Camera Raw

Hello, I have hundreds of headshots to edit in Photoshop. I really like the Camera Raw Remove Blemishes feature and want to make an Action out of it. The problem is that when create an action using “photo A” and then try to use the action on another photo “photo B”, the mask of blemishes are copied from Photo A and it just puts blemishes from Photo A onto Photo B. So, instead of the Remove Blemishes Action re-processing the Blemish filter, it just applies the processing that it created when I made the action. I love the actions and have made many for all kinds of purposes that help me move through my edits faster. I can’t seem to figure this one out.If you need clarification I can try and do that.Thanks,Will

The reflection removal tool works well until adding denoise filter to the image. the reflection returns to the image once denoise is finished. it does not matter in what order the two tools are added to the image, the reflection returns.

When opening RAW in ACR and using Crop (C) tool from left or right of the image it actually starts moving the GUI rather than cropping the image, not sure what version this has been changed, but before i never had this issue, please make GUI have lock option so when cropping images it would never try to resize GUII understand there is way to aim and select the right resize tool but margin for aim is so little and its waste of time, GUI should be set up once for most people don’t need to constantly be able to resize the side bars of ACR GUI

All day since I updated PS, Camera Raw (which last updated 7 days ago) is running probably the slowest I have ever experienced. It’s unmanageable. I tried dialing back to the version of PS that was working just fine yesterday (PS 27.10) and there was no improvement. Then I tried reverting ACR and the last available installer before 18.7 was 18.4 but then my images were jacked up because they have been edited on a newer version so I just re-updated everything. I am SO TIRED of constant issues. AI features are super cool and all but I really REALLY just want the normal stuff to work at speeds that don’t make galleries take 14 business months.Just to be clear and so no one thinks I am confused - it is CameraRaw that is lagging - I haven't even tried to use PhotoShop today but the only thing different since yesterday is the PS update to 27.11. In the latest version of Camera Raw, some keyboard shortcuts have changed. Previously, you could rotate an image simply by pressing L.Now, however, they’ve switched to the combinations Ctrl + ] and Ctrl + [.I can no longer rotate the image because, to type square brackets on my Italian keyboard layout, I have to press Alt + è or Alt + +. Alternatively, Ctrl + Alt + è or Ctrl + Alt + +. The rotation doesn’t respond to the command. What should I do? It seems it’s also impossible to change the Camera Raw shortcuts.  thanks

For more accurate results, be sure to include the object's shadow in your selection and/or expand its size.    Detect Objects uses AI to find the objects underneath a brushed area. This post applies to Camera Raw and is the primary feedback thread for the Blemish Removal feature. Blemish Removal can be found in the Remove edit panel for Camera Raw. Blemish Removal helps automatically remove distracting skin blemishes, such as acne and other temporary imperfections, while allowing you to tune the appearance of permanent marks, such as freckles and moles. Once enabled, your image will be scanned for people, and any detected blemishes will be automatically removed. For refinement, you can adjust the result using the Amount and Fade sliders, choose which person the removal applies to, and restore any areas you'd prefer to keep. Batch removal is also supported; simply select the "Blemish" checkbox under "Remove" in the copy settings dialog. We would love to hear your feedback on Blemish Removal! Hello everyone, as a user of lovely fuji x100v I often use digital crop function that makes from 35mm a 50mm or 75mm lens.. this function crops the jpegs but in raw it is stored just as metadata.. my problem is that when these raw files are opened in bridge it doesnt read the crop info and shows it as full image.. also when converting via adobe dng converter from  raf to dng it doesnt detect the crop so my composition is off .. So I was hoping adobe could fix this because the metadata is there and I could have a cropped image already with option going back ( like a preset already applied) .. there is one unofficial plugin for ligtroom and one other manufacturer implemented this in his dng converter but it is apllying also demosaic or how is it called and the dng is 30% bigger in size so a no go for me.. My simple workflow is bridge + camera raw.. Also it would be cool if there was option to save a manually cropped edit as preset because camera raw ignores manual cro

