Is the Crop and Shape tool gone? Just a week or so ago I was able to crop an image in a circle shape but this option is now gone and I don't know how we are supposed crop like this page says https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/image/crop/circleI am on Chrome on a Mac.

I've looked at my settings. My tablet is set on auto-rotate and all other apps (including this window) auto-rotate so that I can work in landscape orientation vs portrait. Only Adobe Express won't auto-rotate. There are no settings within the app either that I can see. Please provide a fix.

18 months on from the first post here where someone was complaining about Embedding being taken away after Spark... Are there really no plans to allow embedding of Express content except Web pages?Not even Presentations? It is a big missing feature compared to Canva, Powerpoint, Google Slides and all the other presentation tools. Hey team! I've noticed a frequent bug this week. Anytime I try to copy and paste an element to another scene in the timeline, it will paste it, and make the duration so small it doesn't look like it's on the timeline. You can't even select it to make the duration longer. It does that with text, icons, images etc. This seems to only happen on the desktop version.

Overexcited by @Andy Lambert's video announcing the Clip Maker Quick Action with his demo of using it with a long Teams call, I uploaded a video of a long Zoom call with Gallery view and some screensharing.I closed it and went away, and 25 minutes later it notified me that it had finished - which is impressive speed for transcoding & analysing and clipping up 77 minutes.But I gave it too much to do! It didn't do anything - I just have one asset called "Clip Maker Project 22 Feb 2025" with the full 77 minute clip. The notification said it had finished - and didn't report any bugs.I trimmed down a 5 minute clip and it chopped that up into 3 clips. I didn't close the window.The thing it does of reframing the video and layering the reframed faces in Vertical view, with the ability to reframe, reposition, crop and extend, is fantastic.But if there's a top end limit time for this (and it makes sense that there would be) then that would be good to know and show - and if it fails it s

I am new to Adobe. The 3D paint generative text effect is great, however the letter (a) looks illegible, almost like a small (B). Still enjoy creating new images on it though.

I am an Adobe Express Premium plan member. I am uploading high-quality images JPG images 1080 x 1080 pixels. They look great in the preview when I schedule my social media posts through Adobe Express. However, when the posts are published in Facebook the are automatically compressed to 526 x 526 and then stretched so they are blurry. I see this is a bug other users have reported, however I don't see that a solution has been offered. Do you have a fix for this?

I've been working on this for weeks. I republished this morning and now all of the anchor links seem to not be generating. Issue 32 - Digital Quality UpdateI had a table of contents that linked to the anchor links and used them several times. Now when I publish and view, the anchor links seem to have disappeared and I can't seem to get them back. Have tried removing the Heading formatting, publishing, and then re-adding the formatting and publishing again but still no luck. 

In Express, my "recents' haven't been updating to reflect new files that have been created. I see them in my creative cloud app, but they won't open or load in Express. I'm also unable to share links with my team at the moment so I have to download and send larger files. Assets are still hit or miss for loading. This bug is clearly a major one!Please fix these issues quickly, i'm in the middle of transitioning my team from Canva to Express and this is making me look horrible to my boss and wider organization.

Hey, had a question regarding a video I created 2 weeks ago on Adobe Express. I made a 40 second video that was working fine and I could go back in and edit, but now it's two weeks later and all of a sudden when I hit play on the video it will start buffering after playing for only 1 second. It buffers forever by the way, it never comes out of it. I need to get back in and make more edits though. Additional information: yes, I have tryied clearing my cache. Not sure if it's an issue with Adobe or what but I definitley need a solution. Any advice helpss!

I've been having consistent issues with my Brand Colors not loading in Express. They are available in Adobe Creative Cloud (mac desktop app). Additionally, there are some general inconsistencies with Express webapp vs. CC app. In CC I can upload assets and organize them into folders. When I go into Express, they are auto-sorted into Overview, Logos, Colors, Fonts, Templates, Assets or Other. Even if this is an intended limitations with Express (for some reason?) I'm guessing its only going to bug out the system/files overtime if Creative Cloud is permitting us to create new folders and move the assets into them. But in this particular case, these missing colors are in the default "Colors" group.

Why is it that every time I open an Adobe Product it keeps suggesting me features I dismissed before? Once I dismiss a pop-up or a feature announcement, I don't want to keep seeing it. Get rid of your pernicious advertising. Also, if I don't have social media attached to Adobe because of the way the social media sites rule that Adobe cannot publish to general audience accounts, I don't want to continue to see you suggesting that I schedule a damn post.  What is wrong with Adobe that they cannot honor settings and dismissals and have them stick? What is the point of cookies and settings when the company routinely ignores them when it suits them? This makes no sense for a professional product line.  This is the type of marketing and advertising that causes people to seriously dislike your products. Hello, I am having an issue with Adobe Express. Recently for some reason I can’t download a project. I was trying to edit pdf file (adding and removing pages and resizing pages). When I complete the editing, I’ve tried to download it to my computer and I got an error message saying that the download failed. When I try to download any of the files I've created I get an error that I am having a network connection issue. Everything else about my network connection on the adobe site and other sites works with no problem.  I have tried multiple internet connections with no change in the issue.  

Hi.I’m posting this because I believe I’ve found a bug in the QR Code Generator. After using it multiple times, I noticed that the generator automatically applies URL encoding to the values of parameters in a URL. This seems to be a general approach, likely intended to ensure that characters not allowed in URLs are properly encoded. However, there are cases where the parameter values are already URL-encoded before being passed into the QR Code Generator. This can happen when trying to pass a URL parameter to another destination. For example:https://qrtest.test/endpoint?params=p1%3Dabc%26p2%3Ddef When processed by the QR Code Generator, the parameter values are URL-encoded again, leading to the following URL in the generated QR code:https://qrtest.test/endpoint?params=p1%253Dabc%2526p2%253Ddef While I understand the reasoning behind encoding parameter values by default, this behavior causes issues when the input already contains URL-encoded values. is anybody else facing this issue where you open the express and pick a webpage to create, complete everything and realise its not saving progress real time. I tried opening seperate windows & redoing this twice but its hard labour to redo the whole process.
