Hello Adobe, I have one Mac and a PC, for years I'm using Custom Keyboard Shortcuts on my mac without any issue. but recently I Purchased a Gaming PC, now when I use that .kys keyboard shortcuts file from mac, in my PC, those shortcuts don't key applied, It show the name of my .kys file. like the shortcuts are activated, by my custom shortcuts don't work in mac, I'm unable to find it's solution anyewhere on the enternet, please anyone help me! Bonjour,Lorsque je suis sur Premiere j'ai un soucis de grésillement dans le casque (qui n'est pas dans le son de la vidéo). J'ai trouvé une sollution de fortune en installant le codec ASIO4ALL qui une fois configurer sur première enlève tout grésillement. Cependant avec cette sollution je ne peux plus avoir de son en même temps sur un autre logiciel (Chrome, VLC etc...). Avez vous une sollution pour enlever ce grésillement tout en restant sur le matériel audio MME ?De ce que j'ai lu ça peut venir de l'interaction entre les cartes mère DELL et Première pro. Je suis branché en Jack sur la carte mère. Hi,On my laptop...A Razer 15" Advance (2021), 11th Gen Intel Core  I7-11800H, RTX 3070, 32GB of RAM, Windows 11 So i have been having extremely laggy playback on premiere. First and foremost everything is up to date, I have already been in contact with Adobe team and they went through my PC remotely and took out plugins, deleted caches, etc... Now to the weird parts if it.. this only started to happen when I updated to windows 11, My playback is extremely laggy and it only happens when im on my battery and with Sony Codec XAVC S - I both 1080P and 4k files, and when Premiere is the main window selected.  If i plug in my laptop, the video plays fine.... If i play an already exported video, it plays fine... If i start to play the laggy video and i open up another window (task manager, webpage, etc) and as long as premiere is not the selected window, it plays fine. If I make proxies for the video, then it plays fine.  To me, it seems like the laptop

Hello, my film impact transition packs have been installed properly on my mac (bounce pack + packs 1-3), but when I open Premiere 2023 these transitions don't appear under Effects - Video Transitions. I've restarted Premiere, my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere, and deleted media cache. Is there a step I'm missing? Any help is appreciated.

Hi all,  I noticed recently that whenever I nest a sequence, the project panel is opening up. It used to be that I could nest a sequence but it wouldn't tab me into the project panel (so  I could just easily click an effect to add to the nest). Is there a setting that I might have accidently toggled to make this happen? It's slowing my workflow down since I tend to use Nested Sequences a lot.  Thanks in advance! 

Every time I export a video in Premiere, it adds an extra 6 minutes of nothing but a black screen at the end. This has been happening consistenly for a couple of weeks and I've been intentional about setting correct in and out points. 

I'm struggling with backing up 7 edits that now need to be saved to the cloud.Everytime I go into any of the edit's I'm confronted with the error message after clicking Project Manager and attempting to save the project folder:"Following file could not be found during the Project Manager operation" - which then goes and lists random files, they could be pictures, audio files or video. These files are randomly chosen in whatever edit, they're linked in the edit and playback properly in the timeline. There seems to be no rhyme or reason why they have a problem to be collected. Desperate for a situation now I've been struggling with this bug for six months and now we desperately need to back up these projects.Thanks!

