Glitch 1: tried to edit ‘describe your bug’, and it completely erased the information I put in already.Glitch 2: CC updates are so slow, they even seem to time-out and just sit there at the same percentage for days, or until I cancel them. When I cancel, they say cancelling, and stay stuck cancelling, sometimes indefinitely, even with restarting CC or my computer. I then can not try to update the app again, or update any other apps. I currently have 10 updates I can not do. I have tried all resources at Adobe, been told by Apple and online forums that many have this problem, and that CC affects iOS functionality. people pay a lot to use Adobe apps, Adobe needs to do better. Tahoe 26.5.2, MacBook Pro M2 2022, Adobe CC 6.9.1.1.3, no non-adobe app issues.

Erreur 403 lors de l'installation/mise à jour d'InDesign Beta sur macOS.Voici tout ce que j'ai déjà tenté, sans succès — l'erreur 403 persiste à chaque étape :Fermeture complète de Creative Cloud (Quitter + vérification Moniteur d'activité) et redémarrage du Mac Reconnexion complète au compte Adobe dans Creative Cloud Desktop Recherche manuelle des mises à jour depuis Applications → Autres actions → Rechercher les mises à jour (pas "Réessayer") Réinitialisation de Creative Cloud (raccourci Cmd+Option+R) Réparation officielle via le Creative Cloud Uninstaller (option "Réparer") Nettoyage ciblé avec le Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, en sélectionnant uniquement InDesign Beta (aucune autre application Adobe touchée) Désinstallation puis réinstallation complète et propre d'InDesign BetaRésultat : erreur 403 systématique à chaque tentative, y compris après une réinstallation neuve.Que faire ? merci de votre retour

Was trying out the "convert to vector" feature and uploaded a file to convert. The AI assistant gave me the location of where it saved the file. It wasn't there. After a few more prompts, I had it saved in a new folder in my CC files and it was there. But I then asked why the other file wasn't showing up in my CC files. The assistant responded that the file was saved in a temporary storage location that is not a user-accessible folder. Not sure if this exactly a bug but is misleading.   

I’ve also tried everything (re login, reinstalled,...) 

Acrobat 2d measuring tools 'snap to point' options not working. This has recently stopped working (Aug 2026). It's not just my version either, it's also stopped working for everyone else I have spoken to who uses this tool.

Almost every recent update to applications (specifically InDesign and Illustrator) cause the apps to crash or not open at all. I then need to reinstall an older version in order to use the application. It’s been happening for probably over a year now. 

On Windows 10, using the latest version of Adobe CC, the process “Node.js Javascript Runtime” uses 100% of a core, all the time.  This is a relatively new problem.  My computer’s fans are running non-stop as a result.The Node.js thing is located in: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud Experience\libs

Hi there,For months I have this issues with Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop. I'm running ACCD on an up to date WIN11PRO computer (DELL Alienware). Problems starts since ACCD stops silently launch at startup and run in the background, letting me work from any location (ISP). Since 1 or maybe almost 2 years ago, ACCD won't silently starts anymore, it always popup on computer's start and ask me if I want to connect to CC. Nowadays I could connect from work to CC but I could not connect anymore from home (both on wi-fi connections). Why I'm saying this? Because I could connect from home through the wire!!! I have try'd all Adobe's solutions, and YES, I do have internet connection!!! The wire is not a solution at home because of the house setting, it could be just a temporary solution. If I connect my computer wi-fi via my phone's hotspot or if I "delete/forget” my wi-fi connection it works (connect to CC) 2 times out of 10 cases. So, If anyone could help me solve this issue I'd much obliged.M

Operating System: Windows 11 Home v:25H2AI Version: Adobe Illustrator 2026 30.6 (desktop)I have an Illustrator Cloud Document that I created myself and have been working on across multiple computers using Adobe Creative Cloud. All artwork was created by me within Illustrator.The issue appears to affect objects copied from one specific cloud document into another.The affected objects are simple vector circles with gradient shading. Prior to the issue, they behaved normally. Additional Symptoms:The Appearance panel is completely blank when an affected object is selected. The object remains visible until it is transformed. After reflecting, the object becomes invisible, however its vector paths remain selectable and visible in Outline mode. The Layers panel continues to show the object. Using the Eyedropper Tool on an affected object consistently causes Illustrator to crash. Applying a normal Fill temporarily restores the object's appearance, however Undo returns it to the corrupted state

I redeemed an Adobe Photography plan code, but Creative Cloud still asks me to buy a plan. The subscription appears on my account with an expiration date, but I cannot access Photoshop or Lightroom.

The left sidebar of my CC app shows only Applications and Marketplace. Where have the links to Fonts and Stock gone?CC version 6.10.0.253 on Mac OS Tahoe 26.5.2  

There is no Beta Tab Option, many times CC uninstall and installed, sign out and sign in but still issue not solved 

Hi All, Has anyone else had the issue where Sora is  not showing up on the partner models to generate videos? Please could this be looked into and sorted, this is the only model i use  Thank you, 

It can take 20 seconds or more to move from image to image. Sometimes I have to switch between images to get edits to show. The remove tool, spins and spins. When it finally catches up only part of the selections shows. 

Not much to describe. Bridge updated, and now I can’t open it to use.

Good morning, everyone.A few months ago, I started running into this bug: whenever I hover my mouse over Creative Cloud, the colors become increasingly saturated, making it impossible to read anything.I’ve tried updating and reinstalling, but nothing seems to fix it. I suspect a program on my system is causing the conflict, but I don't know how to identify it or how to resolve the issue.Has anyone else encountered a similar error? Just to clarify, I’ve never used a crack for adobe or any other programms in this computer! Hace 3 dias estoy teniendo problemas que no abran los archivos PDF, el tecnico desinstalo ADOBE lo instalo , funciono, pero queda sin funcion la impresora, aparece que la leyenda falta de conexión. desintalo e instalo la impresora y funciona. pero deja de funcionar adobe . 크리에이티브 클라우드에서 계정을 로그아웃해야하는데, 앱 자동 업데이트 6개를 리스트를 중지시키니 로그아웃 버튼이 비활성화 되어있습니다. 앱 5개는 중지가 됐는데, 프리미어 하나만 중지가 안되고 대기중으로 뜨고 처리가 안되서 로그아웃이 안되는 거 같아요.크리에이티브 클라우드 언인스톨 눌러서 repair 해도 앱 닫혀있는데 실행중이라고 안되고, 아예 삭제도 안됩니다.

I’ve noticed this bug since Photoshop 27.7, and it seems to still be an issue in 27.8. I use the Save For Web & Devices option when exporting images all of the time for my job. I noticed in 27.7, we got a fancy new UI for that particular dialogue box, but it seems that it is bugged. After hitting the Save button in that dialogue, my system (Mac OS Sequoia 15.7.7) dialogue box opens to let me name my file and choose its location. However, in this system dialogue, I can no longer access the keyboard shortcuts for Copy or Paste (a huge productivity issue when it comes to naming files). It provides an audio cue, the little “pop” noise on Mac that typically results from an inaccessible action, and I’m stuck having to key in file names manually.I don’t know if the new Save For Web & Devices UI is the culprit, but I only notice the issue on Photoshop 27.7 and 27.8. 27.6 uses the old UI, and so I’ll have to continue using that until this issue is fixed.

I have used Photoshop RAW for years with my lens and it always detected it in the auto lens profile but now I have to go into the list of lenses and find the make of lens (Tamron) before it will find it and apply corrections.
