I created two images and my 4000 credits are used up. and it wont let me use the firefly models. What the hell?

 Hey i used kling 3.0 on 03 July for generating a 10s video that used 250 credits of mine… but its been 5 hours and its still generating, i am not closing it as this will have be loose both credits and the video. I do not have enough credits to generate it again… please restore my credits back so that i can generate my video. I have checked my generation history the generated video isnt there. [PII removed by mod]

There is no option for seedance model 

Da stamattina Firefly non mi permette di inserire PROMPT per video e immagine di riferimento. Soltanto cambiare risoluzione. modello etc. Non sono riuscite a realizzare i crediti rimanenti per colpa del problema e ora li perdo

Stuck on firefly.adobe.com/generate/image. Will not show previous images either. 

I cannot create any video for last 72 hours! I keep getting cannot load error. I've tried everything. I think I want to cancel and demand refund!screenshot of error

 I recently trained a character model. For some reason, I received an email stating that the custom model was ready, but when I opened the link, it prompted me to train it again—yet claimed I didn't have enough storage. The credits were used up, even though I have at least 10 GB of space in Creative Cloud.

Eventhough I have enough credits on my PRO PLUS plan, Seedance 2.0 does not generate video, having below response:tried in different times, morning, noon, night- always same.Can you please suggest something? Let me know if this is a recent and common issue. 

I’m creating a brand kit using Firefly AI Assistant and when the brand kit is added to Adobe Express, there are some “unsupported” files added. These look like they are the brand guidelines, but no celar way to be able to read them or link back to where they are stored. I’ve included a screenshot of this for referance.  

My Firefly link is not working.Till yesterday night it was working fine. Suddenly it has happened,not loading generate image section only! 

The page is working now, but the "Open in Photoshop Web" button isn't working, and Photoshop Web won't open. What's causing these problems, and will they happen frequently? If they do, I'll have to cancel my subscription.

I asked to Remove the "trinkgut" logo from the background, once it did but changed all faces from people on picture, other time it generated random picture...wtf?!

SeeDance gives an error msg when uploading a Ref image.

Have tried logging out, clearing cache, turning off VPNsConstantly get the same error that it’s run into a problem, please try later.Prompt is nothing contentious that might flag up a warning, it just won’t process anything.

whats adobe email id for help 

Normally, when I use Adobe Firefly Nano Banana 2 or other 4K image models, it costs me 60 credits. However, when I request 4K image generation through the Adobe Firefly Assistant, it doesn't use any credits.

Using stage endpoint of firefly studio and its already showing many bugs. In one sentence its a pain to use this UI, click heavy, unintuitive > project setup is problematic.  Everytime i open https://firefly-stage.corp.adobe.com/studio it tells me to create a new project.> Adding images to project is problematic -- they don’t accept 4096x4096 resolution images> Once added images cant be moved with simple drag and drop to sub folders -- feels like 90s UI not 2026. You have to click on each image - select Move - then select and select and select …. folders and subfolders to move just one asset.> Asked to me create a new project while i was uploading images for Maggie reference. I thought these are going to be in created project folder but NO. Uploaded assets for element Maggie didn’t end up here.> And now can’t access uploaded assets. they went missing now after refresh.   

I have requested an image twice now, and each time it took 60 credits, but I get a message that says "Sorry Something went wrong. Please try again later." Can I get these credits back?
