Specs: Mac Studio M1 Ultra 64GB Ram Premiere Pro 25.1 RED Raw (r3d) files and simple wav files for audio   Attempted Fixes: - Deleted Cache, both with premiere and manually using finder - - Moved from project to production workflow since it's a large feature film, splitting scenes into different projects so they are not all open at once - Moved proxies to different drive (thinking the problem was the HDD was given) and offlined all raw media - uninstalled and reinstalled - used premiere pro BETA downgraded to 25.0, had the same issue, then to 24.6.4, which can't open because project was made with newer versions. - restarted computer with software update - limited memory premiere uses under preferences   Problem: am editing a feature film. Mostly two camera setups. About 6.5TB of raw footage and audio (zoom recorder believe). AIl footage is Red Raw. Dragon and Gemini I believe.   I've been dealing with files getting rejected from various clients from my 4K h264 exports.  I've tried different settings like rendering in Software Only CBR, etc..  It's a hit or miss for me.  Either way, I'm expecting more rejects to come.  No matter what I do with the 4K h264 settings, it's never consistent.   Now I have to use my old Imac to make these exports which is much slower but I'll deal with that until there's a resolve.  I would love to show you the images but they're adult related.  I can't post that here.  I've updated my Adobe apps and Mac OS to the latest update, hoping that will solve the issue.  That's not the case.    Model Name: Mac Studio    Chip: Apple M2 Ultra   Total Number of Cores: 24 (16 performance and 8 efficiency)   Memory: 64 GB   System Firmware Version: 11881.81.4 Sequoia 15.3.1   Please look into this.    

Issue - Transform effect appears glitching on the Program monitor (preview) when trying to modify value, such as Scale or Position. Issue - I cant replace video or photo in MOGRT file in Premiere Pro. on premiere 2025.1.0 you cant see the cut mark any more on video tracks if track is too skinny. can you please fix this? yes issue occurs on new and old premiere projects.  

The "Adjust speed and duration" button in the Properties panel disappears under a specific sequence of events.With the Properties panel visible,1. Reverse the speed of a clip on the timeline2. The "Adjust speed and duration" button in the Properties panel should have remained visible.What actually happened? The "Adjust speed and duration" button in the Properties panel disappeared. Clicking on other clips in the timeline does not make the button appear.Closing the Properties panel and re-opening it doesn't solve the problem. I was editing videos and adding simple graphics from envato to the project.So far nothing special, the usual.Then it suddenly stopped playing the preview in Program Window.Waiting, restarting and updating the (Mac)OS, & even updating the app - NOTHINGchanged. First time every this issue occured since several years.It will stop the generation process when not active in Pr, but not instantly, a few moments after.I can NOT watch any footage from bin in source monitor, no nothing to be honest - no visuals.Did I press any shortcut to delete peak files? did I have or need peak files to begin with? Appreciate all the help I get. see in the lower right corner.

Im on version 25.1 , this is a new bug to this version. I cannot group text or shapes in the properties panel. The group option is always grayed out. I'm on windows 11

I am having a weird issue when using the Slip/Slide tool in Premiere, where it doesn't show me previews only black with timecodes. since this afternoon we've been unable to access our sequence. as soon as we open our team project we get this message and première pro closes. Unfortunately, we don't have another version saved anywhere other than on première pro (online). Do you know where we could find it and why this message appears?Thank you for your help!(We're working on Premiere Pro 2025.)  

When importing the Arri media into Premiere it all works fine, the media is automatically flipped by Premiere but if you generate proxies from the media, Media Encoder will just render black frames. If you make proxies outside of Media Encoder and attach proxies it renders the media upside down.  Im on Mac OS 14.7.2 and Premiere 25.1 Build 73

Sorry for the minor novel, but I wanted to point out what steps I've taken for last few months. Curently using Premere 24.5 I work in broadcast. Part of my job is to edit the news opens. We use a project that has the individual show templates. These templates have various media, including the opening AE exported graphic. You know, the station logo flies in and the show time comes up then the whole thing transitions off to the first news headline. Each template (there are 😎 has it's own open. This AE created open, about 3-4 seconds, is an AVI. Specifically, it's a Matrox MPEG2 I-frame HD + alpha codec AVI. If i'm working elsewhere on the timeline and I put the playhead over the AVI, Premiere freezes for 4 seconds. Almost every time (90%). This is a huge interruption in the workflow, especially in broadcast where I can get the last element 10 minutes before air. During this 4 second delay, the CPU doesn't spike, the GPU doesn't spike, and the Memory doesn't sp

Exports from Premiere (in this case 25.1) contain random audio clicks and pops and dropouts close to audio fades. This happens when track effects are used, such as denoise, dynamics, eq, etc. This also seems to happen on playback in the timeline, but of course there is no way to visualize it and it's easier to look at the exports. I have had to work around this problem since at least Premiere 2024.   This typically sounds like a bad edit, but it is Premiere chopping the audio in strange and unpredictable ways. See the screenshot below showing the source audio on the top track, and the exported version below. Note the small clicks before the audio fades, and how the waveform is chopped off on the export, indicating an audio dropout.      This happens in various projects and multiple stock Apple machines from M2 Mac Studios to 2020 Intel iMacs. The only way around this bug is for me to export the entire audio track (or stems for all trakcs). Import the export so that

I do a lot of text work in Premiere Pro and I've encountered an extremely frustrating new bug. When you're choosing a font, the field doesn't allow you to add more than one letter at a time. I have to physically click the field again to be able to write the next letter. If I want to choose FUTURA, I have to click the font field 6 times to be able to write it. I've tried resetting cache and all those ordeals etc. etc. as well. Please attend to this....

