Hello, I created a webpage back in November 2024, but it no longer shows up when I click on it. When I check my Adobe Express files, it does not show up under any of the tabs here either. My Premium subscription ended on 23 Jan 2025, but I'm not sure if it caused my webpage to no longer show. My school was the one that gave us the Adobe Creative Cloud, so would it be in their Cloud system instead? Good evening, I would like to choose fonts and activate it. But it does not work. Please see attaches video. I have an iphone 15 Pro, the latest update and Adobe Express is also the latest version. Could you please repair it? Or please tell me how to make it.Many thanks.Andrea

I keep getting this Adobe Express message when trying to download pngs & jpgs of designs I made:"Sorry, we were not able to license all Stock content. Some Stock assets can no longer be used.Please delete assets marked with the failed icon  and re-upload them or try a different asset.(Failed audio assets will have a grey bar.)"I have full premium access to the stock images included in Adobe Express and none of my images have the red icon  . It's frustrating that the money we spend for reliability on a huge company like Adobe could have these bugs that date back 3+ years with no concrete solution. Things I've tried to no avail:- Upload pages to google drive add-on- Disable pop-up blocker- Try downloading pages on different browsers (Chrome, Safari)- Delete/ Reset Cache and Cookies- Refresh page- Log out and log back in- Check that my subscription is still active (It's still active and up-to-date)Need help with this ASAP as I'm dealing with deadlines!Cheers

Hi Guys 🙂 I can see I am not the first to post this issue - but I can't find an answer, so I try again!! Hi - looking to link my scheduler to a second facebook/instagram account. Every time I go to link it just links my 'Primary Business' page. I want to link my 'Secondary Business' to it also so I can post and schedule differently. So now I can be connected to my 'Primary Business' page 3 times, but not my 'Secondary Business. Do I need to create two meta/facebook accounts and login to them separately? Feels like it's something that should work without having to do that. Jack

I had a video scheduled for yesterday to post to all of my social media connection. I scheduled in desktop, and rescheduled on my iPhone. The post still show scheduled on my calendar. Is there a bug?

I can't share my reel to my social channels. I just get this message, so I don't have the option to add a cover photo either. If I go ahead and try to publish it just sits in my content scheduler...going nowhere. I've tried clearing my cache, disconnecting and reconnecting to social channels, I've logged out of Adobe express and then back in again...I've tried different WiFi networks...I'm stuck! Any suggestions? Is this a bug?I'm running MacOS Sonoma, on Chrome.  

Copy paste text dosnt work... Help me..."Your media didn't import, please re-upload it." I get this message every time I try to import a photo. I've tried various photos and none will upload. It works on my desktop but not on my android; I need it on the go for work. Already updated phone and tried un/reinstalling.

I've got the download button (which it seems some people are missing). Click it and get the error message below. I've tried clearing cache and cookies and turning computer off and back on, all of which were suggested as solutions on other posts.  Can't share to google drive either. Express just won't export.  

Every time I use Adobe it is very slow, doesn't want to load and always has issues. It doesn't matter what type of browser I am using either. Photos from AE and from my files fail to load.  It is getting worse and worse. I am so frustrating I am going to search for another program to use and cancel my subscription to this one.   I get occassional isuses but the level of issues here is ridiculous and causes way more time to be spent on things that should take very minimal time in my day.

I cannot get my relatively short video to download from express. This is a 1:30 video with simple animatons, no transitions and only a few elements in each scene.Is there any way to force a download in express?? Or any way to get the file out of express into another program. Right now I'm completely stuck Kind of pathetic that adobe pushes users to express, and yet it can't handle a simple video.  If there are size limits there should be some type of warning when your file is getting too large. I've spent a ton of time on this video and have no way of exporting my work.I tried the incognito "work around" I found on this message board and still no luck. I get a non descript error code at 20% progress of downloading. I see many threads on this and no real solutions. I guess I have to restart in a different program.

Hi, ich kann seit gestern keine Dateien aus Adobe Express mehr downloaden, weil offenbar Lizenzen abgelaufen sind. Ich habe die Vollversion und sehe auch nicht, um welches Element es sich handelt. Ich habe sogar schon alle Bilder rausgelöscht, und es ging trotzdem nicht...

My project won't download. It says error and download failed, try again. I have tried everything. turned it off turned it on, tried a different browser, everything. can i send you the details and you try and upload it.

The translation tool has been amazing but recently I am getting more and more restritive word alerts and I have no idea what words are restricted or why? The other day I was doing a tutorial on how to install a curtains and it wouldn't translate. I'm OK to find another word but I need more information? Why certain words and what are they and why is it so deeply restrictive. I have normal every day conversations in my videos and yet more and more they can't be translated. It's all or nothting and that's not helpful. Even if I can get a sense of where the violation is I can edit around it. It's becoming more and more unsusable.

I designed a number of pages last week and just reopened the project. Much of my content has disappeared.

 I went to go open my adobe express app to use it on my mobile iPhone . It says it's not up to date and I need to download iOS 17.0 but my phone says it's up to date. I tried to delete and redownload app but not able to use it. My phone is 16.7 iOS and no available updates 

Hello,I’m experiencing an issue with Adobe Express related to custom fonts. I uploaded a font to my custom library from Adobe Fonts. The font in question is Climate Crisis Variable (https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/climate-crisis-variable).The problem is that when I open Adobe Express, I can see and select this font in the font menu, but when I try to apply it to my design, it doesn’t display correctly. In other words, the font doesn’t appear in the design as it should.Additionally, I also tried accessing the app through this link: Adobe Express Link, but the issue persists.What could be causing this problem? Is there anything I can do to fix it?Thank you for your assistance. 

I am highly frustrated because when I try to access my working documents, they do not upload.  I have tried the suggestions in troubleshooting.  My computer does not allow me to work in "incognito" mode.  I have cleared my cache.  However, since this is a paid service, and I have had many barriers in the last week, I am not happy. Can you help me solve this problem so that  I can access my documents in a timely fashion?

I have been creating a project, image based, as a PDF carousel for LinkedIn, upon downloading the PDF to schedule directly within LinkedIN, I realised that my project has disapeared, or more accurately, all the content went blank (and also went from square to vertical ), akin to when you start a project from scratch. After asking around, I was able to find my project in the version history, and found out that the last usable saved verion was when I downloaded the PDF. All subsequent version had reverted to a blank project   Screenshots below: I was working from the Windows progressive app, but the issue is showing in Firefox and Edge as well.
