While I can access my projects seamlessly on both my phone and laptop, I seem to encounter difficulties with my iPad. Since I've updated to the new update I've been having issues. I've attempted various troubleshooting steps, yet the problem persists. As my workflow heavily relies on the synchronization across devices, resolving this matter promptly is essential for the continuity of my projects. Could you please assist me in diagnosing and rectifying this syncing issue on my iPad? Any guidance or support you can provide would be greatly appreciated. I've had issues downloading a project due to licence issues, but I can't identify what I need to remove (no red exclamation). I've seen advice in a previous thread to duplicate the project and try to download again but that has not worked. Advice please?  

I have a 3 year old video I did on Spark and when I try to access I get error "File cannot be opened. This video format is no longer supported in Adobe Express but you can download it." When I try to download it says: "File will download in the background when ready." However, nothing then happens no matter how long I wait. 

Hi, I have a really weird bug on the Samsung Tab s10 Ultra tablet where adobe express fails to launch full screen, however if you use split screen its able to launch the app. if you use the sidebar to increase the multi screen to a larger size it goes back to a white screen and fails to launch.  Regards, 

I duplicated a file from a template I created as I wanted to create multiple short-form videos from it, however on the duplicated file the video isn't loading at all. I just have a perpetual loading spinner in the top right corner. I am editing my video on Adobe Express, and keep getting the issue like 'We've encountered an unexpected problem. Try refreshing the page or return back to home'.  I've tried everything such as restoring firewall to default, deleting caches or using different web browsers, but none of them worked.  Please help me.

Character animation only works on the phone, it stays on the white screen on the computer. The animation I created on my phone appears at the bottom of the screen, but it gives a refresh page error 10 seconds after opening. I bought a premium membership for this feature but it doesn't work

It's actually really annoying, as I am trying to push out some projects to post to social media. But if the app keeps crashing when I try to insert an audio file into a project I'm working on, then my creativity is going to go nowhere!I tried to screen record what I'm talking about, but that was unsuccessful, so you're going to have to believe me.

I haven't been able to use the animate character feature in Adobe express for a couple months now. It always comes back with a message that says can't contact server or something like it after waiting for it to generate the preview. I see no option to get support for this issue. Please help me find the solution as I am obsessed with with making animations with characters. I pay 30$ month for all apps and I want to continue using this feature as it's one of the main reasons for keeping my subscriptions

WE have a question,we have a video that lasts 30 minuts in our library, with a public link.And then we have a website created in adobe express.When adding the video, using the link, in the website, the video only lasts 5 minutes,why is that so? thanks for help

The system does not mark the files that need to be replaced.it gives no other choice but to start from scratch the whole work again!!Hesitant about paying the full subscription. 

Using an app , can't able to download or share the work, Download stuck at 0% Forever 

First of all, i dont understand why you had to completely redesign Adobe Express as it was just fine the way it was, the new version lacks many features, such as creating collages, even though i am making a collage in the new version of Adobe Express, its only because i was able to transfer it from the old version to this one, the thing that frustrates me the most is, that when i create a collage of for example 5 photos, in the old version, i could zoom in the collage while viewing it in full screen (after downloading) and not see a tremendous decrease in image quality, in this new version, when i download my collage and zoom in, its super pixelated and just awful, another thing is that i no longer can swap images in the collage by dragging one image over the other. and lastly, its much more complicated to zoom in an image and get the result you want, in the old version, there was that slider which you used to zoom in and it was super simple. Hi there,currently it is not possible to add drop-shadows to symbols and shapes in Adobe Express. One work-around I found was to add a duplicate layer, put it in the background, using duotone effect in black and add blur from corrections.However, here comes the problem:When I export the project as PDF, this "shadow" layer is going crazy. Sometimes the paramters change in terms of blur strength, sometimes the XY coordinates vary and sometimes the whole layer disappears alltogether in the exported documents. It seems like there is an error wthin exporting/compiling it into the PDF framework, because JPG and PNG export works fine.I have attached two pictures - one from a PNG export, the other failed on from a PDF screenshot. Hi,  My team is experiencing an issue with Adobe Express while trying to collaborate with a client on a shared folder and files. The folder or files endlessly load and don’t allow us to work on it. We’ve already cleared our caches and downloaded the web app, but the problem persists.Could you advise on what we can do to resolve this? Thanks!

Hey everyone, Didn't hope my first community post would be about a problem - was absolutely happy with Adobe Express until this point. Since recently, I'm facing an issue when trying to schedule reels to post on my social channels (Instagram and Facebook). It worked perfectly, but now it just remains at 'Scheduled' status, even though the time for post is overdue. This occured when trying to post Reels, didn't try to schedule normal posts in the meantime.I first thought this was a time-difference issue, because I've successfully used the software on my recent travels, with 7 hours time difference to my place of origin where I first started using the app. Trying to tweak the settings with time and location didn't help. I only discovered Scheduler not working once I returned home. Any ideas on how to fix this? Refreshing connections also didn't help, and 'Publish now' function worked flawlessly. Thanks!- Marko

I'm trying to find the best way to work with/import ps files with different versions. I thought artboards would be a good solution, as I also use them quite regularly. When I import a ps file with artboards and the file contains any layer that "has a transparent background" meaning any smartobject, forms, drawn brush strokes (except text) - those layers will have a white background the size of the artboard when imported. Which makes the file unworkable.  It doesn't matter if it's a lot of layers or just one layer. I tried using different versions of photoshop. Still the same result. There's also no difference if the ps file is an artboard from the beginning or later transformed to artboards. Which is really weird and bugging me the most, that a colleague can work with artboards and doesn't have the same issue. Comparing what and how we did work with the files showed no indication WHY this happens with my files. Does somebody else have this issue, or even b

Can't upload the font Inter as it says it is already uploaded but it is not.

I recently updated to the newest version of Adobe express on my iPad & now it only opens in landscape mode. It's easier for me to make what I need in portrait mode. How do I make it go back to portrait mode on my iPad???  This new update is confusing and is like using a new app. I notice features from the previous version are gone. I don't like it one bit. Any help appreciated 

When opening the adobe Express it takes about 10min before the website loads meanwhile it is white like on image below - it is really time-consuming when you want to work immediately on your projects
