I saw a notification in my profile section inside Adobe Firefly that said my Monthly generative credits would reset June 8th, but that never happened. Then I saw a notification that it would happen June 15th, and that never happened. Now I see my Monthly generative credits are supposed to reset June 28th. How can I get my Monthly reset of my generative credits?

When I'm using Adobe Firefly to generate an Image I don't have the  generation history button until I write and push the "Generate" Button. I'm using Adobe Fire fly with browser Firefox with Mac Os Sonoma.

This is what it does, so I have to reload every time and find the results of the generated images in the history panel. It's been 2 days and it was working great so far.

 For several days now, the aplication is not working, it is always saying not able to make the content

The keyframe image does not violate the guidelines.It is an image of a 55 year old man swiming in a lagoon. You need to provide a button to flag this error as incorrect to teach your model better.

Everytime I try to use Firefly it says:'Something went wrongThis image produced an error. Please try again.' It's not the written prompt, I used the same one last week and it worked fine. Have restarted my mac and also the software link but it keeps saying the same issue? I'm using a corporate account so we should be okay this side.

I uploaded a short video to translate but instead of translating when I click "generate" it it goes back to the uploading screen?Any ideas?

j'ai demandé à Firefly une selle de cheval sur le dos de divers animaux, il ne m'a proposé qu'une tumeur sur le dos des animaux ou une variante de l'image existante sans nouveauté pendant dix tests puis a finalement généré une selle. Je ne comprends pas ce qui l'a fait changé ni pourquoi j'ai dépensé autant de crédits inutilement.

Nothing will generate when using a reference image, and it usually takes several minutes of loading before the "Something went wrong" pops up. Also can't see generated image history. When I try with the pro model, it gives the same error and eats my credits. About an hour or two into messing with Firefly, it started happening with more and more frequency, and before long it got to this point. Cuando se intenta expandir una imagen con la opción de relleno generativo, el contenido se genera en tonos más claros por lo que siempre se puede ver la imagen original diferenciada del nuevo contenido.

"Download All" Feature in Adobe Firefly Text to Image  continues to fail by only downloading one or two images in a set of four. The screen shots included show only two of the four images downloaded.

Non rispetta assolutamente neanche un minimo il promt, viene con qualsiasi immagine.

Bonjour lors de la précédente  connexion j'ai fait générer 10 images a partir de prompts mais ils n'ont pas été téléchargés sur mon téléphone quand j'ai clique tout a été perdu. Comment fait on pour garder ses créations générées par Firefly?Mes salutations. 

Ik kan geen tekst naar afbeelding maken. Ik zie wel de galerij. Als ik op een bestand in de galerij druk, krijg ik een leeg wit scherm. 

I have grown concerned of the images and videos that have been created with firefly. I have uploaded credits 4 times and paying 9.99 each and I believe they are just takig my money for the credits. The images are poor in quality and the prompts that I am entering are not the ones that are being generated. While I know you are improving the app, it would be nice to credit some of my tokens back for the images that I have given a thimgs down to. Thank you in advance

I've added the attached image and my prompt was - "This image was created by me in photoshop and shows a woman sitting practicing yoga by the sea. Please make the waves of the sea move naturally and gently against the rocks. Make it look like the woman doing yoga is breathing gently." I get the message "Can't loadWe can't process this prompt because the reference imagedoesn't meet our User Guidelines. You can upload anotherimage and try again." I can't  really figure out why it doesn't meet the guidance and it seems like the response from the bot could easily explain to the user (me) why it thinks it doesn't meet the guildlines - otherwise I could just spend hours trying to create things and have it say "try again" every time without explaining what needs to be changed.  

lo que pasas es que cada vez que quiero iniciar sesion en fireflay adobe para usar las herramientas de ia me actualiza la pagina pero me pide volver a iniciar sesion y asi se queda en bucle y no puedo hacer uso de las herramientas.

i can't get my vidoes to be generated!

Even though I'm signed in, most of the time It's not recognizing my 600 monthly credits and keeps trying to sell me a monthly membership, but every now and again, it works. Please help

Hi Am using Firefy with SONOMA 14.6.1 I tried to generate Video from Text My prompt : “camera panning 360 degrees in dark room full of dancing shadows” I was immediately debited 100 credits 13 hours later and I still have the page telling me that  video is still generating It is not normal that I should be debited 100 credits for something that has clearly not been generzted If my prtompts is too vague, then the process. should stop immediately, or a message should be sent that it is impossible Thank you for telling me how to recuperate my credits and what is wrong with my prompt Thanks in advance ██████████████████████ PII removed by moderator

1. firefly web2. ... web and windows11 pro643. Type in prompt: "an impressive dragon mantis, the toxodera beieri, is seen catching and eating a beautiful butterfly"  wait. get disappointed. 4. Decent video generation.  received: something less quality than most the local run free models.  and yeah. totally attached the video.  hmm. trying out video generation. First one, horrid failure.  Asked it to make a video of "an impressive dragon mantis, the toxodera beieri, is seen catching and eating a beautiful butterfly"   I got a basic ass green asian mantis, holding a butterfly barely, and doing NOTHING with it.  I mean, it's a nice image.. Too bad it doesn't do anything.. LOL. (not really, the camera moves a bit, and the mantid's antennae and head move barely.. but yeah.)  So, did i do it wrong? Is there better ideas for prompting? All i know, is that being i can only use my credits for standard, if the second generation goes this way

firefly image4をchromeで開こうとしたのですが、画面が暗いまま反応しません。また、運良く開けたとしても生成した画像がダウンロードできません。 現在コンプリートプランを契約中ですが、契約プランの問題なのでしょうか。それとも、通信環境などの問題でしょうか。
