There are 2 specific images (of 24) that the AI prompt is giving me an error about guidelines. I’m restoring an old album and the only common factor that I can mention about the said 2 images is that they are both group pictures

I ask for African wildlife and it gives me a lion with 2 heads or an elephant with 3 tusks…. stuff like this continues to happen

Firefly Video is taking my generation credits, but the video never gets created. It stays on "Generating..." for a long time without any error or result. This has happened multiple times with simple prompts and reference images. Please check this issue and restore the lost credits.

most of the messed up text is at the beginning of each line and as I click around in the text box it just gets worse and worse. Oddly, when you regenerate it it is like that non-visible text, letters, or spaces are still there, but if you start typing in that line it changes it to the new text.

Hello Adobe Support Team,I am experiencing persistent issues with Adobe Firefly that are significantly impacting my ability to use the platform.Whenever I attempt to create a new video, Firefly frequently becomes unresponsive or appears to hang indefinitely. The most common issue occurs during image uploads. In many cases, the upload process never completes, leaving me waiting for extended periods without any progress or error message.This issue is particularly problematic when using video generation workflows that require a start frame and end frame. Even when I am able to successfully upload the first image, uploading the second image often becomes impossible because the interface appears to freeze or stop responding.To help with troubleshooting, I am attaching a HAR file that captures the network activity during the issue.Some additional information:Internet connection: Stable high-speed broadband (consistently above 100 Mbps) Issue duration: Approximately one week Impact: I have be

The prompt was  anthropomorphize this house so that the lower roof  "smiles" causing the entire house to sort of stretch and bend to accomodate it.  Nothing should break off. The two top windows are eyes, and ONLY one winks. The wink is a window shade closing and then opening.  Nothing else moves.  The rest of the house bends and stretches to accomodate the curve of the roof.  Other items in the photo are unaffected. Camera is locked. 

wont generate.. takes credits..give me back my money

I want to create a video from an image, but I can't enter the request at all. I keep refreshing the page, and when I type the request text, either the create button doesn't work or I get a message saying something went wrong. I have enough credits to fulfill my request, but the system isn't working.

Whenever I try to create a video it says “Sorry, Try again.” This has happened for about an hour.

 Buenas tardes repetidas veces me encuentro con la imposibilidad de subir imágenes de referencia y la aplicación no responde, también en ocasiones no permite descargar las imágenes al ordenador, es como si los botones no funcionaran. Me ha ocurrido varias veces y no se repara al actualizar, cerrar y abrir el navegador o apagar y prender el equipo

Sometimes when I press generate images two images get generated it seems like the button for generating images doesn’t have proper code to know one image is already being prepared and right away it creates a second image without pressing the damn button. Happens many many times. It’s a damn bug that eats credits left and right.  A low quality platform with BILLION bugs.

Requesting a 12:1 aspect ratio resulted in a 3:2 image. I tried using 12x1, 12:1, 120x10, 1200x100 but I always received a useless 3:2.

 Same as the title. I got an email for the generative video beta approval but when i visited the site it was just a blank screen. I have checked and my connectivity is strong and other websites are functioning normally.  

When I use "prompt to edit clip" in Adobe Firefly, it automatically selects the Runway Aleph model and doesn't let me use Kling 3 Omni. I don't want to use Runway I want to use Kling 3 Omni instead.

Firefly completely ignored all six images that I uploaded and went off on a tangent instead. it was a complete waste of credits. 

Now, the image generation and image edit on the Firefly, they are not working...

I'm unable to generate any videos on the platform. For the past 2 days, every generation attempt fails with the message "Something went wrong. Please try again later."

Actuellement, je peux uniquement accéder à Firefly depuis Lightroom Desktop.Par ailleurs, je constate un second problème : lorsque je travaille dans Firefly Boards, mes projets ne sont pas enregistrés correctement. Après avoir fermé puis rouvert l'application, je ne retrouve plus le travail que j'avais réalisé.Pouvez-vous m'aider à résoudre ces deux problèmes ? Si vous avez besoin d'informations complémentaires (version de Creative Cloud, système d'exploitation, captures d'écran, etc.), je pourrai bien entendu vous les fournir.Je vous remercie par avance pour votre aide.Cordialement,

Egal ob ich von adobe.com oder von der CC aus firefly anwähle. Es kommt nur ein schwarzes Bild im Browser. Auf einem anderen Gerät läufts komischerweise und ich kann uneingeschränkt nutzen.

Я не можу змінити розмір зображення яке я додала. Ні розмір, ні формат не підлягає зміні. А тому зображення неможливо покращити бо розміри надто великі