Premiere pro (latest version, fully updated and with no plugins) keeps crashing every time I try to export, in every format except Apple ProRes. I have a fully updated Macbook Pro from 2019 (CPU 2,4 GHz Intel Core i9 8 core, GPU Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB, OS Sequoia 15.3.2) and never had issues until two days ago, when I edited a recording of a Zoom call (a .mov file) and tried to export it in H.264.The only thing I did different from usual was to edit the file audio with Enhance Speech. Since then, every time I try to export in a format different from Apple ProRes, the app crashes.Even past projects that I exported perfectly the day before this. Can someone please help me fix this? I've tried everything (cleaning cache, reinstalling, trying different CBR, even trying with older versions of the app) and nothing works.  

So I have a .png on screen with text on it, that I want to slowly reveal the text of. This is an effect I've done many times before so I tried doing what I normally do, and draw a shape over the top of it (the shape is smaller than the comp), and just animate a crop of that layer as the text is being read. The issue is the crop doesn't start showing up on the layer until it gets to ~14%, when it normally shows up on a Crop-Left immediately once it goes above 0%. This seems to be relative to the entire comp, not just that shape I drew. I've tried this both with the crop that automatically shows up with crops now in the 2025 version, as well by applying Crop from the effects panel (as I did in prior versions). I know as a workaround I can find that exact percentage the crop starts showing up at, but I have a number of spots I'm doing that, and it's a real pain to make sure it is a perfectly smooth animation. Premiere Pro 25.1Windows 11 Whern I try and export a video with subtitiles as a sidecar the subs are always burned in.If I toggle the export subtitles option to off it still show subtitles. I have to go into the timeline and turn off the subtitle trrack and export the video and then export just an srt file seperatly.Yesterday an Adobe agent used the remote tool to help sort out another issue with fonts not syncing.He completely removed all adobe apps, settings etc. and used adobe cleaner before a fresh install, so it's not an old install. Any fixes for this? 

I notice when I use the YouTube Short Template, my audio crashes. I had to start editing my video, creating a new file, transfer the elements over and make adjustments, and then place it back. If I build the project with the template inclided, my audio gets distorted.

Using Production for a weekly format. Set Scratch Disks to a diffrent directory.Sometimes Premiere creates another "Audio Preview"-folder in the folder of the Production instead of using the one set as Scratch Disk.Not sure, when exactly this happen. Here is a screen recording of what's happening. Unfortunately, it seems to only happen when working out of a locally synced cloud service folder (dropbox, gdrive, and adobe cloud give the same result). For the time being, I can build the project out in a local folder, but we operate almost entirely out of dropbox for backup and collaboration, any ideas of what I can do? 

The problem is that I have a mogrt file installed and it has a window for inserting media, I insert a photo and it doesn't display, it doesn't change anything. Also i try to make this in properties - no effect

I have determined the cause of a common crash that I get in Premiere Pro. I'm not sure if there is a way of solving this.  It is a simple as if you hit a key during the autosave process the program will generally crash. This mostly happens when I'm editing captions on the screen but I'm reasonalbly certain that it can happen on any editing function if you just happen to hit a key at the wrong time. Here's one way of replicating. 1. Typing into a new graphic and auto save function begins2. Program crashes but importantly the auto-save is not lost and re-opening restores the project pretty much where you left off minus a couple of keystrokes. It's happened to me three times today, each time during an autosave but it's def happened before but for some reason I only made the connection now... doh! Macbook Pro M1 Max 32GB RAM  MacOS Sequoia 15.01

Hi everyone,  I'm facing an issue with Dynamic Link in After Effects not properly showing the automated sequence I have in Premiere Pro. For some reason, the positioning of the clips is off in After Effects and the keyframes didn't transfer. Version: 25.1Platform: MAC OSPlease see images included for context.    

I can't get the pen tool to draw a shape.  When I click on my screen with the pen tool I get the first keyframe point and it creates a shape menu within my effects control panel.. but when I click again to get the 2nd point of say a square.... it creates another shape menu within the effects control panel. 1 - Upload an image and drag it into my time line2 - I want to draw shape on the screen so I select the pen tool and click on the image.  I get the first point and Shape 01 comes up in the effects panel.3 - I want to then place the second point and click again on the image but now it deselect Shape 01 and creates a new shape 01.  I have to click on the shape layer in the effects panel to be able to place the second point.... again and again.4 - I want 4 points to make a square but each time I press I get a new shape layer created. I would like to have a square on my screen over the image. I end up with 4 different shape layers each with one point. V
