On Sunday, July 5, my monthly credits had just renewed, and I had 4,000 credits available.I generated two Kling Omni videos without audio. The interface clearly showed that each video would cost 375 credits, so the expected total cost was 750 credits.However, after both videos were generated, my remaining balance was only 2,800 credits, meaning 1,200 credits had been deducted instead of 750.I contacted Adobe Support, but they were unable to resolve the issue. They suggested that I had edited the videos or referred me to the FAQ, but I did not edit the videos. I only generated two videos.Today, July 12, my balance was still 2,800 credits. I generated another Kling Omni video. Before generating it, the interface showed that the cost would be 250 credits.A few seconds after clicking Generate, I checked my account and my balance had dropped to 2,400 credits, meaning 400 credits were deducted instead of the advertised 250.This has now happened multiple times. I have ran this exact prompt in Kling on their interface and it works.Firefly lets me upload the images and tag them in the prompt. but as soon as I tag more than one image, the button goes grey.Maybe i am doing something wrong but I dont see any settings that would change it.You should also add the “Use as Start Frame” option to Onmi like Kling uses on their interface, but that is not the problem here.Thanks!--Matt

Partner models in Adobe Firefly are not working for me. The standard Firefly model works normally without any issues, but every time I select any partner model, the generation fails with the message:"An error occurred. Please try again later."This problem has been occurring consistently for the last 3–4 days.Here are some additional details: The issue affects all partner models, not just one specific model. The standard Adobe Firefly model generates images successfully. I have tried different prompts, including very simple ones. I have refreshed the page, cleared my browser cache, and tried different browsers, but the issue persists. My internet connection is stable. The error occurs every time I attempt to use a partner model. Could you please check if there is an issue with my account or if there is an ongoing problem with partner models? Any help would be appreciated

I tried to edit a render, like i have done many times before. Still using the same prompt that has worked just a few weeks back, but now i get error every time i try. I have a text to avatar that I'm trying to create and the Generate process keeps failing. I've tried twice now. And if that wasn't enough, in the process Adobe has forced me to use up all my A.I. credits and now I have ZERO. So I can't even do anything else until I hear back from Adobe.I created another text to avatar about a month ago and it went fine. Not sure why I can't do it now.PLEASE ADVISE.

Gostaria de relatar um problema que venho enfrentando com o Adobe Firefly na geração de vídeos.Utilizo a plataforma com bastante frequência e faço uso constante dos modelos Omni Flash e Aleph 2.0 para criar vídeos. No entanto, praticamente nunca consigo concluir uma geração utilizando esses modelos. Sempre que tento gerar um vídeo, o processo falha e aparece apenas a mensagem: "Ocorreu um erro".Esse problema acontece de forma recorrente, independentemente do prompt utilizado. Firefly Image 4 (May 20, 2025)Brave browser :  v1.78.102Mac OS: Sequoia 15.5Submitted a reference image of several characters for examples already in the desired style.Prompt: One young black boy walks alone across a lush meadow on a bright, sunny day. Result: SEVERAL characters, most of which are deformed. Not useable without opening PS and editing out so much of the image, it doesn't even made sense to download it. Creating from scratch would be faster and produce better results. (UH OH!) My opinion about Firefly 4 follows. My frustration is evident?  Does not follow prompts. Spits out other than requested, over and over and over. The need for negative prompts is excrutiatingly still present. PLEASE DON'T ADD THIS!! I didn't ask for it. Where is it coming from? Why is it still so random? Bonjour,Depuis 5 jours, l’app firefly m’indique à chaque tentative de génération d’image “un problème est survenu.” Ceci lorsque j’utilise tous les modèles hormis Firefly 3, 4 et 5 qui eux fonctionnent.J’ai ouvert l’inspecteur , onglet NETWORK, et lancé une erreur pour regarder le code (j’ai mis les screenshots en PJ).Je précise qu’au moment où la panne est intervenue, mon internet ne marchait plus. J’avais lancé mon VPN aux Etats Unis, ce qui a vraisemblablement occasionné une panne d’internet sur mon ordinateur, désormais résolue. J’ai désinstallé le VPN qui est aujourd’hui inactif. Je ne sais pas si cette panne pourrait expliquer le souci que je rencontre avec FIREFLY.  Merci pour votre aide   

Hello,Firefly Image 5 in the web app (firefly.adobe.com/generate/image) ignores the 2K resolution setting today.Environment: macOS, Google Chrome (latest), Japanese UI.Date: September 30, 2026 (JST).Steps to reproduce:1. Open firefly.adobe.com/generate/image in a new tab.2. Before the first generation, select Model: Firefly Image 5, Aspect ratio: Widescreen (16:9), Resolution: 2K. The panel shows 2K.3. Generate one image and download it with the download button on the image.Expected: 2688 x 1536 px (this worked for me on September 29, 2026).Actual: 1344 x 768 px (1K). The generation still costs 10 credits.I reproduced this twice today with the settings confirmed as 2K before generating (once in the tab I had been using, and once in a freshly opened tab), so 20 credits were spent on images that did not come out at the selected resolution.This looks like the same issue reported earlier this year:https://community.adobe.com/bug-reports-403/p-4k-or-2k-resolution-images-is-1k-while-download

I’m genuinely frustrated with the recent changes to Firefly.I’ve been using Firefly consistently to create content for my page, and up until August, I was able to get reliable results using the same general workflow and reference images. Since the recent updates, that workflow has basically become unusable.I’ve tried adjusting my prompts. I’ve tried simplifying them. I’ve tried being more descriptive. I’ve even followed the positive prompting recommendations suggested by contributors here. The result is still the same: Firefly seems to do whatever it wants with the reference images.At this point, I’m honestly not sure what the purpose of uploading reference images is if the generated image is going to completely change the character’s proportions, features, style, clothing construction, or overall appearance anyway. I can provide multiple clear references of the same established character and explicitly ask Firefly to preserve those characteristics, and somehow end up with a completely

its been 48 hours i am not able to upload more than one reference image while editing image in all models.tried different browsers. still the same issue happening

The details are simple. “Delete permanently” has stopped working. I’m still dealing with photo files, but it no longer removes any of them. Instead, the screen freezes up and I have not found an override. Please state the alternative way to remove old/unwanted files.

Generation says error every time

Using batch edit photos in Safari v26.5.2 (20624.2.5.18.7), the upload of even 3 photos never completes. In Chrome Version 153.0.8010.53 (Official Build) (arm64), 11 photos upload in seconds. 

why am I getting the message something went wrong try again later all the time

adobe is not taking the prompt which i am giving to convert the picture into video the animation propmt is not working , fix his please asap

Hello, Every time I try to generate any image using the text-to-image feature, the application immediately fails and displays a 'Something went wrong. Please try again later.' error message. This happens consistently regardless of the prompt or settings used. Please help me investigate and resolve this generation failure.
