Hello! I am trying to connect the scheduler to my company's page, which requires me to log into my personal LinkedIn. When I connect my LinkedIn however, only my profile appears connected, and not the business page I manage (and have admin access for) Is there a way to resolve this? Thanks!

The last couple of days, I keep getting "404 Page not found" errors when I try to click into projects. Usually I try a few times...and circle back in a few minutes and it's resolved, but I'm getting frustrated and need instant access to my files. Any suggestions?

The use of landscape (horizontal) format of the Adobe Express app is not working on Samsung's flagship Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ (Android 13). This is really annoying for working on designs, videos etc. in horizontal view/format.Please fix this!

I love using Adobe Express but I noticed that the zoom level on pages always defaults back to about 44% whenever I switch pages. It would be great if there were an option to save or lock the zoom setting across all pages so I don’t have to keep resetting it manually.This would make detailed editing much smoother and improve workflow.

I was going through a Coursera course and should try to change colors on a design based on a template. I choosed the Game Night Flyer. As soon as I click the triangle with the dieces in the lower left it loses the photo becomes a square and jumps to the right edge instead. It happens every time. Tried to start a new file, but get the same result. Running Express in Safari 18.5 under Mac OS 15.5

Hi everyone, I’m Ajay Hinduja Geneva, Switzerland (Swiss) and I am not sure if this is a bug or something specific to my setup, but I’m unable to add colors to my palette in Adobe Express.Here’s what I’m doing:I go to the Color menu and open SwatchesUnder My Brand, I click Create a Color ThemeI hit the + to add a color, pick a color, then click SaveAfter that, the color menu just closes and nothing gets saved. I’ve tried both the browser and desktop app—same issue. Is anyone else running into this?Any help would be greatly appreciated! It seems with the latest update version 3.22.10.0 that the erase tool under markup is not removing any areas that are clicked on. It doesn't matter the sizing either. This is making editing quite frustrating. Any fixes? 

Did everything what is required, as described in the video:- Transformed my IG account to Business- Removed Adobe Express from FB- IG and FB are connected- Connection with IG through FB ---> fails What else, the connections still fails (everything's fine with linkedin and tiktok).

it cant dona single thing right even when the idea can't be made any more simple.  One of the worst I've ever used.

I have lots of simple projects (text on color backgrounds or photos) in Your Stuff that I return to, edit text on, and use for recurring events or releases. But now I can't make text edits. Did Adobe remove that feature from free memberships? This is an issue on both iOS and desktop. 

I have some PNG files that I wish to convert to SVG for subsequent editing. When I use Adobe Express, however, the resulting SVG files are of poor quality. As shown in the attached example, there are considerable gaps between the color layers (see close-up of eye). Any idea how to improve the quality of the SVG files generated by Adobe Express? Or alternatively, anyone know of a much better PNG-to-SVG file conversion tool?  Thx. 

I am new to Adobe Express and for some reason every time I press on the schedule button on Adobe Express it directs me back to the home page I tried from Safari and Chrome and my phone but I get the same problem. does anyone know how to fix this?

Good MorningI have multiple .mp4 files in my creative cloud library, but when using the "Your Stuff" dialogue and drilling into my library, all the .mp4 files are "greyed out" and have a "This item is not supported in Adobe Express" tag when hovering over them. I have seen multiple posts on .mp4 and compatibility, so I tried different ways of creating/converting, even with Adobe Express (conversion from a .mov to .mp4) and still have the same issue. Now, the strange thing is the exact same file, uploaded from my PC, will import correctly ???? It just will not let me use it from the "My Stuff" dialogue and straight from my Creative Cloud. Which defeats the object of having this "easy" option in the first place. You can see the file "IMG_0800" as "not supported" in the photoThe following Picture is the exact same file in the downloads folder.The next image is the file dragged into Adobe Express, working 100% correctly 😒 Is anyone else having these issues? I am flagging it as a bug, but I'm not sure yet.Social media safe zones don't appear on my projectssee this screenshot.   However:When the feature was announced, the team created a sharable/remixable project so we can test it. This particular project shows the safe zones (next to the background colour). But the bleed and margins don't show.     I checked with the progressive app, on the web (Firefox and Edge), as well as on the Ipad and on my Android phone, and it's the same. In case it matters, I'm on a full CC subscription, in the UK (so not on the new subscriptions system yet)Is it a bug, or is it something to do with my account?Thanks!  

All of my projects have disappeared. If I search for the file name I can find them however the folder itself no longer appears to be working at all. I"ve cleared my cache, and checked on multiple browser, and all of my browsers are the current versions.   Can any help?  

I am starting a new project, and the images I select do not appear for me. This has been going on for a while. I am a premium customer. I should be able to access the images I want. 

Text, Charts and Grids, Add-Ons doesnt work. Just blank as per screenshot. Cleared cache tried in two different browsers Chrome and Edge still the same and has been like this for months now. Please help.

I am a K-12 teacher and I use Adobe Express with my intro-level students. My school has paid for access to the full Adobe suite for years. One of the things I teach my intro students is how to choose the correct font size for printed projects. I have typesetter rulers and example posters around the room, and have been doing this job for many years. I know what a size 80 font is supposed to look like versus a size 24 font. Ever since the new update, the font sizes in the new Adobe Express have just been really off. It's completely confused my students and frustrated me. It's not just my device/account; I know because it is happening on my student's devices/accounts as well. We are using the full web versions, not a mobile app. I'll include a couple photos below as examples: I set up this file in Adobe Express as 11" wide and 8.5" tall, using Abril Fatface size 50.  Based on my prior knowledge and experience, that does not look like a size 50 point size at all.