 The updates for the versions I mentioned in the title don't work. Camera Raw keeps claiming my RTX 3070 GPU isn't supported. So, I can't use it. Only version 18.4.0.0 works.Here are screenshots of the messages I receive with the latest versions. And here with version 18.6.0.0Apart from Photoshop itself, which does support my GPU:Therefore, I cannot take advantage of the latest Camera RAW features. This is unacceptable.I already submitted a bug report for versions 18.4.1 to 18.5, but without success. You haven't fixed the problem in this version.Here are the logs for version 18.6.0.0As well as those of the version that works for comparison.I also upload my dxdiag file for analysis.I even got another NVIDIA GeForce Studio driver update today, version 616.56. But it didn't fix the Camera RAW issue. So I'm still stuck on the working version 18.4. It's really frustrating 😤 knowing that I'm paying for the software.

Pressing G used to add a linear gradient mask. Now it brings up the new Grid layout. J used to apply the radial mask. Now it does nothing. What’s going on with the KBSCs? I’m not sure if there are others that have changed. The brush took, still works with K.

This is feedback rather than a question.  I have just returned from visiting a site of ancient buddhist caves in China. The delightful Buddhist statues are behind wire mesh grids for protection.  This makes photography virtually impossible. However, i took a few photos and reflection removal worked to remove the wire grid!   

J'ai un problème. Toutes les versions depuis Camera RAW 18.4.1 à la dernière échoue de fonctionner sur ma machine. J'ai une RTX 3070 Ventus, Je suis sur Windows 10 22h2 entièrement à jour. J'ai 32 Go de Ram. J'ai la dernière mise à jour du driver NVIDIA. C'est à dire la 610.88. Mais à partir de la 18.4.1 de Camera RAW, il ne reconnait plus mon GPU. Impossible de l'ouvrir dans Photoshop. Un message indiquant que "Camera Raw nécessite l'accélération du processeur graphique pour retoucher les photos". Donc pour lui, c'est comme ci je n'avais pas de GPU. Dans les paramètres de Photoshop pour aller dans les propriétés de Camera Raw, au niveau performance, je vois ce message "L'accélération graphique Camera Raw n'est pas prise en charge par votre système". J'ai déjà cliqué sur "Réinitialiser la prise en charge GPU", "Purger la mémoire cache". Redémarrer Photoshop. Mais sans résultat positif. Issue: Camera Raw 18.6 on Windows gets stuck in the Zoom tool. When I select Masking and create a new Brush mask, the Brush cursor does not become active over the image. I can’t help noticing that some Canon models render colors much warmer, more lively and “deep” in ACR/Lightroom despite using the same camera matching profile as my EOS R8 - for example “Camera Standard”If I compare it to EOS R50, R100 or even some older model such as EOS 70D or 6D the colors, tone and contrast is dramatically different. The R8 seems more “anemic” in comparison.My question is (and I guess only Adobe will be able to tell): I wonder if Adobe uses other color tables for entry models to “please” the target? 

After updated my Mac OS versions of Photoshop and ACR this past week I have encountered a problem when attempting to open edited ACR files in Photoshop using the “Open Object” button. (Same issue if I choose “Open” instead of “Open Object” in ACR.The problem only affects files that have been edited in ACR. An unedited file will open correctly in Photoshop.When I click the button, ACR simply closes and takes me back to Bridge. My ACR edits are not lost, but I still cannot open the file. Double-clicking the image in Bridge re-opens in in ACR with the previous ACR edits intact, but clicking the Open Object button still will not open in into Photoshop.If I instead go back to Bridge, click to select the image in the slideshow, it opens a camera raw edit window like the one that I had seen in ACR, though with a different layout form my default ACR layout. If I click DONE or Open Object, the window simply closes and I’m in Photoshop by my file has not opened. Photoshop version is 27.10.0Bridg

Hoping for some type of solution. I have an R5 MK2. I shoot raw and convert to tiff with pro photo rbg 16 bit, then further edit the tif. What I see in ACR during the edit and the later saved result in Bridge are not the same. I like what I see in ACR and not so much the saved result in Bridge. Any light shed on this would be much appreciated.
