Hello everyone. I have a problem with a Transform preset I've created, that serves to animate a mask which leads to a transition. As you can see on the screenshot1, I have my Transform preset on the left with its mask keyframes, and the mask's form on the right. But now, if I close my project to open it again, you can see on the screenshot2 that all the keyframes disappeared, and so the mask doesn't work anymore. If somebody has an idea to fix that, I take with pleasure.

First: PC Specs: Windows 10 -64bitsRtx 4050 notebooki7-1250H32GB ddr4Second:I'm having Importer 39, importer 81, low-level, and also werfault.exe, idk why, my drivers are ok, I just can't export videos, I'm almost changing of platform because of it.I begin the project editing ok, but when i close it and reopen, or after some hours when i try to export, this is happening, can somebody help me?I've tried enable/disable, creating a new sequence and putting everthing there with ctr c/ctr v, and also downgrade my premiere for multiple versions, but NOTHING, NOTHING, 3 days with this issues without being able to work, i need help please!! Also tried to use media encoder, but then, it freezes.

To summarize, when exporting or sometimes just rendering the sequence I'm getting the blue screen with the follow message: Critical Process Died.Tried to update all the windows drivers (optional included) and nVidia driver as well.I noted that hardware acceleration is missing on the Premiere Menu tab. Im using a Ryzen 2700x32GB ram 4x6Gbnvme KINGSTON SA400S37480G for Windows and Adobe programs (I believe is this guy causing the errors)I say that because when I used a usual SSD for windows it did not occur the error. But I needed the space so I went for the nvme option. Also using the K-Lite Codec Pack 930 Full as usual it never did cause any issues. Anyone had similar issue? 

This issue was previously described in this post:Issues with positioning and using Rulers & Guides  However, as three years have passed since this post and the issue is still occuring, I feel compelled to share it again. Furthermore, the issue affects not only text, as described in the original post, but videos, photos, color mattes, and any other visual clip. Guide snapping is important for compositing text over backgrounds, arranging visuals in a frame, keyframe animations, and more. Moreover, as high resolution monitors (4K, 8K, etc.) become more common, display scaling and High DPI functionality is necessary for UI to be properly legible. It is important for snapping to function properly regardless of the UI scale. I have attached a copy of the Premiere Pro project shown in the screenshots. 1. SEARCH/FIND/BIN NOT WORKING!After the update to Premiere Pro CC 13.0.2 (on a Macbook Pro running OS 10.13.6) I started having issues with the project panel bin filter search not showing clips that I knew were in the project - I'd search for a word in the name of a clip and no clips would show up. I tried using the Cmd-F tool instead, and Premiere would either find nothing or stall out and rainbow wheel. Creating a search bin also failed to work properly - I'd create one to search for a word that was in the name or description of dozens of clips, and the search bin would remain empty. I tried multiple solutions discussed in this thread about CC 2018: Premiere Pro CC 2018 Doesn't seem to be able to search the Project Panel . I trashed preferences, deleted the media cache and database, uninstalled and reinstalled the software, and tried the lock project trick. I still saw the same behavior. With each and every update of Premiere Pro, I maintain the hope that my Project panel will stay on my left monitor, but no...I have to drag it over and resize it every time I open a project. Certainly a relatively small hassle, but after years of it, I have grown quite weary of having to do it. During the short time that I ventured into the land of Resolve, I was so impressed with not having to do this every single time I opened a project. Alas, Resolve was so lacking in functionality that I missed from Premiere, that it was a relatively short venture.And yes, I know how to 'Save Changes to this Workspace'.And yes, I have tried to disable 'Import Workspace from Projects'. As a matter of fact, just in case I was thinking in reverse on this setting, I've tried it both ways for several years to no avail.

  Hello, I'm a Korean Beta Community Manager for Premiere Pro. I want to share the issue over a year in Premiere Pro.   Premiere Pro gets extremely slow when you type Korean on Mac and Windows.This issue occurred on Windows from the 22 version and Mac from the 23 version. There is no problem when you type in English.    *Basic steps to reproduce the problem. 1. Launch Premiere Pro (Language setting: Korean keyboard set-2) 2. Import an existing project  3. Click 'Type Tool.' 4. I had over 100 templates in essential graphics, plus premiere presets.Yesterday I wanted to use one, but all the templates disappeared.Now my EG browse panel looks like this: I've searched online but I found no one having the same issue.I can't even reinstall the presets because if I try to do it it says they are already installed.Even if I choose to overwrite mogrt files, it doesn't fix the issue. 

Ok so I've been working with footage from a C200; shot this right after getting the camera. Didn't want to mess with canon RAW as I'd had the camera a day or two. Everything seemed to go ok but in viewing the footage in Premiere, every once in a while I get these glitches. They look like data corruption. But I checked the original clip in windows media player and there's no glitch. What's even weirder is that if I stop at the glitch in the time line, it's there for a second then goes away. But if I play the timeline back it's there, sometimes for 2 frames, sometimes for 3. If I export frame, it's not there, but if I export a clip of that part of the timeline it shows up. Windows 10 128 GB ram, GeForce RTX2070 Super. No issues with 4K footage before and drivers are all up to date.  Going to try running the original clip through Media Encoder and see if Premiere likes that clip any better but this is pretty frustrating. On my desktop (Mac Studio M1 Max), I opened Premiere to sync my settings I uploaded 2 days prior from my laptop (Macbook Pro M1 Max). in the newest update (v22) of premiere pro, when you shuttle right in the sequence at double speed, (or more) the playback won't stop, even when shuttle stop is pressed. Adobe premiere acts normally otherwise, (you can save and quit) but it will still keep playing at that speed. Even closing the sequence doesn't make it stop. You have to close out of the app and then re open the project.

