Bug Reports

This has happened three times now, my partner was kicked out of a board when he already had access at one time and nobody kicked him out. See screen capture attached.

“Something went wrong - please try again later error”. Would like to be refunded all the credits that were taken due to this error.

So I am trying to generate a video using a frame with Veo 3.1 fast. But it’s giving me error again and again. What is wrong? I have plenty of the credits left.

I keep getting this error message while editing. please help…. I’m under deadline!

Whenever I upload one of my vertical images, its comes in rotated and cropped, showing only a small portion of the image.   Using Safari Version 15.4 (17613.1.17.1.13)on OS Version 12.3.1 (21E258)Importing an image that is 3024 × 4032

Hey guess what it’s me again!  Back on this platform because once again, Adobe Firefly is not functioning. Am I surprised?? NOPE!! I am begging you to please ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS SERVICE DOES NOT FUNCTION CONSISTENTLY ENOUGH TO MAKE PEOPLE PAY FOR IT.  AND TO PLEASE PUT AN ACCURATE STATUS BAR ABOUT WHETHER THE SERVERS ARE WORKING OR NOT - SO I DON’T JUST SIT HERE AND GENERATE AND GENERATE SUB PAR RESULTS FOR HOURS

When upscaling an image using Topaz Bloom, I get an error message about 90% of the time that “something went wrong, please try again later.” Also Adobe Boards seems prone to crashing as well.

I used Ray 3,  10 sec, 1080p video . This was the prompt. “A futuristic abstract cosmic background with a deep space star field and floating dust particles. Blue and warm gold glowing particles slowly drifting in zero gravity. Soft volumetric light rays and faint holographic orbital rings barely moving. Atmospheric depth haze and bokeh light specks. No characters, no cards, no text, no UI elements. Only the ambient background environment.Motion is extremely slow and subtle, like space dust drifting. Camera is completely locked off, no camera movement, no zoom, no parallax shift.Cinematic lighting, soft glow, high detail, photoreal volumetric atmosphere.10 seconds, seamless ambient loop feeling.”Nothing in my generation history  yet credits gone. refund please.[PII removed by Mod]

The system states "adobe generative ai features are not available in your account", though my account is an active subscription from an Enterprise. In fact, there is a constant advice stating “you don`t have access to Firefly”. Regarding the broader Adobe Creative Cloud, the generative IA features stand also unavailable in applications included in the account as Photoshop or Adobe Express, despite the indication of existences in generative credits.

Something went wrongPlease try again later.

Prompt triggers a language warning - received this reply generating from a G-rated image using the prompt "Apply Studio Lighting Pass to existing render"

Tried to use firefly to create a video and get an error that says "Something went wrong". I just upgraded my account and currently have plenty of credits left to generate the video.Edit

I have an image of people paddling Coracles across a river. The paddles used just have one blade, however even after telling Firefly not to use two bladed paddles in the prompt it goes and does it. I cannot use the video it produces. Your AI is just not working.

Adobe firefly is not using reference image , its just randomly generating scene

followed instructions, uploaded reference video, gave brief text description and application caused browser to hang for extended time eventually crashing taking credits and video.

back of right of image appears to slope and needs to be leveled. the program sucks! it does nothing. I want my all my credits refunded. 0/10 stars for the tools sucks!

I can't duplicate any text boxes or create any, when I do and type something in, it appears they just go into oblivian.

On Edit image after uploading and putting in text and hitting generate… the screen flashes back and forth between two pages then crashes saying “ page is either temporarily down or has permanently been moved. ‘. This has happened all day today.  I’ve cleared cache, restarted phone, and tried incognito mode.  All the same result.  On iphone 16e.
