Generating an AI image with GPT image 2 on low, medium and high quality gives the same 1k output. For example 1024px by 1024px. This is a huge bug and I can't believe it's still live in the app. This is quite a big credits price difference for the same output and is completely disingenuous. 

i cant buy credits adobe firefly, its says unexpected error

I am trying to create a new moodboard.  When I add images from my device, they appear with a Cross in the corner.  I cannot fix them to the moodboard, they move with my cursor.  If I click the cursor, they disappear.  I have tried fit view to image but they are not there.

My firefly is not generating anything yet am on unlimited Images and videos and i have credits but it keeps on telling me failed

I can't create a moving video for the image, here's the prompt: The water surface on the road and the rain move naturally. The camera position remains fixed. I've tried most of the low-credit ai gen videos.

Upload a logo or word on png and the generation is nothing like it or it changes the word.

Hi, I've been trying to create a video for the last hour, and I'm getting this message: Can't load We can't display the generated video. You can edit and try again. It was working earlier today. Not sure why is not working anymore.

When using Adobe Firefly's video translation feature to generate dubbed multilingual audio, the generated TTS (text-to-speech) audio overlaps with the next cue audio and is also sped up unnaturally to fit within the original segment duration. This makes the output unsuitable for any professional or production use

image generator is stuck in a thinking mode to generate an image that shows in files generated but once back into generator for another image to generate it wont allow me as it is stuck in a thinking mode and wont do anything else!

Trying to send negative feedback but I cannot submit

Image to Video generations are failing with “Something went wrong, please try again later” error. Image resolution, file format (PNG and JPEG), file content, and meta data are all different on each test attempted. Tested with Google Veo and with Kling but same result occursIssue occurs on Chrome browser, and Firefox browser. Cleared caches, logout login, ran in Private/Incognito all gives the same resultsNot sure what’s going on, would like some assitance from support, perhaps servers are overloaded? Should have reports for users if that’s the case

There's normally sound included with these video generations, which couldn't usually take 400 credits or more, I've lost over 800 credits on two videos where there was no audio as expected just wanted to report it it's been out that I've been having problems with and I'm not sure if I should continue using it, tbh. 

Generating video with Firefly, I only get the "something went wrong" error. I've tried multiple times on three different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safar), cleared my cache, updated to the latest version. Nothing works. I've tried about 20 times and only get the error.

Comprei um pacote de créditos e coloquei para gerar vídeos. Só que cada vez que ele vai gerar, ele apresenta problemas. Ele não gera o vídeo e come o crédito. Eu gastei quase todos os créditos que eu tinha achando que ele voltava para a conta e, na verdade, não, foi todos tirada da conta, só que eu não consigo gerar nenhum vídeo e estou tendo problemas com isso. Fiz um ou outro ali que deu certo do pacote de 7 mil créditos, mas boa parte foi toda perdida com erro do aplicativo.

Adobe Firefly is completely unusable for me. None of the image or video generation features work, and I also can't edit anything. All the buttons are disabled or completely unclickable. I can't click Generate, Edit, Create, or any other action—nothing responds at all. I've tried refreshing the page, logging in again, and using different browsers, but the problem persists. Please check if there's an issue with my account or if this is a service problem.

Just recently I have found that the “Submit” button stays greyed out when trying to submit feedback in Firefly. Been happening for more than a few days and this really needs to be corrected.

I have been trying to generate images for the past 4-5 days, but I consistently receive a "Something went wrong. Please try again later." error message every time I hit generate.As a professional graphic designer, I rely heavily on your tool for creating YouTube thumbnails and other digital promotional assets, so this ongoing issue is significantly disrupting my daily workflow. Here are the details of the issue: Error Message: "Something went wrong. Please try again later." Duration: Last 4 to 5 days. Action: Happens every time I try to generate an image using text prompts. I have attached a screenshot of the error for your reference. Could you please investigate my account or let me know if there is a bug on your end?Looking forward to a quick resolution. 

시댄스나 클링 등 각각의 모델들이 영상을 생성할때 몇크래딧 소모되는지 알수 있어야, 내가 어느플랜을 결제할지 말지를 생각하고 결정할수 있는데, 그것에 대해 알수있는 정보가 전혀 없어요. 이것을 무료버전에서 트라이얼할때, 생성하기 전에, 몇크래딧이 소모되는지 생성버튼 옆에 표기해 주어야 합니다.

As I've been using for the last week, I'm on the Farfly Pro Plus plan, where they claim unlimited video generation on certain models but half the time they are not working on them. The Kling 2.5 Turbo is not working at all: not even one single generation. Half the time the website is on, it says, "Something went wrong. Please try again," and it is not working. Very irritating and frustrating.
