Bonjour,Depuis 2 jours, il est impossible de " Modifier une image --> Augmenter la résolution " à l'aide de "Firefly Upscaler" .J'obtiens comme résultat un écran blanc ou une image bizarre...Pouvez vous me dire ce qu'il en est ?Merci d'avance.Bien cordialement.Michel BOUTETVoir en PJ un exemple.Résultat de l’augmentation de la résolution. 

I was so excited about the new beta version and its smart features (finally...). I tried working on creating elements and generating lookbook images the same way I've been doing regularly for the past few months, but nothing works. Every action returns an error message with no further explanation. Sad )-:

Essentially this tool allows the user to submit a VO they have recorded. Then the AI takes it and keeps the cadence and emotion from the reading and applies an AI voice of there choosing.  The generated AI voice keeps all of the aforementioned qualities of the original VO.

From the Firefly Generation History screen, I click the video’s Open menu option. Rather then open the generation window with the video and its prompt, I get an empty prompt and the message “Can not load from generation history”, It seems to happen for every history item I try I’ve tried it on Edge and Firefox and neither work. It seemed to work OK a few hours ago.

Gaurankshi Have my char in kling ommi 3.0 as element but in new layout its not showing. Plz update it

Ich habe drei Fotos und ein Video erstellen lassen. Die verbrauchten credits wurden eindeutig zu meinen Ungunsten falsch abgerechnet. 

I’m currently unable to upload photos to Firefly for editing, despite the service working for only about a week and a half. Considering the cost, this disruption is unacceptable. Please address this issue promptly or provide a full refund.

It looks like you solved this 4 months ago, but I’m re-opening the issue because it stands today.

My Kling 3.0 video generation charged 375 credits, but did not animate at all. The intention was for the last frame to look the same as the first frame, but I specifically had plenty of animation detail requested in between. When I went to ‘thumbs down’ the still generation, it would not illuminate the “Submit” button. I tried every combination of checked boxes, filled out the text and cleared it, etc. and nothing allowed me to click the button that would report the feedback. Hopefully you can address that here! Also I have a screenshot of the bug attached.

 I experienced an issue with Adobe Firefly Video where credits were deducted, but the video did not generate at all.Firefly charged 400 credits for a text-to-video request, but instead of a video, it only displayed the error message:“Ei voi ladata – Generoitua videota ei voi näyttää.”(“Cannot load – The generated video cannot be displayed.”)No video file was produced, even though the credits were removed from my balance. This seems to match the known Firefly Video rendering bug where the backend fails but still consumes credits.Details of the issue:– Task: Firefly Video generation– Result: Missing video / “Cannot load” error– Credits lost: 400– Browser: (add your browser)– Time of the event: (add approximate time)I kindly request that the lost credits be restored to my account.Thank you. Just cant use Firefly second day in. a row. Every time its writing about some error. 

the screen is always blank and i am unable to see the images at all.

firefly takes my credits but generates nothing. The generation process freezes, doesn't create any images, and the credits disappear. This has been going on for a long time. For longer time i can't upload reference images either. What happened?

I uploaded an image to edit with a prompt.  entered the prompt, selected an available generator, clicked generate, and got nothing .. just an exclamation point in the lower boxes.  Tried again with different generator and it did same thing.

Olá, sou assinante do plano Premium e meu plano informa que tenho acesso ilimitado ao Ray.Porém, enquanto eu estava gerando vídeos utilizando o Ray 3.14, percebi que as gerações estavam consumindo meus créditos. Depois de algumas gerações, todos os créditos disponíveis na minha conta foram consumidos e agora, quando tento gerar novos vídeos, aparece uma mensagem informando que preciso obter mais créditos.Anexei uma imagem que demonstra exatamente a configuração que estou utilizando: Ray 3.14, Widescreen, 1080p, duração de 5 segundos. Na própria interface aparece claramente a informação de “acesso ilimitado” para essa geração.Portanto, não entendo por que essas gerações estão consumindo meus créditos, já que estou utilizando uma configuração que a própria plataforma identifica como incluída no meu acesso ilimitado.Além de ter ficado impossibilitado de continuar utilizando as gerações que deveriam ser ilimitadas, todos os créditos que eu possuía anteriormente também foram consumidos.Gost

no puedo acceder a elementos previamente generados. y despues de generar otro proyecto no me muestra nada pero toma mis creditos

Quand on lance la génération vidéo AI avec Kling3.0, les vidéos se lancent en chargement mais n’apparaissent pas après générations, mais consomment les crédits. Alors j’aimerais que ça se règle. Peut-être que c’est ce modèle AI qui bug, alors je demande le retour de mes crédits AI. Merci

not getting proper responses after generating images and video

Under video section, the edit video tab doesnt work. It loops back to main page.

une fois sur l’outil génération de vidéo, toute la page bug je ne peu accéder a rien, ni même charger une image.

I am trying to use Generate Music with another video, but it still showing my previous video and I cant delete it or start fresh

I asked for a correction. the man in the frame had three hands. I got the same frame again for 20 credits and then I asked to have a new frame with a new reference to correction the error, and it gave me the same frame again with a man with three hands