Transcript for sequence in text window does not match the transcripts generated for the independent clips when viewed source side. The first 10 seconds of transcript of a thirty second clip is missing only on sequence side. Happening for clips throughout sequence. Transcript for sequence is also incomplete by omitting transcripts for individual clips in their entirety. And anything after a few minutes into a 20 minutes sequence is missing. Yet, as said, the transcripts for individual clips as generated by the text to edit transcript process are complete on the source side. Just not sequence side. Static transcribe is also fine. Feature is useless as such. Clips are Sony MXF from FX9 / FX6. 4k in 1080p 29.97. When usual default channel mapping and modified channel mapping to two track mono (ditching used blank channels). Both used channels have full audio from speaker. I've transcribed my interview footage and have made dozens of subclips but when I go back to review the subclips in the source monitor, the transcript/text window does not refresh to reflect the text of the subclip - it keeps the whole transcript (which is very long) active in the text window.  This wouldn't be a problem if the active monitor jumped to the section associated with the subclips however it doesn't do that - it is following along with the full transcript but in the incorrect spots. I've tried disabling Following Active Monitor and have Show Source Monitor Transcript active but it still doesn't refresh to the subclip.  One alternative workflow is to drop all the subclips into a sequence, then the transcript updates to the sequence. But this seems like a bug. Being able to jump to the text in the subclip or only display of the text of the subclip would be very helpful in quickly scanning through the dozens of subclips in the project bin.  macOS

I don't know if this is a bug, some issue with my setup or just an attack of the fingers: Premiere Pro Version: 24.3.Platform/OS Version: Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio 2/Windows 11 (fully up to date) I have a little project in the works. It is shaping up as multiple related episodes and a few shared assets.  I checked out the Production concept and it sounded ideal so I thought I would give it a go. => New/Production {go through rigmarole} {display project and Production Window} CRASH OK, that didn't go according to plan. I checked the drive and the Production location appeared in the right place and the presumably empty default (Unknown?) project was in it.  So I restarted Premiere Pro, opened the Production again and that worked {No Crash = Progress}.  I should have quit while I was ahead. I then thought I would outline the Production as a set of folders with episode projects in each. And that's when the trouble really started. =>

Hi everyone, I'm an AE, and we recently updated all our Mac systems to the most recent version of Premiere (24.3), and it went well until a couple of weeks ago. A grey overlay appeared in some of the editor's full-screen playback during all the kinds of dissolves (please see the two attached videos for an example). The funny thing is that the grey overlay doesn't appear when the editors export. While we could have the editors not use full-screen playback, that's not an option at my work studio. The first video with the file name PremierePro_FadeExample_Export is a simple export of a couple of clips with dissolves; the grey overlay dissolves are notably nonexistent. The other video, PremierePro_FadeExample_Recording, is a recording during full-screen playback with the grey overlay dissolve issue. So far, we've tried the following workarounds:Laying a black color matte works to fix the issue, but asking the editors to do that with every sequence is not possible.Render

Since update 24.0 I had a problem with the image freezing in my program monitor and then unable to read the timeline. it was a permanent bug every 2 minutes. To resolve this problem I deactivated the video thumbnails in the timeline and it works perfectly again. I'm sharing the info if it helps anyone with the same problem. Enjoy 😉

I've created a simple style to create subtitle captions within premiere that simpliy makes them a single line and uses Tahoma font bold.  That's it. After using the preset, I've noticed SOMETIMES it burns subs and sometimes it doesn't.  Frustrated now as we have to hand check content everyday now where before we didn't.  BEFORE we had to do more work as adobe would only remember the single line and not the font forcing us to choose it each time.  Turns out that when we do this, it almost never fails.  The point is, it's always something with Adobe.  Finally introduces a great new feature only to completely ignore users isses and requests to improve it.  Anyone that uses this feature knows what I mean.  not being able to control how long text appears on screen resulting in some words staying on screen for way too long and poorly described control and function.  I'd love to see a show of hands who uses the stock subtitle setting

I'm pretty sure this is a new bug as of PP 24.3.0 Build 59 because I've been ripple deleting for years without this happening. Basically, I"m playing through a sequence and come to an entire clip that I want to delete off of the timeline. I have Selection Follows Playhead in my timeline settings so that I can quickly go through a sequence of clips and ripple delete clips with my keyboard shortcut. What has started happening is that the ripple delete function will take out the selected clip and the next adjacent clip IF the playhead is not at the first frame of the clip. If move the playhead to the beginning of the clip than only the selected clip will be deleted. This is highly annoying because it requires either using the Up Arrow key to jump to the beginning of the clip and then ripple delete, or worse, use the mouse to position the playhead to the beginning of the clip and then doing the ripple delete. Has anyone else seen this or experiencing it also?

