When licensing adobe stock music in premiere, via right click, after selecting the type of license the window just keeps loading. Even after updating to the newest premiere version today. I even let it sit for two hours while I went to the gym and meetings, with no change. Also clicking the cart icon in the Essential Sound Browse panel didn’t work. A work around I found was to download and license the music track directly from the adobe stock website.
Just upgraded to a Mac Mini M2 and jumped from Premiere Pro 2019 to Version 23.4. I Sony EX footage that shoots as spanned clips and when I bring them into premiere it brings them all in separate. Previously it has stitched together the spanned clips for me, but now where I should have an hour long clip, I have a bunch of 13 minute clips. that is if I drag the folder in from Finder. If I got through media browser it's even worse, it only sees the first 13 minute clip and doesn't even show me the rest of them. Even opening a project from an older version where the spanned clips were correctly imported and already in use, it still brought them in individually and doesn't recognize them as a larger single clip, so it breaks those projects. Pretty lost here as this is really screwing up my workflow. any help is appreciated. Thanks,2023 Mac Mini, M2 Pro, 32gb RAMPremiere Pro 23.4
Exporting using the Frame IO panel crashes maybe 3 out of 4 times. It’s infuriating. The other major bug is it continues to export the wrong sequence. I will export sequence.v01 and then, when I export sequence.v02, on Frame IO, the sequence will have the correct name, but when I play it, it’s the old v1 sequence. I have deleted my cache, have the latest updated versions of Premiere, and nothing fixes this problem.
On opening Premiere 26.3 it is behaving just like Version 26.2.2 with a long pause before showing any list of projects. See here as well System13900KWin 11 25H2, Build 26200.8655NVidia 4080 Super 16GB Driver 591.86128GB RamMulti NMe SSD drives
Dear Adobe Customer Support,I am writing to request a refund for my cancelled Premiere Plan subscription.Shortly after subscribing, I experienced a login/access issue while attempting to use the service. The Adobe authentication page displayed an error message stating "Something went wrong" and generated Error ID: bee3c817-e4e9-4cb3-b0de-f06dbd027873.To seek assistance, I replied to the Adobe support email and reported the issue. However, my email could not be delivered because the Adobe support mailbox was full. The delivery failure notification specifically stated that the recipient mailbox could not accept messages due to a quota exceeded condition. As a result, I was unable to obtain technical support or resolution of the issue. Since the problem remained unresolved and support communication was unsuccessful, I decided to cancel my subscription. My cancellation has now been processed, and I received confirmation that my Premiere Plan subscription will end on 28-May-2027 (PT).Consider
Premiere 2026 Color Management is a lie S-Log3 is hard-clipping and acting like trash 8-bit footage I am shooting 10-bit S-Log3 on Sony cameras for maximum dynamic range, but Premiere Pro 2026 is completely destroying the data before I can even touch it. Adobe claims "native log support," but the current color management pipeline is an absolute joke. When I pull down the Exposure slider in Lumetri to recover highlights, nothing rolls back in. The highlights are permanently baked-in and clipped, exactly like I'm editing compressed 8-bit smartphone footage. Even if I try to adjust exposure at the Source level, use "Interpret Footage" overrides, or stack Lumetri instances, Premiere’s backend automatic tone mapping forces a destructive Rec.709 conversion FIRST in the rendering order, clamping the highlights and holding my 10-bit sensor data hostage. If your "automatic color management" clips the data before the exposure sliders can access the raw log curves, it isn't color management—
In Premiere Pro on macOS, I can add a guide in Program Monitor, but using the guide for clip alignment is not working as expected. When I change Motion > Position X values (for example 960 to 420), the guide does not help with accurate placement the way I expect. I need to know whether this is a bug or intended behavior, because guide-based alignment is confusing in the current workflow.
first description is all to add.

Hello, I am having exporting/encoding trouble as of late. My exports are taking WAY longer than usual. I'm talking 20+ hours for videos that prior to the last couple weeks would have taken no longer than 3-4 hours. (I have exported over 400 videos and haven't changed anything). I have noticed that I have been getting a pop up while editing stating to "check storage, unable to read audio" the audio cuts out for maybe a second and then no other problem. I have 200+ storage on C drive available and 300+ available on E drive. I have 64 gb 3600 RAM and intel i9 9900k CPU as well as Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti. while exporting my memory is at 32% and cpu around 30% ( CPU goes up to 100% in the beginning). As I've stated above, this is not normal for me, even when exporting shorter files (about 20 seconds) it's taking multiple minutes versus the 10-20 seconds that it was previously taking to complete export. im extremely frustrated and am looking for help. Thank you.
