Dear Firefly Support Team,I’m facing some issues while using Firefly to convert my fashion illustrations into real garment visuals. Please find the details below:The generated garment design does not accurately match the uploaded fashion illustration.Fabric texture and detailing are not rendered properly.The model’s pose or body type changes automatically instead of maintaining the original one.Colors, embroidery, and motif details differ from the original illustration.Firefly sometimes distorts the garment shape or proportions.The overall garment realism and fitting are inconsistent.The tool occasionally takes too long to process or fails to generate results.Kindly look into these issues and let me know if there are any recommended settings or steps to improve the output accuracy.Thank you for your support.

I submitted a prompt asking to create a monogram logo for my name and it returned a giant mess.  Create a monogram logo for {NAME HERE}. In a masculine, modern, professional style, colors should include RGB(134,206,188) or RGB(139,201,170) with accents being complamentary colors. Should be on a white background to be used as part of my letterhead. I got a bunch of garbled text that did not match my name, there was no monogram, it was a mess. It did not even use the colors that I clearly specified which are greens - it gave me royal blue.

Why do I see watermarks on my images when I have paid Firefly credits?

Me sale el mensaje: error al cargar la informacion del coste de la funcion. Ya van mas de 10 horas y no se resuelve el error. No me deja crear ningun video hasta que el error no haya sido resuelto.

Hey!    Quick question: Previously, it was always clear what aspect ratio Gemini 2.5 Nano Banana had as output:   When you selected two or more reference images, the last reference image defined the output aspect ratio (following the way Nano Banana works when reference images are uploaded to the model).   Since a few days, this behavior changed, and it now sometimes outputs the aspect ratio of the first reference image, and sometimes of the last one. Even with exactly the same prompts, and the same reference images. This feels really unpredictable.    Does someone know how to solve this? 

Hi Firefly,I realized that you do not understand and respect any prompts. Only images influence video generations. That is very sad.BTW, censorship and filters will ruin your business.Best,Goran

Experimented with the lowest resolution image to video to see what i caould do.  Found the best result was with the same image of fire (created in firefly text to image).  This appeared to make a loopable 5 second video of a fire that had transparent elements.  Without changing the prompt or the photos and only raising the resolution to the maximum 1080 it delivered a 5 second video with absolutly no motion.  None.  And charged 500 credits for the same photo I already produced in text to image for virtually nothing.For this failed "learning" excersise it cost a total of 1,100 credits.I'm willing, to a point, understand there is a prompt learning curve, but when I only change the resolution on something that worked 2 minutes before exactly as I hoped and then deliver nothing but a still photo for 500 credits. My only option seems to be, smile and hope that maybe next time it will work and not drain my credits dry and put a thumbs down and hope for the best in th

Firefly does not render the right text. I enter the exact sentence I need and I get a load of nonsense characters and typo's in the video that costs me 100 points.

Still no remix option once more than one image is selected, when will be fixed?

when generate with nano banana for the 2nd time, like adding/edit things from the first image, it always changed the tone, the color more saturate/ too vibrant and like sharpen too much..different from the first image generated. why is that? it's supposed to be the same image but it changed.

OK. DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM.They need to fix it. Firstly, the credits you will spend element at the bottom right said 0 credits would be spent but yet my replenished 4000 credits went down by over 2000. WIthout returing a result. Just an error and "try again"So, out the gate, I spent 2000 plus credits to generate a mistake and this "A, I, " system doesn't know the difference and without even returning a result. Just a negative number in my credits.How is this better than "seconds" which is what you get from other providers. The reason I bother to flame you guys is because your model is awful. I want my credits back or my money back.Which is possible?I have screen shots. 

Bonjour, je souhaite generer une video a partir d'une de mes photographies. j'ai pris le pac Firefly apres échange avec un conseiller en lui expliquant mes besoins.  Photographie de personne entièrement tatouées. pas d'enfants, pas de "nudes"... Mes photos semblent ne pas respecter les consignes d'utilisations...  Perte d'argent suite à un mauvais conseils ? 

El día de ayer dejo de funcionar el relleno generativo, ya usamos la app, el navegador, diferentes dispositivos y diferentes conecciones a internet y no se soluciona, mencionan uso ilimitado pero no permiten usarlo mucho? Usamos las mismas imágenes generadas ayer con los mismos prompts y sigue sin funcionar (último prompt "incienso")

Final images from Firefly Text to Image have a pixel count of 2688 x 1536 which is an aspect ration of 16:914 😞   

I wants my credits back ım trying to explain same thing like 15 times but its not do appreproitly. I want just hand and eyes closed but its do everything instead this. Please help me. İts not work 

Firefly's AI model cannot follow basic prompts and goes rouge every single time. Also seen within illustrator, photoshop, and everything else you do regaurding AI. Its supposed to be a tool and it just wastes time and money. I give an exact style refrence with the exact style I need. I give the exact image for composition refrence. I say no background, it does the exact opposite.  Do better, please, adobe, its not hard. 

The monkey is extremely  and permanently annoying! This kills work and creativity. Why?? How to get rid of it? I can not waste time and money that way.

He intentado generar una imagen y diez veces me ha dado erro pero me ha consumido los diez creditos de prueba. Por lo tanto no he podido probar que tal funciona la IA. Si pago y y las imagenes que dan error cuentan como creditos me parece que es una estafa. En la prueba 100% de error, si pago en el mejor de los casos ¿que voy a tener un 90% de error? Creo que es una estafa y deberiais solucionarlo y devolverme los creditos de prueba o nunca lo comprare porque no voy a comprar algo que no me funcione al 100% como es evidente.

llevo semanas tratando de doblar un video el audio, y siempre me marca el mismo error de siempre que la aplicacion no esta funcionando. Cargo el video, se sube a la plataforma pero al momento de seleccionar el lenguaje a traducir, la pagina me manda un error y no hace nada, tengo semanas y no he visto que lo arreglen y necesito trabajar con esa funcion IA