I already tried clearing all media cache, unfortunately that didn't fix it.Exporting this project also leaves the transitions invisible, so its not just the project preview.At the end of this video I reapply the transition animation to show an example of what they're supposed to look like, that had been applied to every transition between images. After I saved and closed the project, this is what I had upon reopening the project again. I have previous, finished video projects that also used this transition effect, and I am able to reopen those projects with the transitions still in tact so this issue seems to be linked to this project save specifically. Upon experimenting, it appears the issue is related to the masking effect? If I create a second mask on top of the first one, the layer is visible again. It seems this is a bug relating to corrupted masking properties upon saving and reopening the project...But all masking properties are getting corrupted every time I save, cl

I can't use Workspaces right now as they don't seem to remember which monitor is being used for which window set in place for the workspace. I'll save a workspace with my main window and timeline on monitor 1 and when I reload the project the next day, the window has shifted to monitor 2 with the other windows on top of it. I also often get a blank window when loading a previously saved workspace. The saved workspace now seems completely useless and I have to start from scratch with creating my workspace. Workspaces are unusable for me right now.

for some reason in PR 2024 I can no longer drag multicam sequences to the timeline and have it display the timeline, the first example in the video is PR 2022 and the second one is PR 2024, I toggled the overight and insert sequence button but could not get PR 2024 to do what I wanted, leaving me to have to open the sequence in the timeline and copy it over manually. sort of a minor issue but puzzled me for a while figuring out why it wasn’t going into the sequence the way I wanted.

Premier pro 23.6.0.65. Windows 10.Premiere Pro Freezes When Alt TabbingIn the premiere, I edit several videos totaling 10 hours.In general, nothing freezes normally, even in fullhd it works in plyaback and everything seems to be cached in RAM + video card memory.But when I make premier pro an inactive window, for example, switch to the browser, I notice in the task manager that the RAM from 15 GB drops to 13 GB, I go back to premier pro and turn on playback in premier pro, wait 5 seconds and playback starts, everything is instant without lags I can rewind moments, watch complex effects and so on, there are no lags and I notice that the memory in the RAM again rises by 3 - 5 GB.The problem is not with my components. (and I have an rtx 3060 ti + nvme 2tb + 32gb ddr4), but the fact is that when I change the ACTIVE window from premier pro to another, optimization works and clears data from RAM for the program.By the way, I noticed that if I click on the play button in the playback and pres

So this problem has seemed to have ramped up over the past month or so and it's getting increasingly difficult to edit.  I've tons of searching, and there seem to be a lot of people having similar issues - but all have different possible causes.  I'm trying to edit interviews, and basically I can't work.  Some of the obvious questions I know I'll get:Was happening on the last version of 2018, and I'm now on 2019 - 13.0.3. Hi All, Please see the screenshot below for an example of what I am referencing. I am not sure what is going on, I opened PrP with plug-ins disabled as I thought that might have been the cause of the issue, but whenever i go to the "Export" tab above, it just has it selected but does not go to the export window for me to export. I have my sequence selected and with in/out so that is not the issue. Is this caused by an extension? or what can I do to figure out the root cause of this. 

When applying the transform effect and scaling I start getting lines across my entire project that do not seem to go away even after rendering any fixes? I attached a video below. 

I can neither bulk delete filter words and pauses in the source footage, nor can I merge or split text-segments in a sequence. The only workaround for me so far is to export sufficiently large segments (like around 1h, the original footage is 4h), then reimport, transcribe, text-based removal or filterwords etc, then rearrange the due to the filter word removal messed up transcription segments.  Is this supposed how it should be? Because why would the transcript segments be able to split up after deleting a part of it, like a filterword, etc,  but cannot be merged afterwards?

Hello! My team and I are having issues with our two recent projects incorrectly connecting to proxies and ignoring R3D files after we begin to compile the master timeline. We work with usually 12-14 days of footage with around 5-10 scenes on each day. Footage is synced on set by the DIT with both R3D and proxy files attached. Footage is then edited offline by the post team. When we pull a timeline from one project into another the footage begins to have an issue. Within the timeline, synced and raw files read the proxy but 'shrink' to thier size within the media display (view attached example). The RAWs are 8K and the proxies are 2K.  Along with this issue the RAWs/Synced files will connect to the proxy (mov) as though as it is the R3D file and states "Proxy Offline" . We are unable to find what causes this issue or how to prevent it from happening. Our current solution is:1. Disconnect all media 2. Reconnect to full res RAWS3. Re-attach pro

Right-click a project tab and notice the command "Reveal Project in Finder..."The ellipsis means more information is required from the user, so an additional thing will happen after the user chooses this command, but that is not the case with this command. I'm facing a playback glitch only at the first few frames of the playhead. It starts glitching at the start and then playbacks normally. And it happens everytime I plays the timeline. I'm using a laptop with Ryzen 7 5800H 16GB Ram with RTX 3050 gpu. I tried every solutions in the internet for playback related issue. I even tried reseting the whole laptop and did a fresh install, still the problem remains. What should I do?

I have a extra large project so i was happy to copied anything used into a new project to back up but also to reduce project size.  Everything was copied within their sequence but everywhere there was a nest sequence within a nest sequence those files are missing. I will copy manually but is there a way to avoid this problem ? (yeah sorry, I have to nest and nest over because you can't warp stabilize and change speed without nesting) premiere pro 2024
