Compré 7.000 créditos y alcance a usar 4.400 y ya no pude seguir trabajando. Me volvió a solicitar comprar créditos lo que encuentro una injusticia y una sinverguenzura.

When looking at past generations in Files>generatation history. it attempts to load but never opens. Just says "Can't load generation history"

This has happened. No output but credits got deducted.  

hi. I hope you are all fine.My concern is, Adobe firefly image editing options are not working, When I try they say, Try Later.Like, Remove bg, Fill and Extend Option, etc, no option is helping me except (Prompt tab) , when I try, a text shows up, there’s a problem, try it later. Thanks

I keep getting error while generating images (Something went wrong, Can't load) and my generation credits go down with each try. Why I am charged when i dont have the generated image at the end?

Can't download my genrated images 

Hello,I attempted to generate videos in Adobe Firefly, but the generation failed due to a system error. No video was produced, yet my generation credits appear to have been consumed.Could you please review the failed generations and restore the credits if applicable?Thank you.

how to remove a project

I’ve been submitting a video to be upscaled, but when I click generate, nothing happens. Then 80 of my credits have been consumed, and then I cannot click "generate" button again.

I was doing generations and it started generating before I was done with the prompt. I canceled the generation in a second or so but I still lost the credits. I’d like my credits back.

My generation history is not loading up also generation portal is not functioning, everytime I enter even simple prompts it says sorry it cant be generated. Help me out….

I keep losing credits in generating videos when the AI crashes and I get no video. That doesn't seem very fair. 

3 x in Veo 3.1 I have had no results from simple prompts and credits have been deducted AND NOT AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED . I have lost 1200 credits this way. Take care people 

adobe firefly all video generation ai tools are not working they just showing “somthing went wrong” any time.

when you click the generation history, all the videos appear, but only a limited amount of images appear.  you can reverse the order and see them, but it still won't show all the images. it gets stuck.

It displays the thumbnail after I enter the prompt then just before I click download the page just bombs out and takes the credit off me. This is happening continually - MAC OS Tahoe. 

I am trying to upscale my images, I will start the process and Adobe will deduct credits but the image never generates or appears in my generation history.

I don't understand how this is happening.It's been 2 days and it's still like this, now I have to go back to the web to upscale. It's really sad, paying for Photoshop and firefly to get a bunch of bugs. fix it!!

Suddenly, this afternoon, I was receiving pop up messages stating that images could not be saved and should be downloaded. I have downloaded and saved ‘Favourites’ to folders on my computer. Access to all other generated images is unavailable.

The download function isn't working—I can't download images directly. I have to go to my history log to find and download past generations.