Issue: Holding the Shift key while dragging track dividers in the timeline header fails to adjust all track heights simultaneously. Instead, Premiere completely ignores the Shift modifier key and only resizes the single hovered track.Steps to Reproduce: Open any sequence containing multiple audio or video tracks in the timeline panel. Hover the mouse cursor over a track divider within the track header zone (next to track names/locks) until the vertical resize arrow cursor appears. Hold down the Shift key on the keyboard. Click and drag vertically to change the track height. Expected Result: All corresponding video or audio tracks should resize concurrently to match the height of the track being dragged.Actual Result: Only the single track under the mouse pointer changes height. The Shift modifier is completely ignored.Screen Recording: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1MXTTV74yZD1vIpy4q9dX3JdMTPH0zwpG/view?usp=sharingPremiere Version: 26.2 (Release) and 26.5 (Beta)Operating System
I'm putting together an editing demo reel, and I noticed the color was off for some RED/R3D 6K footage when rendering it for smoother playback. Long story short, when I render the R3D footage within the timeline or export it using Quicktime Prores 422 HQ (or 4444 or 4444 XQ), the grade looks much more contrasty, with blown-out whites and crushed blacks (see attached screenshots for example, including scopes). Prores 422 vanilla and 422 LT are both rendering the grade correctly. No other types of footage in the timeline exhibit this problem when rendered, including Fuji X-T3 4K LOG mov, H.264 mp4, older Prores 422 HQ mov exports of this same R3D footage, etc. I have hunted down numerous settings and tested them, and none of them seem to be the culprits (see below for details). It looks like a new problem with the codecs themselves, at least when it comes to R3D footage. Prores 422 HQ has always been my go-to for archival copies of my work, and I've used it numerous times over the years

Hi. I’ve seen this reported multiple times in 26.0 and 26.0.2 but now I’m having this memory leak issue in 26.2.2 myself.Memory leak with a half of RAM freeImportant: I have 64 Gb of ram. Every time this issue happens I check the ram usage and it’s never above 36-38 Gb in total, coupled with all the other system apps. I also checked it with HWInfo which records parameters over time and when the issue happens the RAM is still half free. It happened several times all of a sudden while I was scrubbing the timeline. I normally work with 2 timelines so it might be the cause:My two-timelines workflowI should also mention that I updated to Win 11 26h1 from 25h2 recently so it might be a cause too because I had never had memory leaks before. My PC: 14700K, 4080, 64 Gb of Ram, half free SSDs. I have some media on my HDD too, like overlays and my sound library but I use them quite seldom and like 3-5 pieces a project. My media used is different, mainly my channel’s MXFs and MP4s and MOVs from dif
We are aware of an issue in Premiere version 26.2 and 26.3 that causes the transcription feature to detect pauses and fillers with less consistency than in version 26.0, resulting in fewer pauses and fillers filtered in text-based editing. Additionally, sometimes the range of the pause is not accurate enough, leaving too much silence outside of the pause range. While the new models are better at transcribing multiple languages within a single transcript, the language detection model may occasionally select a suboptimal model, leading to poor quality transcripts. When poor transcription quality is observed, try to manually select the correct language in the transcription dialog, many make corrections if there are not too many, or revert back to version 26.0. Workarounds and recommendations:Workaround #1 – manually set the transcription languageDouble click the offending clip on the timeline or in the project panel to load into the source monitor From the Transcript tab of the Text panel,
Suddenly the individual parameters in Studio Reverb has a large space when twirled down.
After install of 26.2 the Home screen with previous files freezes for about 30 sek.During this time the profile image is missing. When the freeze is gone, the previous projects becomes clickable and the profile image appears.See images for example.
There is a long-standing bug with the faux-style ALL-CAPS (TT) option in Font Properties for text layers. This bug affects both Premiere Pro graphic Text Layers and text inside MOGRTs. When user applies ALL-CAPS, the text randomly displays upper/lowercase characters instead of all-caps characters. The fix is to manually type the capital characters (a -> A) instead of using the all-caps button. Sometimes, these also work as a temp fix for the bug: Uninstall/reinstall font Manually clear all Media Cache files Restart Premiere Pro This bug disproportionately affects plugins that use MOGRTs for text templates (such as Mr Horse Animation Composer, Captioneer, etc) Here are many user reports of this issue: https://www.reddit.com/r/premiere/comments/134pyqe/random_letters_are_lowercase_when_all_caps_is/ https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/mogrt-titles-render-uppercase-lowercase-randomly/m-p/15399924 https://community.ado
to show me my projects and I have to click like 15 times for the project to actually open. Does it happen to others? I’ve cleaned cache.
Hi everyone, I have a Mac M2 Pro, the latest version is Premiere 2026. I import files from a GoPro, edit them, don't apply any effects, export, and get a rendering error: Error receiving frame 959 at time 01:00:33:13 from file F:\BM\GX010240.MP4 with replacement of frame 958.I have the same error on my second Windows PC.I searched the forums, but nothing helped.I imported into Davi@chi and Ka@cat, and the rendering ran without errors. How come?
For now ive noticed these ones - One word captions dont work. - Selecting clips along captions sometimes dont work - Working with captions in general is kind of buggy. - Linking proxies makes me go one by one even if automatic relinking is on. - Sometimes the transform settings in some clips are not visible and not accesible. Windows 11. AMD Ryzen 7 3800X, 64 GB of RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti
When I import a sequence from an adobe premiere project into after effects, or when I copy layers from premiere and paste into after effects, opacity keyframes come into after effects. But audio volume level keyframes do not. According to this page they should: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere/desktop/use-premiere-with-other-apps/working-with-o[…]e-applications/copy-clips-from-premiere-to-after-effects.html But, I am unable to get the audio level information into AE. In the past, the audio levels would come into After Effects in the form of the Stereo Mixer effect. I am using Premiere 26.3 and After Effects 26.3, having just updated from the previous version of AE26 and PR26 to see if an update would help, but it did not.
I always need to make small adjustments to the transitions via effect controls panel so it causes me extra clicks every single time. I don't know if it is a bug or intentional by Adobe. Please watch the footage included.(It has nothing to do with OS or system specs i tested it on 2 different computers you can easily reproduce the problem yourself so i don't see meaning to include them here.)
Got this today. My sequence pixel aspect ration is 1.0, the footage I use has 1,7. Normally Premiere has no problems with that and define pixel aspect ration correctly. No the interpret footage says the PAR is unknown and brings the clip into the project in this state: A fix is manual interpreting. Version 26.0.2 had no problem with the same file.
