I'm using Firefly boards and I have my final image but want to upscale it. The button for Topaz upscale is there and when I click on it I get a transparent box and nothing more.

Yesterday, I got an email stating "You now have access to the Firefly video editor (beta)". I click the link and get an error message that says. "No access. You do not have access to Firefly video editor (beta)"

La interfaz no funciona, no me deja escribir las instrucciones. Se ven solamente 2 letras: zd, que fue lo que a la desesperada escribí. Ya recargué la página varias veces y nada. 

All the images in my Firefly board have had their resolution reduced, making them unusable. I downloaded some images to check if it was just some kind of performance optimization, but the downloaded images remain low resolution. I'd like to know what might be happening.

On the drag and drop seccion to add a reference image for a project in spanish instead of saying "Arrastre y suelte el archivos" (correct way) it says "Arrastre y suele" (suele instead of suelte). An L for a T is misspelled. 

 

I did bye today (one 1 before)  adob firefly pack for 1 month, normely I can make 760 vdo.Now I have no credit and I can't make any vdo but I didn't use theme Pls 🙏 help soon as possible <top>  Casaclass1@gmail.com 

Right now there is no Audio Channel layout available.When i get a video file with just one mono Audio i need to duplicate it to get a stereo audio.

Recently i tried generating AI videos using firefly's Veo 3.1 Model and a prompt appeared telling me that you have unlimited points, and today i tried generated video using an image using the same model and it's telling me that i don't have sufficient points and you need to purchase.

Can someone tell me what is objctionable about this image? ALSO Here's a feature request: When an image soes not meet user guidelines, TELL US WHY.

I started a subscription to Firefly last night.  Supposedly, the 775 credits I purchased would allow up to 7 videos.  I created two and the credits were all gone.  Also, the second video didn't use the first frame image I had specified.  Bugs?  Expected behavior?

I am having problems creating videos with Firefly. I am trying to make videos starting from illustrations that I created in Photoshop, and it is not allowing me to use them. They have no resolution issues and do not infringe any law. How can this be resolved?

I've paid for firefly and it occasionally works for me and most times it won't work. How do I get my money back?

I bought Firefly, the big package with 50.000 kredits, but it has not been working or generating. so I canceled the subscription cause its too expensive for it not to work or generate anything. Im still supposed to be able to use the credits for a month but like I said it has not been working. almost everything Ive downloaded was from before I bought the subscription. I need for it to work or I need my money back...

I tried the Firefly and created a video. Now I want to try another one. But the previous project is blocking and there is no way to delete the existing content. I tried to create a new project from the start window and tried to upload four pictures. But the system only recognizes generated a suggestion based on one picture. Seams like there is a bug. It is also anoing the you get charge with 400 credits for a not completed delivery.

Whenever I try to generate something in Photoshop using Firefly promt it throws me the message "Something went wrong. Try again later." I tried using the web version of Firefly and it is working, not sure what is happening, it is just Phoshop that is not working as expected.

I NEED HELP.  I recently attended Adobe Max and was given the redemption code for 3 free months of Adobe Firefly.  I added it to my account that is provided to me through work but it did not request if I wanted to add it to my personal or business version of the account.  The subscription and credits were added to my personal account, not the business account. IT tried calling support and got nowhere.  I called support and they told me there is no way to transfer from the personal to business account on their end and that I would need to post here for a solution.  Could someone please provide me with a solution to this issue?  If there is no solution could adobe please give me another redemption code along with instructions on how to actually add it to my business account and not the personal.  It did NOT give me this option when I redeemed.  Please help.  I want to utilize the new skills I learned while at Adobe Max but it is

Globalement je suis plutôt déçu par Adobe Firely (Nano Banana) car les consignes formulées dans les prompts sont interprétées de manière fantaisiste. Les prompts rectificatifs aboutissent trop souvent à aucune modification de l'image. Il y a peu de d'homogénitité dans la génération d'images similaires.Je m'explique : je soumets à l'IA des croquis de façades de maison en lui demandant de générer les plans de façade façon "permis de construire". Chaque façade fait l'objet d'un prompt personnalisé en fonction de ce qui apparait sur la façade. Globalement chaque résultat est plus ou moins réussi mais sans unité entre les dessin proposés. Dans un cas les vitrages sont proposés en gris, dans le cas suivant en bleu, les fenêtres ont ou n'ont pas de "petits carreaux" (alors que la consigne est de ne pas en dessiner), l'apparence de la toiture de tuiles différe d'une façade à l'autre, alors que les prompts se succédent et que les différentes images "uploader" s'enchainent les unes aprés les aut
