Trying to access completed files and it will not let me!They are available on the desktop version but not on my iphone. Please help. This is super frustrating.
Hi folks!!I have few issues while working on this app. Firstly, there is no option in the homepage to make your assets or a library. If I open a project then only the upload option is visible or if I click the + option then only it shows me the upload media option, which is very confusing and hard to find. Secondly, If I go to the "Your stuff" option. It is not showing me any upload media option. After going to the library in "your stuff" there is an option to upload but in those options there is no audio option. I want to add audios to my library, which I am not able to do unless I open a project.
One of our staff members left the agency and when I downloaded her files as an Adobe zip file, I extracted them and they are mostly Adobe Express files. I, on the other hand, primarily used Photoshop and rarely if ever used Express. When I open our new Creative Suite console, I tried to reupload the files to Adobe Express but they are an "unsupported file type." Because they are not my original files, they are not in my "originals" folder - therefore they won't be converted automatically and saved in the "originals" folder. However, they are a work product that belongs to our agency - so I need to upload them and convert them. Looks like Adobe created a new platform where the original native files can't be converted. They make it seem "so simple" when in reality developed a new file type that is not retroactively compatible, unlike PSD files that can be opened by virtually any version of Photoshop. This doesn't sound very smart to me. If anyone knows a work around for this, please let
Bonjour, J'ai un gros problème de bug depuis quelques semaines avec Adobe Express. Il fige constamment et je suis obligée de redémarrer. De plus, quand je travaille sur des éléments, ils bougent en continu. Avez-vous une solution de dernier recours ?
any one know why my app would freeze up right when I go to open My stuff files . It tries says it's reloading and freezes . Iv deleted the app and re down loaded it . Anybody. ?
Im trying to post instagram stories. I have 6 of them and for some reason it tell me that i need maximum 10 image but i have 6.Here the message i also get: Also i have a message than only professionnal account can do it but my account is a professionnal one.im win10
Text effects are not working in Adobe Express. It says, "Something is wrong" and does not generate an image. I have tried very simple prompts and it does not work. I have used both Safari and Firefox browsers and neither work. It uses my credits and does not give me any images.
We are using X (Twitter) premium version, where we can post Long form of content.However, while we are scheduling the same from Adobe Express, it won't support the feature. I have to go to X seperatley and post the content again there.
When I created video editing project, I had uploaded 6videos but when I need these videos I ddnt find that videos anywhere in Adobe Express. There should be a place where user can find uploaded things and use them in multiple projects.
Hi there!I've been using Adobe Express for a few months now with little to no issues. However as of about 2 weeks ago, whenever I attempt to open Adobe Express it will simply load forever and never actually allow me access to the application. I've been seeing people say it might be their Firewall or Anti-Virus software, but I've found nothing indicating that either one if blocking access. Can anyone help? I have the developer logs from my browser indicating the error, but I don't have a single clue what they mean.
MacPro 2016 - OS 12.6.8. Safari Version 16.6 (17615.3.12.11.3, 17615)Scheduled some posts last week that went earlier today, but the posted video is not playing on any of the social platforms. Went back into Express just now and the video plays fine in Express main preview before attempting to post. But once I begin to post to social media, the video file just won't upload and I get the following message: "Sorry, something went wrong during the file upload. Please try again in a few minutes."I have tried again and again over the last 30 mins without success.I have tried to post a previously successfully posted video, and it has the same problem.Really dispappointed that Express seems to have these intermittent faults that seriously inhibit one's faith in posting to social media consistently and on time.
Why can't I use the content planner from my corporate account anymore?
Whatever work i have been doing in the free express account, i have lost it today? everytime i try to access the data from the history account, i get a message asking me to request access to the asset? however, there is no change in the account that i have been using. i have tried reqeusting access as well, but the screen does not move ahead. please help
Hello,I am using a corporate account through my workplace, and I previously could view all the premium assets and design features. However, now only the free items are displaying. Before, the premium assets were displayed with a little crown in the corner. Now when I open a folder (for example: Elements>Design Assets>Brushes>Color and Light) it says 23 results, but I can only see 8. I have attached a screenshot of what I am viewing. This is really frustrating, as I really do use a lot of the design elements.
I am having severe performance issues in creating and editing webpages. After typing about 10 words it starts to hang, it takes about 5 minutes to load a previously created page when you want to edit it. This appeared to start last Thursday and has been progesively getting worse. This morning I timed the point from when I finished a sentance to when the "share" button appeared again at 4 minutes. This is having sever impacts. Other people in my organisation are having the same issues. We have cleared cahes and cookies etc - and it has not improved anything. What is going on? The performance issues needs to be fixed urgently
Over the last two weeks the mobile version of Adobe Express doesn't properly function. When trying to open any of the files under "my Stuff" it goes on a never ending loop that displays some grafics (image attached) but the file doesnt load. I have tried relaunching the app, I removed the app and installed it back again but it makes no difference. It used to work flawlessly before the new version was launched some months ago, now it is worst than a clunker. Adobe you can do better!
I can't upload any photo due to size limit alert! And I can't find anything inFAQ mentioned about the size limit
Adobe Express is a good online web software. But needs bit of improvement in video editing area. Video editing features are not easily available. When we select scenes it should give an option to manually change the scene timings. 1 sec, 2 sec etc. Extract audio from the video is not available as well. Effects option is quite hard to find. Please make video editing functionality more convenient. Thank you

I have two problems. I have text in an arch. I then had it spin. It finishes at the wrong spot so the text is sideways. I could not get it to stop at top dead center by adjusting the time line. So I thought of rotating the arch to back up the start point. When I try to click on the rotation arrow I can't because it is behind white rectangle for delete & more.
Since today I cannot open any projects. I have tried changing systems like 3 different computers or the mobile app. Also on different internet networks and clearing the cache. This has to be a problem with my account I think. But why? It worked perfectly even today. This is a picture of the loading screen that I am stuck on forever...
The page hangs every time we try to access the libraries page (https://new.express.adobe.com/your-stuff/libraries) or to access libraries from within a project.
Why would certain assets disappear from Adobe Express? Even more to the point, why would I be allowed to work with a design for several hours, manipulating, duplicating and recoloring eighteen different instances of that asseet, only to be given an error message when I tried to download the artwork. Was just beginning to love Express. The clip art basically disappeared. Got thie error message: 1 asset failed to upload. Please delete the asset marked with the failed icon A and re-upload it or try a different asset. None of my assets had an error message. The layers all exist—they're just empty now. MacBook Air 2020, 14.6.1 (23G93). Working on Safari 17.6.
Péssima atualização Adobe Express. Está travando o aplicativo. Não recuperou meus arquivos na transição. Não tem mais os gifs que eu utilizava muito. O IA também não compensa o tanto que o app perdeu, gerou imagens feias e com defeitos. Eu utilizava para trabalhos pois era muito prático mas agora terei que utilizar outro aplicativo. Gostaria de poder reverter a atualização.