For some obscure reason I don't quite understand. My premiere mask track for face blur is being painful and quite inefficient to run.I haven't use that feature for a while now and probably last time wasnt with 2024 version, so my question is Is mask track suppose to use cuda render? If so why is my GPU use staying to 0%, and CPU flying to 90 or 100%All settings are in cuda with studio driver installed.Spec, i7 6700hq, 64go ddr4, gtx1060 6gb , laptop win10, render to crucial M2 pcie 4to drive prores 422, os and soft on separate 1to M2 pcie drive.I feel that performance are not what they use to be, this setup was enough to edit 4k on the go and now it's stutter with simple blur tracking on 1080.... Did updates kicked out support for 1060?

Good day everyone,like the subject states I have a very strange, but also serious problem with Premiere pro since I can't use it anymore. I updated it to version 24.2.1 (build 2) and worked perfectly fine until last sunday April 14.Updating to the latest version doesn't work, the Creative Cloud starts the update and then somehow kills my wifi and keeps doing that over and over until I stop the process. The problem I have:when editing a video file (.mp4) Premiere pro becomes very slow and saving the project this takes a long time. Whenever this happens my entire computer gets messed up and I am unable to shut down or restart. Only works with the power button.After that my pc won't start anymore (stuck at post) or it takes a very long time to boot.To get back into Windows I have to turn off my pc and disconnect the power for several minutes... The project also is not always saved when the problem begins even though it does show it being saved. I tried to render / expo

Since last week, every time I open my teams project and start editing in the timeline, without fail the program freezes but doesn't crash. I'll try to pause the timeline and the audio will still attempt to continue (freezing every so often) while the visual has completely frozen and will not update after the initial freeze. When I attempt to close the program this puts it into a 'not responding' state and I have to force it closed. What's confusing is that my other device (a laptop with worse specs) has no problems running the exact same timeline and I can't think of anything that was changed in the project for this to suddenly become an issue. In addition, other projects still seem to run fine on my problem PC which would seem to indicate there's something in particular about this project that isn't working. This is my first time using a Team project so is there something I'm missing? The project in question isn't more complex than other timelines I've run with no issues. It just

In the latest Premiere Pro on PC (24.3), every time I add text - a simple thing! - and then start typing, it is unable to understand that I'm trying to type text. Instead, it starts launching keyboard shortcuts!!! Very frustrating. I have a folder of hundreds of GoPro Pictures (shot as a timelapse). I go to File -> import, then i highlight the first picture I want to import, but before I press the import button, I press the "show options" button on the bottom left hand corner. It presents me with a checkbox that says "image sequence" so I check that box. Then I select the first picture in the folder, because if I attempt to highlight all the pictures in the folder, then the "image sequence" checkbox grays out. So with the box checked, I highlight the first picture in the folder and press import. And all it does is bring in one still image. thats not an image sequence at all.....  If I go to the SECOND PICTURE in the folder and highlight it, (repeat the same import process), it imports a video file that is 1 second and 4 frames long (and its noticeably missing a ton of photos from that big folder of GoPro pictures). Anyone else have this issue with Image Sequence not working?  (If I go into After Effe

I have a video i'm trying to export and I shot it on a DJI osmo pocket 3 and DJI drone, I think it's HVEC coded which is the problem. Every time I go to export it says that it requires HVEC CODEC which is only available in a paid plan however I have a paid plan and I'm using that account but it says I don't have a paid plan. It also mentions an error about being unable to install 'adobeinstalledcodecstier2'    However, I think the issue is that because it needs 'HVEC CODEC' to export and format my Premier Pro thinks I'm using a free version so when I export it goes black because it thinks I don't have access to the paid plan feature to export it, if that makes sense?   I've never ever used a forum like this but if someone can help me with this, I'd really appreciate this.
