Whenever I am upscaling my pic it's always show's error

I am unable to use Adobe Firefly properly. I cannot create animations, edit images, or use the visual editing features in any functional way. The tools either do not work or do not produce the requested results.I have tried multiple times, but I am still unable to use Firefly for animation and image editing. This is preventing me from using the service for my work.Please investigate this issue and let me know why these features are not working on my account and how I can resolve the problem.

My ai credits aren’t resetting

As you can see in the image the above prompt still existing in input area

I wanted a logo animation with text below. The text below was specifically stated in my prompt but the result came back with gobbly gook letter combinations, rendering the result useless.

Firefly is a joke compared to almost any other text to video generator. I uploaded images and it couldn’t follow basic instructions.

video not being generated, it is on processing for last 8 hours

Prompts are not working in the Create Video with a Single Image mode. Burn through all my credits with bad results. 

I have tried generating text to speech using Elevenlabs model. Speech was generated but when I try to click on the output, the page becomes unresponsive and throws an error. This is happening every time I try to click on the speech output. Kindly look into this.   

In boards using Kling 3.0, in the promptbox the wrong amount of credits is shown. it say 125cr butt the settings are setup for 375cr. then after video creation 375cr are gone.This is so annoying? I realy should not be dealing with this. the software is full of these bugs. everytime a new one pops up. frozen generation page (still looks like it is generating) wasting hours waiting.  

I wasted 800 credits because the program didn't even use the attached image. I want my credits back! :( 

upscale is not working right its turns it to a really grainy ai looking photo instead of thee typical; upscale it does. Also the expand feature is not working at all - which i can deal with out the upscale but the expand not working completely pauses me in my work and i cant move forward 

firefly 5 trying to geneate an image, worked great for three hours now constant failers  “something went wrong try again later”

I resigned myself to a terrible user experience on this platform months ago. Leaving aside that Firefly is by far the worst in its class for UX, performance, and features, it flat-out fails to respond to button clicks 80% of the time.Every time I turn on my PC and open Firefly, it works for a few minutes before every single button freezes, rendering the platform unusable. Generating images or adjusting settings becomes impossible. Page refreshes only fix it 4 times out of 10... and again, only for a few minutes. I’ve cleared caches, swapped browsers, and relogged multiple times. Nothing works.Considering the price, this platform is disgraceful. It wouldn't be worth it even if given away for free with 4,000 Creative Cloud credits. To top it off, the output quality is awful—while models like Nano Banana Pro perform exceptionally well on rival platforms, on Firefly it feels like a crippled version.

Hello! I’m experiencing a serious issue with my moodboards in Adobe Firefly. I’ve been working on one of them since yesterday, but it now appears completely empty, as if all the content has been deleted. Additionally, another moodboard has not updated and is missing my most recent changes.I’ve already refreshed the page and confirmed that I’m logged into the correct account and project, but the content is still unavailable. I’m very concerned because it seems I’ve lost everything I’ve worked on since yesterday.Could you please check whether there is a previous version, edit history, backup, or any way to restore the missing content? im a creative cloud admin. i try to edit image in firefly - Upload image goes well. i ask it to color grade and get "cant access. Ask your admin for access". Again, I AM the admin. I cant use it. Super frustrating.

it deducted my credits but didn't deliver the task. I ask to generate a audio dub that was not delivered, but my credits was deducted.

Often, when trying to generate a video, none of the buttons or input fields work. Even if the buttons work, I can't attach any single file as a reference. I've tried logging out and logging back in. I've uploaded all sorts of files, from screenshots to images cleaned up using data removal services, but the answer is always the same: invalid content credentials. On any models wich i choose. It continues 3 weeks, before everything works well, my brother have the same problem on his acount. Its only for video generations. The images generation works well.

I am trying to expand an image in ai image edt and it is not dragging to expand.

i can’t upload a photo to work on. I don’t even get an error. It just won’t let me upload.  Terrible user experience. i’m paying $9.99 for this? Fix or refund me

We paid for adobe firefly and subscribed to create AI videos. but everytime we run it, it shows an error. This seems deliberate and perhaps I would love to involve the ombudsman. PLease look into this immediately and solve it.  We are infact unable to post it on here
