later"

My Adobe express app was updated to the new version and it is very frustrating that it no longer supports DNG files. I shoot in DNG on my iphone and see no reason why this file type should not be supported by Adobe express. I now have to convert my DNG files just to add them to a post. How is this an improvement? I would like to see DNG support in the next update. 

Your app, specifically Adobe Express, isn't importing all the files I send to it; instead, it skips them as duplicates—only they're not duplicates. And your app doesn't then tell me where to find them.  If your app does not import the files I request it to work with, how can I force your products to respect my specific wishes and actually import what I want them to?
