Hello, I can't download Substance Painter to my device, Creative Cloud is telling me it "doesn't work on this device". The download button is replaced with a grey warning that reads "Not Compatible". I checked the hardware requirements page and all of my specs should be compatible with Substance Painter. Any ideas? System info:Intel i9-9900K 3.6 GHZNVidia 3060 ti32 GB RamTwo 2TB SSDs, one m.2 and one SATAWindows 10 home build 18362.1256
Neues Problem ohne Lösung. Seit neuestem bekomme ich in der Creative Cloud ein rotes Ausrufezeichen, was mich aber leider nicht weiterbringt. In Lightroom Classic zeigt das System bei der Sync an "syncronisiert" und grünes Symbol. Man kann aber keine neuen Bilder vom lokalen System in die Cloud schieben. Alle syncronisierten Ordner vermissen nun das Häkchen der Syncronisation. Dann hilft nut bei der Creative Cloud abmelden. Beim Mac den user ab- und wieder anmelden. Dann wieder neu bei der Creative Cloud anmelden und dann finktioniert das System wieder. Blöderweise tritt der Fehler aber immer wieder neu auf (beim Neustart des Macs).System: Apple Mac OS 14.0 SonomaCreative Cloud:

Hello, I just started using Creative Suite and tried to upload some files to the Cloud. After trying to upload anything I am receiving an error message "1 file(s) could not be uploaded. file type not supported." I have tried uploading PDF's, MP4's, JPG's and DOCS files, none of them work. I am able to sync these same files using the Sync feature.Steps that I have already tried:Disable Windows FirewallLog out and into the accountRestart desktopUpload directly from sync folderUpload on browser and desktop appThere isn't any information on the forums that seems to be addressing such an issue. On macOS 14 Sonoma (currently in beta), the Adobe Creative Cloud app causes a serious issue. Bug Description Once the Creatice Cloud app is launched, the following problem starts happening in ALL apps: If you trigger a Save dialog one way or another, the app's icon starts bouncing in the Dock and the app isn't the frontmost process anymore. That is, it doesn't respond to keyboard until you manually bring the app back into focus by either clicking the Save dialog, app window, or the app icon in the Dock.The same issue also happens when calling the Open dialog (in which case the icon doesn't bounce in some apps, but the app is still not responding to keyboard until you bring it back to front manually).The bug prevents users from performing regular operations related to saving/opening documents such as specifying the file name, or cancelling the dialog etc. (until you manually bring the app back to the front). I have been unable to open the creative cloud app no matter what I do all I get is a spinning loading wheel forever. All I want to do is log in so I can delete all the apps I dont use off my computer as they are taking up most of my disc storage. I just want help getting all this off my computer and it feels like I am being prevented from doing that, which also feels unfair and gross like someone or something is attached to me and wont let go no matter how many times I yell "NO STOP GET AWAY" it doesnt leave like please help me get this off my computer
My Creative Cloud app now opens as a white window (Windows 11 PC and the problem started for no apparent reason) - it seems frozen because even of I click on close it won't close. My Photoshop and other Creative Cloud apps work fine. Estou com um problema.Recentemente adquiri um SSD de 1TB e reinstalei todos para esse disco, porém, ao trabalhar em um projeto, recebi o aviso de que meu disco rígido estava cheio.Por algum motivo ele ainda está usando o disco rígido que utilizo apenas para o SO, com 128Gb. i get adobe creator cloud through my college, and it has all the apps on it, like photoshop. i wanted to ger photoshop on my home laptop, so i downloaded creator cloud, but it says i only have the free plan, with the web apps, and not any of the desktop apps. how can i fix this so i can accsess the apps that i actually own?

Yesterday, I notice Illustrator wasn't updating PSD files after I made changes to them. Looked in the links panel in Illustrator, and the option to refresh the link was greyed out. So, not auto updating, can't refresh, and my only option was to replace the link. (Which required selecting all instances, and clicking the image name and hitting enter repeatedly.)Today I checked to see if I had multiple versions of PS or ILL installed, and there was only the previous PS. Clicking on options for these two apps offers the option to "Open (Intel)". This laptop is Apple Silicon. Why do I have Intel versions installed? I thought these apps were already optimized for Apple Silicon?

Bonjour, j'ai fais l'acquition de Tout CC sous MacOS hier et il est impossible pour moi de telecharger les applications car :1 - elles n'apparaisssent pas dans la formule sur Creative Cloud de mon bureau mais sur la version Web oui. 2 - j'ai ce message d'erreur en boucle j'ai déja : supprimé l'application pour la réinstaller, Fermez "Creative Cloud Core Service" et "Adobe Content Synchronizer" en arrière-plan dans le Moniteur d’activité (macOS), Redemarré l'ordi bref, je n'arrive pas a resoudre les problemes heeeeeelp pleaaaase

The Creative Cloud app continues to show multiple app updates when an update is available for the Creative Cloud app. After updating the CC app, the other updates have disappeared. This happens practically every time.

Hello, I have purchased the Photo plan yesterday (Ps+Lr) and downloaded the Creative Cloud app for desktop (Win 10). I have been trying to get it to launch for almost 1 full day now, to no avail. It's getting really frustrating - I've paid for a plan and I can't access my content from day 1.I have tried every solution that I could find on the topic:-Windows is up to date-Repaired all the Microsoft Visual C++ that I have installed-Tried uninstalling with the official Adobe uninstaller and cleaner and reinstalling again-Tried quitting the app and restarting (numerous times)I am mega frustrated at this point. Eu consigo fazer meu login normalmente para entrar no site. Mas quando tento entrar em alguma página que me permita fazer o download de algum aplicativo, eu sou deslogado e a página fica atualizando sozinha.Como consigo resolver isso?
I installed Creative Cloud but it gets stuck at "initializing creative cloud" and then it crashes and says quit or reinstall. I have reinstalled it multiple times. I used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool but nothing works. The only way it works is that I run it as an administrator and even then when it works it says that I have limited access to apps or services. Does someone have a fix for this?
I've been working with Photoshop for 2 years. Recently, I had to reformat my computer, so I had to reinstall the program. Before proceeding, as a precaution, or perhaps ironically, I decided to check the program using the VirusTotal tool, which detected a potential issue. Now I'm unsure if it's a false positive or not. Does anyone have any information on this W32.AIDetectMalware?

Cannot even uninstall: it says it required for other Adobe apps which are all closed.
Olá, bom, como eu disse no título, meu Creative Cloud Desktop está sendo fechado logo após eu tento abrir, eu baixei os programas pela web, todos funcionam (Photoshop, Illustrator, AE, etc...) mas o CC Desktop não...eu já tentei usar o Adobe Cleaner milésimas vezes, apagar todas as pastas que tem a ver com a Adobe possíveis (até no regedit) tentei desligar o Firewall e Anti-Virus, tentei abrir com o computador no modo de segurança e nada de abrir, não sei o que pode estar acontecendo. Também já procurei o mesmo erro que está acontecendo comigo na internet em várias linguas diferentes e não achei nenhuma pessoa que está tendo o mesmo. (Windows 10, Todos os programas estão na última versão, esta é a primeira vez que eu tento baixar o CC Desktop, já usei versões não oficiais da Adobe por um tempo, isso pode ter algo relacionado)
